Fantastic experience: Experienced, kind, professional, and most important -- effective. MPT has helped me and my son recover from injuries that required surgery. When Mark told me that I was ready to "graduate" from my four plus months of physical therapy, I was a little bit sad. It was an amazing experience. My recovery was tough, but Mark knew how to help me not only physically but also psychologically. He motivated me to push through the pain, and he was right every step of the way. He has done the same with my son, who is soon ready to return to playing soccer after six plus months of physical therapy. We are so delighted with his recovery. Plus the office staff is great - always friendly and responsive, ready to help....especially Jaimie. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Mesa Phys Therapy is AWESOME! I went for an IT Band issue that was posing problems when I ran. The whole staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. I was always greeted with a smile (even when I wasn't in the best mood). Mark was my PT and he was fantastic. He set me up with regular exercises to do at home. At the office he tried a few different treatments and when we hit on something that worked well, we kept at it. I was able to not only run the shorter distances that would begin to manifest the pain in my knee, but move beyond those distances and get into longer and longer runs. The net result: my runs were more consistent, my speed increased, and the pain went away. If I have another issue that needs to be dealt with through PT, I'll definitely use Mesa again.

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder surgery in december and my doctor suggested Mesa Physical Therapy for me. I did a bit of research beforehand, and decided to go with them. After completing my therapy, I have to say, I couldn't be happier! The entire team at Mesa Physical Therapy that I worked with (Randy, Jessica, Dang, Allison, etc) were exceedingly knowledgeable and friendly. I actually looked forward to going to physical therapy. My doctor was extremely impressed with my results and I am extremely happy and grateful!

Fantastic experience: Turns out that my minor back injury was a good thing as I was referred to Mesa and now I am doing better than before. I did not understand how compromised my back muscles were from years of office work. Randy put together a therapeutic and strengthening plan that has greatly diminished my pain and discomfort. Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Mike at Mesa PT for almost 2 months. I enjoy working out here. Mike will help you complete any goal you have. If you don't have a goal or know what you want, he will help you decide. He is flexible and knows what he is doing. The Gym is clean and organized. It is a great place to work out.

I've been coming here for the last 5 months to deal with my TMJ and left hip pain, and Mark's been a game-changer in my healing process. Fantastic experience: Top of the line physical therapy place for your general needs. Very knowledgeable front staff was able to navigate my insurance issues and lousy doctor referrals. Scheduling was easy as pie. Facility was clean and well maintained. My PT was Phil and he was a cool cat. Taught me a lot of useful workouts and kept the vibe positive despite myself feeling like nothing would help. It's been a struggle but I'm definitely more confident in dealing with my injury and recovery. Phil even shoots me vids & checks in from time to time to make sure I'm doing alright. You don't find that level of care anywhere. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing. Rebecca worked with me to heal going from a knee injury to the ability to go on an Antarctica expedition without pain. Mark was equally amazing. They are knowledgeable, helpful, listened to me and provided just the right exercises as I progressed.

Fantastic experience: I never had physical therapy before so I didn't know what to expect, but my ability to walk and climb stairs had degraded over the pandemic so I asked my primary care physician if I was a good candidate for physical therapy. He said I was, and recommended Mesa Physical Therapy in Kearny Mesa. Last Friday I finished my 6-week/twice-a-week treatment. Therapy was rigorous and the staff was impressive, especially Rebecca, my therapist, but Jamee, the office manager, and Paula and Nora, therapy support staff members, were also a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was friendly and cooperative and competent; they all seemed to care about the progress I made in my time there. The first five weeks of my therapy were held in a temporary location that was perfectly adequate, but the last week was at the new permanent location, which is bigger, brighter, better equipped, and in an easy-to-find location with easy and free parking. It's on the second floor of the building, but there's an elevator for those who are unable, or simply don't want, to take the stairs.

Fantastic experience: The best place to get physical therapy. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They're so willing to help out and work around your schedule even with last minute issues. Jai is the best physical therapist along with all the aides Lexi, Anna and Paula. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: I went to Mesa Physical Therapy after a rotator cuff surgery and my experience has been incredible so far. The first physical therapist who I worked with Jisel was amazing but she had to leave on maternity leave. My current physical therapist is Jai Wiske who is equally as amazing. He’s customized my rehab plan in taking my job as a construction worker into consideration to get the best results. Jai is motivating and I feel he truly cares about his patients and their recovery. The front desk and manager Jaime is very friendly and accommodating. The aides Lexi and Paula whom have also worked with me are great and they’ve helped me along with my PT to get my arm motions and strength back. Physical therapy after a rotator cuff surgery can be tough but the team at Mesa Physical Therapy have made this experience for me enjoyable as they’ve gone the extra mile to make it worthwhile and fun. My arm’s range of motion has been greatly improved to the point of near healing completion thanks to their methods and care. They are true professionals and I will miss them when my therapy is complete and I will recommend them to my friends and family members. Thank you Mesa Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Awesome team at Mesa Physical Therapy! Went in with a little tennis elbow and they worked it out. I initially didn’t know what I had and how to get past it but Jisel (congrats on baby #2!) and Jai really did a great job in helping me heal and educating me on what exercises to do at home. I really enjoyed my time there and Anna was very helpful and accommodating with any schedule changes. I already miss you guys.

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd course of treatments at Mesa Physical Therapy. I chose Mesa about 5 years ago because they were close to my office and as it turned out, I was really impressed with their services. Then about 2 years ago, I needed physical therapy on my foot and, since I had retired, I chose another therapy center closer to home and quickly realized that all therapy centers are not created equal. I didn’t even finish my full course of therapy there. So when I recently needed therapy on my knee again, and also wanted to add therapy for my stiff hand, Mesa Physical Therapy was the only place I considered. Except for Jaime, the fabulous office manager, the personnel have changed since I was there 5 years ago. But this new group is even better than the old group. My therapist, Jai, is absolutely super. He’s knowledgeable and kind and caring and thorough. He works hard to teach me how to walk and move correctly and gives me exercises that over time have strengthened my knee and helped to alleviate my knee pain. In the office, he teaches me to do the exercises correctly and also gives me hand-outs and websites that I can refer to when I’m doing them at home. And my aide, Lexi, is also amazing. So sweet and caring and always cheerful and encouraging. Kai, Lexi and Jaime always make me feel like they have my best interest at heart and genuinely care about helping me reach my goals. If you’re looking for a great physical therapy team to guide you on your journey to recovery, I highly recommend Mesa Physical Therapy.

The faculty welcomes any question or concern with a warm response and a positive, helpful attitude. This facility is clean, organized and has state of the art equipment and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5pm. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client for more than three separate occasions over the past 10 years for back and neck pain and nerve damage. Results have been excellent, obviating the need for neck vertebra surgery and sciatic relief. Fantastic experience: My first contact person was with Jamee, she was very pleasant and so helpful with providing me with scheduling my appointment. I was so excited to start physical therapy and she helped me get prepared with what to do next. Jai my Physical Therapist is amazing and made me feel very comfortable in his care, I was there so to having m ankle surgically repaired from being fractured in 3 places. Lexi is just as helpful in making each appointment worth my drive. This team has great energy from all of the staff. A very welcoming place to rehabilitate

Fantastic experience: I seriously am so impressed with how much I have improved following the treatments I’ve received with Mesa Physical Therapy. My program started at the facility, and after every appointment, I noticed improvement. Since COVID-19, I’ve been doing virtual sessions. It’s easy to do, they can still assess if I am doing the exercises correctly. And again I continue to See improvement! Their therapy program worked so well on my knee, that I asked my doctor if I could receive physical therapy for my back which has been an issue for years. She agreed, and I’m starting to see progress there as well. I had no idea that strength training plus stretching had so much to do with our physical well-being. If you’re getting a referral for physical therapy, see if they have Mesa Physical Therapy in their options.

As a motorcycle mechanic I have struggled with pain the last 10 years and have gone to every doctor there is. Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with Mesa PT. I had an elbow injury and worked with the occupational therapists for two months. They were very flexible with scheduling which was awesome. After the diagnosis I wanted to start treatment ASAP. I called many different OT offices and no one could help me or see me for many weeks. Mesa got me in that same afternoon for my first session. Michelle, Jenna, and David did a great job guiding me back to health and provided wonderful emotional support during a stressful injury!
