Tucson Orthopaedic Institute: Physical Therapy: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Physical therapy is something I have resisted most of my life. I’ve never had particularly good experiences with it in the past and was not looking forward to my mandatory sessions after a right hip replacement. This place completely changed my mind. From the front desk to the folks who provided ice for me at the end of each session this place is top-notch. Denise and Angelina welcomed me with such kindness every time I showed up, always taking time to ask how I was doing. I worked with Elizabeth and Angelica, and both treated me with the utmost respect, professionalism and compassion. I always felt challenged and supported and never bored. From the first session when I was asked about my goals they made it happen, and I far exceeded any original expectations. Because of them I am able to get back to my life of hiking and birding. I am going to miss this place and all the wonderful people who make it so special. I highly recommend the TOI PT Wyatt Clinic.
Fantastic experience: I have a great time here. The front desk is awesome and helpful. Plus the therapeutic team whether in water or gym area are all good to me. I got back on my feet with a lot of support from here. Thank you so very much. God bless you all.
Fantastic experience: As director and associate of TOI PT, I have enjoyed each patient experience, each associate encounter and overall have enjoyed each and every minute as a TOI associate!
Fantastic experience: I must say my experience at this location was wonderful because the staff is wonderful! The women at the front desk, Denise and Cathy in particular were pleasant, polite and just nice employees. My two occupational therapist Will and Cameron were highly skilled personable employees. Will performed needling on my shoulder to ease the pain which definitely helped through my continued rotator cuff recovery. Cameron was my primary therapist and a woman I greatly respect and admire. Cam took me through almost 4 months of therapy, she's an amazing positive, upbeat gal who helped me regain my mobility and quality of life. The entire team is fantastic and I'm grateful to all from the front desk through therapy. The facility is clean and maintained extremely well. Thanks to all!!
Fantastic experience: I was referred here by a sports medicine doctor as I was have many issues with my body due to trail running with very flat feet. I went to Bre for a few months and saw a huge difference in the parts of my body that needed to strengthen in order to be a strong (and painfree) runner. I've since run my first marathon since seeing Bre and I know my visits to her helped me achieve this! Thank you Bre!
Fantastic experience: Vadim is the best PT I have ever had. I highly suggest him. He is empathetic yet, he is able to push you towards your goal.
Fantastic experience: I'm am in love with this place..the therapist there are all very good at their job.Theres lots of staff there and know what their doing .there's absolutely nothing to complain about..just gotta go in there with good vibes to get good vibes in return the people in this world needs to stop complaining and the world would be a better place for you if you learn to go with the flow. I feel very comfortable with the staff..I'm always looking forward to my next visit..I kinda want to go into the aquatic room I peeked in there the other day it's so warm in there and quiet and I think I'm gonna do a little meditation while I'm in the water.Cant wait to get into the pool.lets all be grateful for our therapist and love all people around us..if they were rude on the phone well maybe they went threw a bad morning but it doesn't mean that they always are rude..if you have problems with them tuff it out and go on with your happiness..life gives you what you make of it..Love you all my brother's and sisters
Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Milchan for over 3 months due to an ACL tear. I am back jogging and it feels great. I am so grateful to her and the whole TOI team. It's such a fun atmosphere plus they push you, so you make progress!
Positive experience: It was not the best visit. The Dr. did not really listen and was running around to several other patients at the same time. Very limited time to discuss issue. I had a general sense of unease while there. Seemed chaotic.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff in physical therapy. Effortless check-in. Wonderful experience!
Fantastic experience: From the front office staff to Sarah, Ron and the therapists in the pool, Tucson Orthopedic Physical Therapy Institute gas been a life saver. Awesome exercises and great therapists. I would recommend them highly and give 5 Stars
Fantastic experience: I received treatment there in April and May of 18 and was very impressed with the all around staff. The appointment people went out of their way to get me in quickly and were always courteous. I had the same therapist for each visit, which is not always the case at some facilities, and he was thorough, patient and explained everything in detail. And most of all he relieved the condition. The facility is well equipped and maintained. I personally found no room for complaint.
