Fantastic experience: Overall, the care here was great. A special "Shout Out" to the Dining Room Staff and all the therapists. All staff encountered in these areas went the extra mile and were always helpful. A special thanks to Joann in the Compliance Department. She immediately recognized the importance and validity of a concern raised, promptly seeing it discontinued.

Fantastic experience: Encompass provided an encouraging and totally competent experience for my husband following a hip fracture. Every therapist, nurse, and physician was well informed of his needs and were available to help, address questions, and always arrived on time for scheduled treatments. They clearly have a mission to keep the patient and family well informed and educated on what is happening daily and even after discharge. It was also helpful that visitors could purchase meals (very inexpensive) to enjoy with the patient at meal time.

Fantastic experience: I was discharged from here on Friday the 30th of June. I had the best care here and my team of therapists were top notch. They were compassionate and professional all the way from Physical, Speech, and occupational therapy. My Doctor's, Nurses and case manager were also very professional and kept me well informed. The meals were also very well prepared and were good. My shoutout to the dietary team is that they packaged up my final dinner meal to take home with me to enjoy it at home. If you are looking for a Rehab facility to go to I would highly recommend Encompass health Rehab. That you Encompass for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: From admission to discharge I received the best of care. Thank you to my team of therapists Kelley, Luis, Bridget & Hollie. You made me believe in myself. Thanks to all the fantastic nurses & nurse techs. Adele, you are amazing! Ian, you are so sweet for having stopped by to say goodbye. Even though I am grateful to be home, I miss you all.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I contacted Encompass via their website, to the day of discharge, the care and kindness could not have been better! Nurse Amy and physical therapist Luis deserve special mention, although I could literally list all of my wife's caregivers!

Fantastic experience: We've been very happy with the care that was received here. The staff has been both professional and compassionate. The therapy and training has been wonderful for both the patient and for the family that will take over after discharge. The therapy staff is excellent and our Primary Doctor was amazing as well. Our Case Manager has been super helpful and informative and kind as well. Can't say enough good things about this facility and their staff.

Fantastic experience: The best care money can buy. No more regular hospitals for me. If you want to survive this pandemic you need the best. The best is here.

Positive experience: My husband received excellent care at Encompass. He had a wound which required high level care - excellent treatment. He had been in a hospital bed for a month and was very weak when he was transported to Encompass. Their physical therapy was excellent and truly prepared him to come home. They considered all circumstances he would need to navigate. They even practiced getting in and out of a model car. The doctors were excellent and hands on. I must say the same for the nurses as well. This facility is very, very clean. The rooms are comfortable. His medications were administered on time. They responded quickly to the call button. They helped him get showers every other day. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is we requested a strict diabetic diet. They did not substitute carb laden foods with something else, such as vegetables. He would receive a tray with maybe just a piece of fish, sugar free jello, and sugar free iced tea. Encompass is certainly not alone with meeting dietary needs. Tucson Medical Center is the only facility we have been to that did.

Fantastic experience: What I believed was going to be a bad experience for me, turned out to be great thanks to all the amazing staff ! From kitchen to nurses to Dr's to therapists, along with the other patients as well. Thank you Encompass Northwest Rehab!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank all the staff at Encompass rebab for taking care of me during part of my down time. All employees were compassionate, kind and dedicated to making my life and others easier during the upset of our daily routine. The facilities are great, the PT and OT exercises are spot on and the food was very good. Thanks again to all. Tony Geonnotti

Fantastic experience: I want to comment on what happened after my stay here. I had accidentally left a walker behind when I went home. I subsequently took outpatient therapy at another Encompass location. My therapist, Eamonn, is engaged to Kylie, my therapist at the outpatient location. He took my walker to Kylie, and she returned it to me at outpatient therapy. They both should be commended as they went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I hope they have a long and happy life together. Wayne Minana

Fantastic experience: My spouse and I were traveling in AZ when he was hospitalized. After four days he was sent to Encompass Rehab Hospital. He received wonderful care from doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and all other employees. Our family was warmly received each day. I fully recommend this facility. My husband has a service dog and each day she visited the staff fully understood the need for her to be there. We could have picked another rehab hospital, but we are very happy we went to Encompass.

Positive experience: Knowledgeable and helpful staff; they have a difficult job in rehabilitation. They have a great saltwater aquarium that keeps the kids entertained. The security is lacking.

Fantastic experience: The therapists are the best in the US! Everyone was KIND and so comforting to my mom during her many different stays at the NW location.

Fantastic experience: My Mom was here after a massive stroke. This was the best hospital she has stayed in. They treat patients the way you would want your mother mother to be treated!

Fantastic experience: You could not ask for a nicer and more professional team of therapists!

Fantastic experience: It was great, but their northwest outpatient PT/OT facilities are now closed. The Wyatt drive location is not as good and very busy. Takes quite a while to get appointments. Most therapists are good, but the scheduling is difficult.
