Fantastic experience: Love this place! Tore my ACL and MCL couldn't bend knee at all! With lots of patience, they were able to get me prepared for my surgery tomorrow! I had no chance without them! K and her staff are the best! Plus they take a lot of different insurance coverages !

Fantastic experience: I love this gym too much. The 24/7 hours made me decide to switch from a lower budget gym and it has been totally worth it. The machines and management proves to be many steps above your average commercial gym. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym and I love it.

Fantastic experience: Kate has gone above and beyond to help keep me in one piece. The gym is my sanctuary. It will not be for everyone, but for those who get it, get it. ;) 6 stars but google taps out at 5.

Fantastic experience: Great mix of people from different backgrounds. It's cool seeing general fitness goers, strongman, bodybuilders and powerlifters training under the same roof. Coming from strongman, it's nice being able to get to know other athletes passions and open my eyes to different training philosophies. I got my post bicep rehab work done through Kate. The program was individualized to my needs and my rate of recovery. I can say that the physical therapy I received was paramount to being able to return to my sport. If you don't like being held accountable for poor behavior stay at the commercial gyms.

Fantastic experience: Kate is the best. Has helped myself after surgery and gets my daughter back on her feet quickly when she's sore or injured being an athlete.

Fantastic experience: I have worked out at this Gymn for over a year. Kate provided personal training for my ACL Replacement surgery 6 Months in advance of surgery. I was back on my feet walking with minimal pain 4 days after surgery. I contribute my quick healing to Kate O’Reilly training and surgeon Preston Smith.

Fantastic experience: It's an incredible facility. When I see the trainers/owners there it always reminds me how they look like they know what they're talking about. About 5 minutes of research will confirm it for anyone too.. they know what they're doing.

Fantastic experience: I have truly loved this gym from the day I joined! A great environment and good people. Being on the East side of town it’s a nice change in scenery from the typical corporate gyms!

Fantastic experience: Edit: I never left an original review so here it is. I love this place. The atmosphere is what I am looking for in a gym environment. The people I have met are great, and the owners are very attentive to all issues in the gym whether it is maintenance or members themselves. Best Gym in town, admittedly I need to take advantage of some of their therapy options which I hear are terrific.
