Athletico Physical Therapy - Tucson (Miramonte)

Fantastic experience: Well if you are looking for the best physical therapy possible to get you healed and back on track ASAP this is the place. The entire team here works together to give you the best type of therapeutic approach for your personal issue. They treat you as an individual with custom made exercises, treatments, education and whatever else you may require. I went in with extreme immobile pain. Within a week I was experiencing results relieving pain. Within 3 weeks I am experiencing amazing results and feeling so much more my physical self. Don't pass up this opportunity to get the very best of what you deserve to heal and move on with your life.

They are knowledgeable, kind and have been the difference in moving from sitting in a wheelchair to walking with a walker. Extremely flexible in scheduling appointments. Reminders are on point and gentle reminders when running late. Of all the years of physical therapy this Athletico Miramonte is the favorite and will always be the first choice. Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience at Athletico. This is my second round going for physical therapy for two separate issues and after my first experience I asked my doctor to come back here. My physical therapist and assistants have listened to my needs and educate me, make sure I'm doing exercises properly, keep me on track, and cater my exercises to my field of work which I think is amazing. They are so lovely and go above and beyond

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with Athletico, Kerri specifically. She helped me more than any other PT has. Not only did she teach me the right exercises and paid careful attention to my body, but she also taught me how to help myself with pressure points and exercises to align my hips and spine. I use everything she taught me on a daily basis. If you are looking for a physical therapist, this is the place to go. I can't say enough about them.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with these people; they have a very good sense of how to cater to everyone's specific issue. Their "pain education" really sets them apart from other PT gyms because I learned how not to panic about pain, and how to address why I was in pain. My chronic pain eased greatly, and I left with more knowledge about how to manage my body without feeling helpless. :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with pain in my right forearm for a couple of years and have tried various things(Massage, acupuncture, chiropractory, yoga, Pilates) including physical therapy at a different location. Here the therapists were very quick to determine the cause of the pain and aggressive in attacking it! It hasn’t been easy: lots of work both on site and at home on off days. The end result is that I feel very much on the right track and would highly recommend these guys to anyone that is willing to put in the work. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for me, guys!!

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience, the whole team here is great! The workouts were challenging and felt like they were really addressing my problem. Fantastic experience: Physical Therapist and clinic manager, Kerri, is excellent! I have made tremendous progress through her careful evaluation and individualized therapy planning for my back pain. I followed Kerri to the Speedway location because of how much she helped me in the past, with a previous knee problem. Kerri takes a holistic, multi-sensory approach with a special focus on pain reduction and education on how the body perceives pain. The whole staff is very professional and caring. I felt like the staff always listened to me, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The whole team was friendly and supportive, while I worked through personalized and creative physical therapy activities. I don’t love to exercise, yet I felt motivated and encouraged every step of the way! The front desk staff, especially Tom, went out of their way to be helpful in a variety of ways. Other staff names that stand out are Annell, Annika, Amanda, and Danielle. I highly recommend this Athletico Physical Therapy, located at 3234 E. Speedway - Tucson!

Fantastic experience: At the start of the sessions at Athletico-Miramonte, I had hopes my husband’s ability to navigate his world would improve with some physical therapy. Gene had had one knee surgically replaced and the other not. But what happened after several weeks at Athletico-Miramonte was astonishing. Fantastic experience: After a shoulder injury I starting coming to Athletico PT on Speedway to work with DPT Danielle. This was my first experience with physical therapy and I was not sure what to expect. I could not be more happy with the treatment plan, level of professionalism and overall level of care that I have received at this facility. The entire staff is well trained and they work to create a safe and friendly environment, always greeting me by my name and staying on top of my progress and giving me great home work exercises to do when I am on my own. Since coming here I have noticed a sharp reduction in my shoulder pain, increase of range of motion and improvement in my shoulder strength. For example, I wear a surgical mask at work, a few months back I could not lift my left arm enough to tie my mask and now I am back with enough improvement that it feels like pre injury days. I firmly believe that PT has improved my quality of life and is keeping me out of my orthopedic surgeons office. Highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Having had some mobility issues I came to this Athletico site for some help. After an evaluation meeting I was set up with a series of sessions that were convenient for me. Danielle was my PT and was always prepared for my arrival, thoroughly answered every question I ever asked, and always explained the exercises that she gave me to practice at home. Everyone there was friendly, attentive and very efficient. My problem was resolved with their help and I will go back there for any future issues that may happen. Truly first class approach.

Fantastic experience: I've circled the sun over 70 times. Being an active participant in life is hard on the body and I have visited my share of physical therapists in my time. My first therapist, that I would have liked to continue to visit, moved to Oklahoma. So I wandered in the dark until two friends recently recommend Kerri Tuttle at Athletico Miramonte for my latest post surgery round of therapy. I have never worked with someone so knowledgeable or thorough in their approach to my issues. Kerri and the rest of the staff at Miramonte get my vote as the best in town.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Athletico to people seeking physical therapy. I haven’t ever enjoyed going to the doctor but I genuinely enjoy going to physical therapy there. All of the physical therapists are very nice and have made my recovery seem less like a chore and made it fun to exercise.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Athletico. The staff members I worked with were Kerri, Annaka, and Amanda and had a great time. They took the time to help me and set me on a routine that helped me get results in the best ways. Also the receptionist Tom is very good with people and if you have any issues he will do his best to take care of them as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: Kerri, Amanda and Danielle have all helped me. I was wearing orthotics and had frequent foot, knee and hip pain/discomfort. They always found the right exercises to target what muscles needed to be strengthened. With their home program, advice and 2x weekly sessions, I now have limited pain and no longer need the orthotics after 6-8 weeks of treatment. Highly recommend PT at Athletico if you have any mobility issues.

Fantastic experience: I came to Athletico for some neck issues. The treatment I received gave me some immediate relief, the at home exercises were clearly explained, and my pain was alleviated quickly. All the staff I met were friendly and professional and I was impressed with the scope of the equipment available for all kinds of therapies. The photos shown on Google don't do the facility justice. I highly recommend this well run facility.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure if I could have gone to a better place for my PT. I'm not sure one exists. I had a devastating injury to my left arm. My Dr.'s were positive I would never touch my face again. With Kerri and Amanda's help, I am already able to wash my face and hair after less than 4 months. I will be forever thankful for their help. Not only did I feel helped, but I feel cared for. I love this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client at this facility for going on two years and as someone that has gone to several rehab and therapy locations throughout Tucson, I couldn’t wish to be anywhere else. This Athletico location’s staff have been hands down the best I’ve rehabbed with and many times have gone above and beyond in helping improve my well being and recovery. Everyone of the therapist I’ve had the pleasure to work with, has been knowledgeable, attentive, supportive and genuinely caring of my condition and in helping me set goals toward my improvement. Fantastic experience: I've needed PT a couple times for my elbow and shoulder but hadn't been to Athletico before. I felt immediately comfortable in the space with an entirely female and attentive staff. Kerri and Amanda were terrific. I made rapid progress with recovery thanks to them and would certainly go back if I needed PT again.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Kerri and her entire staff for seeing me through pre surgery and post surgery therapy. Cortizone did not work for me so I had to wait 3 months for my total knee replacement. Because pre surgery therapy made me strong, I sailed through the procedure and "graduated" from PT in only 6 weeks post op. BTW, I am pushing 75 and am "fluffy". These folks are terrific and I credit them all with my success. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. PT doesn't get better than this. I will actually miss seeing them!

After my first meeting with Nathan I knew I had found the right place. Nathan is very professional, kind and compassionate. He listened to me and developed an outstanding program that helped me out tremendously. Nathan and his team at Athletico are a wonderful group of people. From the moment you walk inTaylor is there to greet you with I'm assuming a big smile on her face, hard to see under her mask. The facility is extremely clean and all the equipment is new and up to date. Unlike other PT's around Nathan does not pass you off to one of his assistants, he does the therapy himself...refreshing! Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I went in for a shoulder and neck issue and they went beyond what I expected. They helped me get my mobility back and helped give me pain management methods. They used these really awesome cuffs which restricts blood flow, making my muscles get in a really good workout and help strengthen my shoulder and neck. The staff is probably the most caring and knowledge seeking providers I’ve met. If you are looking for a place that will welcome you and help get you back to your old self, 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many physical therapist due to various injuries, but I have nothing but praise for Paul Clark at the Rita Ranch location. Due to him, I am running again stronger than I have ever been. Paul showed patience to me when I was inpatient with the process of healing.
