Fantastic experience: Great experience here! Everyone is really nice and welcoming. I got great care and they were able to help me in ways I wasn't getting care at other physical therapy places. They got me running again after two years of not being able to. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: This place is miraculous! I have had numerous chronic pain issues for years and in just 4 sessions, only 1x per week, the pain in two major areas is gone! Make sure you do the exercises EVERY day because this is the secret, along with the AMAZINGLY well trained staff, and BELIEF you CAN release the pain!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin… the Physical therapists were amazing! All were very informative, knowledge, and brought different experiences to the table. The assistances were incredibly friendly and personable. And I couldn’t forget about the personnel at the front desk and the first group of people you see, greet you when you walk in. They see you ASAP and provide the best assistance to make sure you have everything squared away. It was honestly sad leaving.

Fantastic experience: Desert Palms Physical Therapy is a wonderful place. From the time I booked my first appointment I felt safe. Everyone wears a mask properly and they sanitize regularly. It’s also not crowded. It’s so important to feel safe in a place where you’re receiving therapy in the midst of a pandemic.. Allison and all the staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, helpful, and intuitive. I learn something new about my body and about new tools with each visit. The clinic is easy to access with ample parking. Allison gives me a customized prescription of exercises to do. Most if them can be emailed and then I can access the instructions which include videos and a tracker on an iPad app. I have found this to be really helpful in addition to the printouts.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Everyone I had contact with was friendly. My physical therapist was knowledgeable. The waiting room is nice & clean, along with the patient area. It was a good experience, & if I need physical therapy again, I know where I'm going to go.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff with hours later in the afternoon which works out perfectly for me to get PT in after work. Camille is very energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly. So thankful she is willing to implement a non-traditional treatment plan for my condition! Highly recommend to anyone seeking certain non-surgical treatment options and holistic approaches to solving your problems.

Fantastic experience: For whatever reason you are assignee to Desert Palms the ‘problem’ is attacked and help is administered quickly and efficiently.. That is especially true in my case. Consequently I am referring two additional patients (friends) with similar problems. Info to follow.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting the Oro Valley area for three weeks and set up my twice a week appointments from my home after finding this group on the internet. I had had carpal tunnel and trigger finger p/t previously for two weeks following surgery. Connie was now my therapist, and she exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge coupled with her warmth and caring made for a totally positive experience. I progressed very well and continued my at home exercises once I returned to my home. The office and staff were upbeat and accommodating. The practice is fortunate to have Connie on its staff!

Fantastic experience: After calling many places, I was thrilled that I was actually able to make an appointment at Desert Palms without having to wait 3 weeks to get in. The scheduling of the initial and subsequent appointments was smooth, they worked well with my insurance company, and the people there are really great in helping me to recover after my hip replacement surgery. Fantastic experience: I have not completed my referral yet, but have had a very good experience to date. My therapist, Chris, is professional and listens to what I tell her as well as re-evaluates progress and adjusts the exercises as needed. All of the staff I have interacted with at this facility have been professional and pleasant to work with and seem interested in their job. While I am not yet back to 100% I have definitely improved and am hopeful about the ultimate outcome.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many physical therapy places in my life, but this one is head and shoulders above the rest! Kristen and Mike were both exceptionally good with me, but honestly, everyone who works there is not just friendly and professional, they’re incredibly knowledgeable and know how to get people better and back to their normal lives, ASAP!

Fantastic experience: The therapy was specifically geared to my needs. There were three or four persons helping me which offered maximum care and helpful exercises. I was given printouts of the exercices I learned to take home with me to repeat them there.

Fantastic experience: This is now my third time getting physical therapy from the folks at Desert Palms. The first time about six years ago, Marcus resolved my severe left hamstring and hip pain, allowing me to run pain free again until quite recently. The second time Marcus and Mike worked on my right shoulder and back pain, resolving the back pain and giving me maximum use of my shoulder, given the permanent damage to my joint and rotator cuff, and allowing me to avoid surgery. Now they are helping me overcome pain again in my left hip from a likely labral tear and eroded hip joint, allowing me to walk (my running days may be over--we shall see) long distances comfortably and again avoiding surgery. I contine to be impressed with Desert Palms: professional, competent, courteous, on time and I like them. I am very grateful to them and see no reason to go elsewhere.

She listened carefully to my concerns and decided on a therapy program that was extremely helpful. All of their therapy staff are compassionate and very skilled at finding out the root cause of pain. They work together as a team to reach each patient's goals. Fantastic experience: In mid August I had a shoulder replacement.By coincidence a friend was having the same procedure one week after mine by the same surgeon. I had been to Desert Palms for successful therapy about 4 years ago and new that’s where I would be going to help my new shoulder recover. I just ran into her today she is still in a sling. I have had almost full use of my arm for at least a month. Desert Palms has a very welcoming vibe with very qualified therapists. They think out of the box to address your specific needs. Thank you to the whole staff at Desert Palms. On a scale of 1to10 I give it a 20.

Fantastic experience: 5 years ago I could hardly walk I had so much back and neck pain and Marcus of Desert Palms treated me. His level of thoughtfulness, focus and attention brought me back to 100% and now I am even more fit than before. Fantastic experience: The reception staff is wonderful and so welcoming. I currently go there for PT and it has been a positive experience from the beginning. You can tell that everyone there really has a passion for what they do and their explanations keep you involved every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with the experience, professionalism, and care that I have received at Desert Palms. I am going thru post shoulder surgery rehabilitation for a rotator tear repair and bone spur. After 7 weeks of PT and still on going, I am thrilled and amazed at the great progress I have made. Thanks to Marcus Neal, Michael Pritzi, and tech staff, this experience has been very positive and rewarding. I rate them heads and shoulders (literally) above other large PT practices in the Oro Valley area. This comes from my own comparison to disappointing experiences with poor progress and results of other like practices in the area. Fantastic experience: The overall experience was great. Front desk was friendly and the billing was straight forward. I saw Michaela for my issue and she did a great job. She took her time to assess how I moved and explained her findings and prescribed appropriate exercises to help manage my problem. I would have no problem referring people to this place.

Fantastic experience: I have been so blessed to have found this place. Amber and Roger have changed my life. She's one of many therapist that has worked with me but the only one that is helped me through my condition and helped me understand it better and has actually taught me how to subside the pain and her Tech Rodger is amazing gets me through my exercises talks me through everything so that I focus on healing and not the pain. Fantastic experience: My primary physical therapist is Marcus Neal. He never ceased to amaze me with his ability to pull a different treatment modality or exercise plan out to tackle a presenting problem that was proving resistant to mainstream or basic physical therapy exercise treatment plans. Consistently following his instructions has made by body stronger, resulting in less painful flair ups. I am also grateful to Michael P. who evaluated and treated me when Marcus was unavailable. All the support staff were friendly and encouraging. I had received treatment at a different physical therapist for an earlier injury in the mid 1990’s. The evaluation and versatile treatment plan received at Desert Palms far exceeded my previous physical therapy experience. Although I am 20 years older now, I feel the current improvement in my body’s muscles is superior to what was the result of the previous physical therapy.
