Fantastic experience: We see Melissa at the Tanque Verde location and she is amazing. She makes my 10 year old feel so comfortable. She is fun, personable and you can really feel how much she loves her job. 10/10 would recommend her and the whole staff and this location. We have been so satisfied with the care and effort they put into their patients.

Fantastic experience: Body Central and Ashley, physical therapist: When my shoulder wasn't getting better 8 months after the injury, I decided to ask my doctor to prescribe physical therapy . At Body Central, with Ashley, my physical therapist, there was a full diagnostic session, complete with active and passive range of motion and strength assessment, which also included setting my goals and sharing my observations . I received several pages of home exercises which changed each week as I improved. Patients can visit the Body Central site to communicate with them and review customized exercises each week and even track them if so desired. From the second visit on, when I started range-of-motion and strength training exercises, I started to feel better and better. I jokingly asked when I would be able to do one arm push-ups. Ashley replied, "If that's what you want, we'll get you there!" She was serious. I feel I've gotten back 90 to 95%, and now I believe her. I continue to build strength, and flexibility, and am sleeping normally again because pain isn't waking me up at night. Ashley and the staff are good, they care, they really work with you, and you'll get results ! Tammy

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best physical therapy I have ever received. I went to Bodycentral Physical Therapy on Tanque Verde for several months, rehabbing from ACL/meniscus surgery after a ski accident. The physical therapists Ashley and Steve were both equal parts enthusiastically supportive of my rehabilitation goals and knowledgeable and careful about how to get me there. In addition to the wonderful physical therapists, everyone working at this facility is friendly, encouraging and supportive, making the whole facility a really wonderful place to be. I left each appointment feeling better than I did going in--- better about my recovery and happy from working out with such a supportive team. It feels silly to say this, but this Bodycentral Physical Therapy location has absolutely become one of my favorite places to be in Tucson, and I can't help feeling a little saddened that my physical therapy sessions have drawn to a close as I move back to school. Five out of five stars: if you need physical therapy and live in Tucson, you want to go here!

Fantastic experience: I see Melissa Buss, the pelvic floor specialist. She is a great physical therapist and a wonderful person. The staff is great too, and its easy to make appointments and everyone is willing to help you with your schedule. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Lindsey was wonderful to work with, she put up with my whining and helped me recover from shoulder surgery. I worked with Steve as well and he was the one who pushed me. I had a very enjoyable recovery thanks to all the wonderful people that work there.

Fantastic experience: Hip replacement May 1st....May 5 started PT at Body Central. It was tough but helped build back my hip area muscles over time. Off the walker after 1 week and off the cane a couple weeks later. I would recommend Body Central for PT....the staff there are very friendly and helpful ! They know their stuff ! Give them a try !!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Body Central the last few weeks and I use to take my mother to a lot of her physical therapy visits. Body Central is far more personable than any physical therapy places I have been to. Also, you can tell that the staff really cares about your recovery and well being. They keep the mood light and fun which makes my hour of therapy fly by. Special recognition and thanks go to Ashley, Ron and Steve.

Fantastic experience: My husband and dad have back-to-back appointments with Craig McEwan twice a week to address balance, leg strength, and walking issues. I sit in on both appointments and am impressed with how Craig has taken the time to understand their unique issues and challenges and help them address them through exercises he has tailored to their specific needs. His level of knowledge is amazing! My husband and Dad (and even I) have learned a lot from him. They are already applying things he's taught them and are seeing good results.

Fantastic experience: I came here to help my painful “Tennis Elbow. “I was Impressed with the professional care I received from my Physical Therapist, Diamond. I am making great progress. Diamond is focused on my my incremental improvement each visit. I watch the entire team of PT’S and techs. They work seamlessly to greet each patient, prep them for their therapy, assist in transitioning patient care back to techs to close the appointments. Techs are an invaluable part of the these medical teams. They keep the room sanitized, organized, laundered & prepared for each patient, as well assisting with therapy activities as determined by the therapists.Thank you for such kind hardworking tech’s….,.Ron & Lisa. The a receptionist tech, Vanuatu, is cheerful & efficient. She also keeps the sign in equipment sanitized for all of us. She has kept the business end of this office smoothly moving along with sign -ins, payments & insurance. Thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: I love all the staff front the entrance of the door all the way to the back of the building. Slowly but surely they became my family and my number one fans rooting for me through every exercise. My physical therapist Ashley Schmitt i give mad props to her, she's not only fit and strong like Mr. Steve but she fixed me and made me become strong and feel more confident going to the gym with all the workouts and exercises she had me practice at the facility. My last at the facility was very a bitter sweet feeling because i feel great compare to when I first started, but i felt really sad leaving it's like I was leaving a part of me. I have nothing but love respect for each employee, thank you all'!!!.❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice in the last 6 years and the PT is excellent. Yeri, my current physical therapist, is the best physical therapist I have ever had and is incredibly skilled. The support staff is wonderful. Lisa and Christina always cheerful and do a great job. I am thankful for this level of care.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I had a terrific experience while going to Bodycentral. I went there for 6 weeks in order to regain strength in my left arm after fracturing my radial head, which is near the elbow. When I started I was very hesitant with moving and lifting anything with my left arm. With the help of my Physical Therapist, Ashly, I was able to overcome all my struggles and meet my goals for recovery. The exercises that Ashly taught me have been so helpful and I’m so grateful for all the help I received at Bodycentral. I was able to regain my strength fully in my left arm and even doubled it while going there. I’m so thankful for the help I received at Bodycentral. I recommend going here to anyone who needs some help on the road to recovery. :)

Fantastic experience: Love this office. Office staff is friendly and efficient. The whole team is great and work well with each other which makes for a nice environment for healing. I’ve been treated by Yeri while pregnant and post-partum and she has made such a difference in my quality of life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Yeri Kil and her student MacKenzie are absolutely phenomenal! They are kind, very knowledgeable and overall wonderful people to be around! They truly listen to your concerns and have your best interest at heart. Even when you walk through those doors you are immediately greeted and feel welcomed. Every staff member that I've met has been nothing short of amazing!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Yeri a month ago for pelvic pain and right sided abdominal pain. She spent over an hour with me during my initial visit for a full examination and took the time to really dive into my overall activity and when/where my pain is. She sent me home with some exercises to start. Each visit has been great since and I am so thankful for her help in educating me on proper core engagement and overall pelvic floor health.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Yeri for my tailbone and By Ashly for my neck. These are both from a car accident 7 yrs ago that I continued to have pain in. They are both excellent physical therapists. It seems like they are all really really good as I watch other therapists work with clients. The assistants are awesome as well. Everyone seems to get along really well there. It's a very comfortable and caring environment. I have completed my tailbone treatment. I went from a 9 of pain to just periodic slight irritation if I don't do my stretches. We just started working on my neck and I feel more relief every time. Highly recommend the Tanque Verde Location.

Fantastic experience: My experience at BodyCentral left me pleasantly surprised. I was there to resolve some pelvic issues. My therapist was Yeri who was beyond awesome. I followed through with the exercises very consistently and began to notice an improvement within a couple of weeks. Yeri was very good about asking what other issues or problems I was experiencing. As a result, she helped resolve issues that were connected to each other. I am eternally grateful for her. She is obviously very knowledgeable along with being extremely passionate about her job.

Fantastic experience: Craig, my Physical Therapist has been wonderful. He did a very complete evaluation of my issues and has given me many tools to help alleviate my pain. The staff has always been very kind and welcoming. Great Covid policies in place to keep everyone safe.

Fantastic experience: I am a former x- pro athlete that has had numerous surgeries and orthopedic issues in the past including both knee replacements. I have seen many physical therapists here in Tucson and other cities. Craig is phenomenal and by far the best i have ever had. He has a very simple and solid way of explaining how the body functions and moves with the different interactions of each muscle group. Great bedside manner and thorough care for each problem you are experiencing. Most of all, he really cares about you feeling better and recovering from your problem! Very clean lobby, facility and great gym to get things done. Receptionist is the sweetest ever! Place deserves 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been very happy with the hand therapy I have received at Body Central over the last week or so since I transferred to them from out of town. I finally feel like I am making some progress. Everyone from the front desk to my hand therapist (Diamond) has been very professional and pleasant. Fantastic experience: My surgeon recommended BodyCentral for pelvic floor rehabilitation. I have been going to the Tanque Verde location since late June. The attention, advice and care I have been receiving has far exceeded my expectations. I have seen other physical therapists for various issues. However, Yiru is by far the most professional and competent therapist I have ever had. Her work has greatly improved my strength and alleviated symptoms I was having prior to seeing her. She is passionate about the care she provides and I highly recommend her. I was also fortunate to have Hannah and Lisa as technicians. Both have been very helpful and patient while coaching me through my various exercises. I really appreciate everyone who helped me at this BodyCentral location. Also, please realize this is an unsolicited review. Unfortunately, it seems so many business request reviews for the most basic services. Fantastic experience: This is my second experience with Bodycentral, the first a few years ago when I was in the care of the amazing, compassionate Dr Tonya Bunner. This time I have been fortunate again to have the same excellent care from Dr Yeri Kil. I love her! She, too, is compassionate, knowledgeable and so intuitive. In the short time that I have seen her she has not only addressed my pelvic and gut pain issues, but has introduced me to new exciting methods of therapy that are making a difference ... “cupping” and “dry needling”. I appreciate the way she treats the whole patient, always taking to listen to me, and always sending me off with encouragement as well as exercises for self care. I am SO grateful my gynecologist recommended Bodycentral years ago; I’ve needed no more surgery since my first visit! P.S. The staff at the Tanque Verde office is awesome, so personable and kind to all of their clients!

Fantastic experience: I've been getting treatment here for over 6 months and every appointment has been handled great. All the staff members are extremely nice and personable. After seeing many other doctors for my condition I finally got referred here and am extremely happy. Tonya really seemed to care about what pain I was going through and has been able to help correct my issues. She is very knowledgeable on what she does and always gives me all the explanations of what shes doing and why. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: All the employees at Body Central Tanque Verde have been great! Mat Wise worked hard to alleviate my wrist to be pain. And the PT techs there are awesome too! They were very caring about my broken shoulder injury and the most helpful therapists in all the years that I've had physical therapy. Their bedside manner and professionalism is outstanding! I have never in all my years of going to physical therapy for various injuries have come across 2 of the kindest, most concerned about my well being and helpful therapists. They made me feel confident that my injury would heal. They also took each exercise I needed to do at my own pace which was so very helpful. I couldn't have received better care anywhere else. I rate Body Central and their staff as the number 1 most excellent physical therapists to go to if you ever are injured and need help getting back on your feet and feeling 100% better. I have never been treated as well as I was at Body Central by Paul Winkler and Sam Decker. I can't express enough how caring professional and wonderful the treatment I received by them was. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Sarah at the Tanque Verde location for a couple months now. I've got hip and tail bone issues from giving birth to my daughter after being hospitalized for 2 weeks on bed rest. Sarah is friendly and knowledgeable and understands how the female body works internally and externally. I have had relief from the pain and we are working toward a permanent fix. If you're a woman with any kind of female anatomy issues, I highly recommend seeing Sarah! The staff is always friendly and the reception area, gym, and treatment rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: I came to Body Central as a result of a workshop on foot pain that they were running. I had chronic pain for over twenty years and thought that it was just something I would have to live with until I attended Dr. Meghan MacArdy enlightening presentation. After that, I have been going for over a month now and am glad to be under their expert care. Meghan is a superb therapist in every way: personable, caring, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She is also an excellent communicator. The technical assistants, Sam, Colin, and Nellale, are equally fine. The teamwork there is incredible, and the facility itself is very attractive: clean and well organized. I feel that I am getting the best possible care for my foot pain. I am progressing very well and look forward to steadily increasing relief. Also, the people at the front desk, Michelle and Megan, are just terrific. They are warm and welcoming, with a great service attitude. I recommend this facility very highly for anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Body Central is an extremely well-run physical therapy facility. This is my second time going there, this time for a shoulder injury. The first time was for a torn calf muscle (at the Swan Road facility). In both cases I was given what I believe was the best possible care. At Tanque Verde I worked with physical therapist, Dr. Meghan MacArdy, and her technical assistants: Sam, Lisa, and Colin (mostly Colin). They are all extremely knowledgeable, personable, and caring. They treat the whole therapeutic process as a collaborative effort between patient and therapist/tech, giving respect, encouragement and very clear instructions. I always looked forward to each session. The results were also astoundingly effective, as my shoulder pain is almost completely gone. The front desk people, Michelle and Megan, are also wonderful: warm and friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The facility itself is very attractive: clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well-organized. I would not hesitate to go there again should the need arise, and I would definitely recommend Body Central to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend BodyCentral Physical Therapy on Tanque Verde. Mat Wise is knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and patient with all my questions. I am very comfortable there and feel that they care and have my best interests in mind. Mat elaborated and explained my knee condition much more thoroughly than my doctor did. Fantastic experience: I give bodycentral five stars. Michelle the front office person is very friendly and helpful. The physical therapists I have been working with, Kristen W. & Steve Mills have been fantastic. They listen and they really take their time and teach you what is beneficial for you to heal and to get stronger. If I could go to physical therapy everyday I would. The assistants are great as well. They are all very personable and down to earth which makes it nice. I've been to a few different other physical therapy centers, & this place knocks the others out of the park.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Body central physical therapy for about a month now at the Tanque Verde location. My physical therapist Paul Winkler and his assistant Sam Decker have been fantastic. They have been very patient and informative about my conditions very encouraging and patient with my limitations. I Had a pretty bad rear end car wreck and I'm having a lot of back shoulder and neck pain and some days are good and some days I'm barely moving and they adjust to how I'm feeling whatever day they are making what's really A lousy situation better. And Michelle at front is really sweet. Because of these terrific employees it almost makes going to physical therapy pleasant
