They want the patient to achieve their goals and getting back to their normal lives. It's been an awesome experience and I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and professional. It is a very welcoming environment. The pain has lessened quite significantly.

Positive experience: At my initial appointment I saw a traveling therapist who was great. She knew exactly what to do to get me started. I got a trigger point massage and kinesio tape wrap on my neck. I was told if it the tape works to have both sides of my neck wrapped at the next appointment. It worked really good. However, when I went back no one knew how to re-wrap my neck. The initial therapist also suggested I try dry needling. No one knew how to do that either. Don't get me wrong, the therapy is helping. I don't feel like I am receiving the full benefit of the different modes of treatment that should be available to me. At the last appointment I asked about the kinesio take. This time I was told you can probably teach yourself how to wrap your neck. I didn't go back.

Fantastic experience: First my therapist Charles Andrade is so very helpful and very informative to how I can recover with my therapy n caring for my pain so I recommend this place for anyone who looking for therapy Thanks to all the staff who I come in contact everyone very kind n good attitudes n Patient with us patients

Fantastic experience: ATI is a great place to receive therapy! The therapist are really nice and help you get to the next level. They push you to do new things within your pain tolerance which increases as you go on. Sebastian is great too and keeps everything running smooth! I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: The therapist are very detail oriented. And very friendly. They have made sure to make every effort to give me the care that I need but at the same time they make sure that it's only within the limits that I can perform. I was in a lot of pain from my lumbar the other day. And the therapist made sure to accommodate me and only do exercises that I could handle at that moment. Very happy with my experience at ATI

Fantastic experience: Everyone is professional, friendly and caring. They are very responsive to feedback and regularly ask how therapy is going for me. If something doesn’t work well for me they quickly do something else that does work. 5 stars all around.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other physical therapy’s but this team is excellent in what they do never none stop and always keep you going pushing you to your limits and I appreciate that. There always asking you how you feel and make you want to give that extra push.

Fantastic experience: Dan and Heather have both been great, after only 3 visits I feel like I am making strides. My range of motion is increasing incrementally. It's not always pleasant but I genuinely feel there plan will be successful. Looking forward to being whole again!

Fantastic experience: This is the best place for PT. They really know what they’re doing and I’m grateful to be under the care of people who are so invested in their patients. Heather has been so attentive to my individual goals and she’s committed to helping me get there. Even when they’re short staffed, Heather & Sarahi go out of their way to make sure everyone is cared for and still treat everyone with patience & kindness. All the staff is welcoming and empathetic to each patient, and I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Heather and Sarai at Marketplace were very helpful in targeting the correct muscles for my frozen shoulder recovery. I let them know I enjoyed boot camp before my injury and wanted to get back to the gym but was afraid of re-injuring my shoulder. They customized my therapy to mimic some of the boot camp exercises. I now have the confidence to get back to gym.Thank you Ladies!!

Fantastic experience: My 87-year/old Mom came into therapy in a wheelchair after suffering a fall that broke both her hip and shoulder. Her therapy ended 9 weeks later with her walking again! Though she would benefit to continue, I’m hoping she’ll soon come back to ATI at Marketplace in Tucson! They were so caring towards her by giving her an abundance of encouragement all the time. All the workers are professional and take pride in their work. The director there has a great team.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the friendliest Physical Therapy location I have ever been to! Everyone there is very welcoming and knowledgeable on how to help long term. Dan is exceptional to work with over at the Tucson Marketplace. He's already been a huge help with my MS, helps me push myself, and is a super nice guy all around. Totally recommend this place to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I chose ATI for my physical therapy. Heather was awesome and so was the rest of the staff. The atmosphere was always so playful and not stuffy at all. Hopefully I’ll never need to go back, but if I do, it will be there.

Fantastic experience: ATI PHYSICAL THERAPY on Marketplace is a great place. I went there for 5 months twice a week. I definitely felt welcome. As the end of my therapy drew near, the therapists helped me to choose my exercise program for home. I recommend this PT to anyone who is looking for a place to increase strength and balance and help reduce pain; and all with a knowledgeable friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Eric and all of his staff at ATI. We chose to take my daughter Isabel here after a knee injury because of the flexible hours they offered. After completing 4 months of therapy, we are very impressed with the overall experience my daughter had. From the first day we walked in, we were greeted by the staff and Eric came right over and introduced himself. That in itself made my daughter feel really comfortable. Throughout the 4 months different therapist worked with my daughter and the team effort they showed was very impressive and professional. They not only helped with her knee recovery but her mental approach through the whole process. We didnt get a chance the thank everyone at ATI due the the covid cut backs but hope that they get an opportunity to read this. Thank you all for your time, effort, and professionalism. Its not just a job to you, it's about caring and helping the person and that is very obvious with your team.

Fantastic experience: Tucson Marketplace location was phenomenal. Heather, Nigel and Vanessa are a great team and work well together. Heather and her staffs priority was my care and progression. Heather listened to me during my appointments and would devise methods to target my trouble spots. This attention to detail and her knowledge I feel facilitated maximum recovery to my injury. They made me feel more like a Friend and team member rather than a customer. This made a world of difference. I’ve been through multiple types of PT for the past 20 years and Heather and her team were by far the best experience I’ve had. I am actually going to miss my PT now that I’m done. I will most definitely go back to this location should I hurt myself again........or best, just to say hi.

Fantastic experience: This is a very high quality physical therapy company. I went there in a lot of pain and they are working super diligently to help me get through it. My doctor sent me here because they do dry needling which I was afraid of but in only a few visits my neck is already feeling better and I’ve been having less headaches. I highly recommend not only ATI but this location.

Fantastic experience: Daughter has seen Heather for 6 visits and we both have been very satisfied. My daughter feels comfortable and enjoys her sessions. Heather is great at explaining why she is having her do what she is doing in a way for my daughter to understand. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I am about communication and asking questions and getting answers. They score high in my book. Eric and Gena both worked with me and both are excellent therapists! The whole staff are great and all work together and keep busy to meet patients needs. I could go on and on but the only way to find out is to book an appointment if need be. Excellent bedside manner from them all with a smile and to me that is very important.

Fantastic experience: ATI Tucson Marketplace is absolutely fantastic! I went there post-op for rotator cuff & labrum repair therapy and Heather & her team were amazing. They talked through my needs & came up with exercises that suited my goals of getting back to competitive weightlifting. The clinic is brand new and very clean. Everyone is required to wear masks & they wipe down the equipment as soon as it is done being used. They gave me the attention and care I needed and did so in a very safe & sanitary environment. Heather & Nigel are awesome. Thank you so much ATI!

Fantastic experience: Coming to ATI Physical Therapy was a great experience . I highly recommend this place. The staff there are very knowledgeable in what they do. The whole time I was there, they were very professional, kind and helpful. In each session I would get my legs stretched and performed exercises that were designed to address specific issues pertaining to my mobility. Thank-you guys!

Fantastic experience: It's my first time starting physical therapy. Eric helped me started the paperwork and performed assessment. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took time to explain things. I don't feel rushed at all. All staff is nice and friendly. Myself also work in health care field. I am impressed with my overall experience. In addition, the bathroom is pretty clean and neat. It doesn't have overpowered cleaning smell like other places. I highly recommend this place for outpatient physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Originally recommended to me by my doctor at Mayo Clinic, they truly are the best for Physical Therapy in Tucson. Staff is very friendly and the facility is extremely clean. I personally worked with Eric and Rachael, these two are the A Team. They know what they are doing and take the time to explain the why. You are not treated like a patient; you are treated like a friend. They talk to you and get to know you; they greet you by name when you walk in. I actually looked forward to going to PT and working with my A Team. They also have an app that makes everything easier, it not only has your next appointment but it also has your exercises to do at home. The only thing missing is adult beverages after the workout.

Fantastic experience: Just went first time yesterday- for post surgery PT. Eric is so nice and thorough but gentle. (I have had a tough time with the sore muscles & regaining my strength. He is very encouraging. I will look forward to my sessions now. Everyone there is nice, and it’s got plenty of room for peoples needs. Big + it’s close to home.
