Fantastic experience: Very nice facility, parking available, staff and PTs and their PT assistant are great.

Positive experience: Love Molly the PT. Very conscientious and thorough. I wish the person helping with the expercises had more time to make sure I do them correctly. Pairing up clients leaves little time.

This visit Ryan is the therapist and extremely knowledgeable, and sure knows how to work out the pain. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The group is super busy and very well run. I only wish I had gone to them a few years ago to ask for help (my knee had been bothering me for years turns out it was a quad tendon issue). While everyone is really good, my doctor, Chris Young is incredible. He diagnosed me my first visit and calmly told me he could treat my issue. He was 100% correct and I have relief from a years long problem. Chris isn't just skilled knowing the necessary techniques and treatments he also has a one of a kind bedside manner. I really appreciate it when someone treating me interacts with me as a person. We've talked about our personal lives (with appropriate boundaries subject wise of course) in a way that made me feel even more comfortable and confident. The reality is when working out seriously tight muscles feelings are bound to arise, he is exceptional at understanding that and bringing it into his practice. I can't recommend him and PSM any more strongly.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable rehab with all levels of professional staff. There is a sense of meaningful purpose throughout the building and throughout the day. Chris Chorack is a hands on practitioner and leader.

Fantastic experience: Have used Presidio Sports & Medicine for physical therapy after multiple knee operations. Always find the PT specialists and assistant staff great. Could not have made the progress I have made without them. I hirely recommend them for any PT needs. Plus the setting in the presidio is a great reward for showing up to exercise!

I have benefitted greatly from therapy here, avoiding surgery, for various injuries (knee, shoulder, back) over many years. It’s a clean, comfortable environment with professional, knowledgeable, and very caring staff.

Fantastic experience: Presidio Sport has nice facilities, good equipment, and I very much enjoyed working with Zach LaHaye. He is a good listener, very thoughtful in his advice and guidance, and focuses on returning one to sport. I enjoyed being treated by him and getting back to running.

Positive experience: During the months of June and July 2023, I had physical therapy with Beverly Walsh. Her professional ability was outstanding, including her resourcefulness and remarkable ability to convey nuanced instructions. Her personalty was engaging and delightful. I recommend Beverly highly for PT services. Her allotted time for my therapy was half an hour. The remainder of the hour was usually abbreviated doing repeated exercises with assistants. The hour felt foreshortened.

Fantastic experience: Ryan and all the great PT assistants helped me get back on track after a knee injury! This facility runs like a well oiled machine, they are super organized and it's a super clean space. The front desk staff are super helpful. I'm thankful for the personalized strengthening plan I got here to help set me up for future success.

I needed a lot of time here at PSM to heal up after a bad accident and multiple surgeries… and it’s not possible to overstate how nice it is to have a smiling face like hers greeting you every-time you walk through the door. Fantastic experience: I filled out the intake form with ally contact information. I had what I thought was my last appointment. Then I get a call on my land line from Diane she said I had an appointment at 3;30pm I got no confirmation but a phone call!!!l she told me that I could come at 4:00 which I was willing to take. Then she put me on hold to check in patients. By the time she got back to me it was 4:02pm I apologize and ask if the no show fee could be waived. She proceeded to explain to me in a curt tone that the PT work hard and I should know this. She charged me anyway and said she wanted to make shore I was okay. My PT is great and I have never missed an appointment. But I the front desk staff needs proper training. I was an office manager for a doctor office for fifteen years and when an issue like this came up on a reliable PT. It was brought to my attention or straight to the physian. I never allowed my staff to talk to patients like that. I don't feel charging me the late was appropriate when I could have made the four PM appointment had she not put me on hold.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! Went in with a pulled back, they had me up and moving within just a few appointments. The physical therapists know there stuff and their assistants are very helpful explaining and walking you through exercises. First class experience!
