Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident and had a lot of back and neck pain. The staff at PhysioWorks in Kent were amazing! Karl, Ally, and Jordan all were patient, kind, and understanding during physical therapy. Now that I’m doing well enough to do my own workouts, I continue to see Doctor Hehn, who is also amazing, for adjustments. So thankful for a wonderful team to help me through recovery.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here are fantastic! I am able to work hard safely to heal my injury. They really care about you and how you are doing. It is very easy to make appointments. Some of the staff are bilingual. They also offer massage and chiropractic here. Very wonderful place to strengthen your area of pain.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this place for PT. Carl, Ally, Jordan, and Danny are all incredible and fun to work with. I primarily worked with Carl on my joint issues in my knees and hips, but would see Ally, Jordan, and Danny on occasion. They each worked with me to push my limits without hurting myself and are incredibly encouraging with my progress. My diagnoses don't allow me to be completely pain from but after working with the team here from April to August, I'm nowhere near as bad as I was. I don't have to rely on my cane as heavily as I used to. I wish I could've worked with them longer, but I'm moving out of town. Thanks for the help y'all!!

Fantastic experience: Let's be real - physical therapy sucks. It's painful, uncomfortable, and progress is often slow. But I can at least say going here made PT suck a lot less. Karl, Ally, and Jordan were supportive and encouraging as I worked through the frustration I had with my shoulder. I could tell they cared and had the smarts and experience to know what to do. They struck a great balance between (relatively) easy exercises to more difficult movements so my shoulder could recover and build up strength - all without re-injuring myself. And finally after 6 months of work, I'm happy to say my shoulder is back to where it was before. Sure, you can argue that any PT office will realistically fix whatever pains that brought you there in the first place. But it's the people helping you who will ultimately make or break your PT experience. And boy, am I sure glad I went here - because the people are top notch. PS - Karl, congrats for getting rid of me! I hope I never see you again (as a patient )

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to PhysioWorks for hand therapy after having Carpal tunnel surgery back in December 2021 and I must say it has made a world of difference. The two Hand therapists, Gina and Linda, do excellent work. They are very knowledgeable, and are willing to answer any questions you may have during your recovery process. I have learned a lot from both of them and I’m very grateful for the work they have done with me. There may be other occupational hand therapist around but I would highly recommend coming to Physio Works if you are in the Kent/Auburn area and want to come to a quality place that does it all.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this facility for over half a year now. The people here from the doctors, to the therapists, and to the smiling faces at the front desk has given such a wonderful experience in my journey to recovery. Fantastic experience: The best place to go for everything from front desk, massage, physical therapy, and chiropractory and beyond. Each member of the staff is so easy to communicate with, each staff member you can tell truly cares and loves to see their patients improve and each person truly listens and they communicate well with one another that each person you are assigned to so you do not have to continuously tell how you got injured because your notes are shared between everyone you see. You could not go wrong coming here. My all time favorite. I plan on visiting Even though my therapy is done here but each and every person is such a wonderful person they make it joyful to spend your time here improving your injuries.

Fantastic experience: Alona is such a great physical therapist. She is genuine and nice with all of her patients. Her knowledge is extensive and is constantly looking to improve her understanding to help her patients. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: What makes PhysioWorks Kent special is their ability to work across disciplines to achieve the greatest results for their patients/workers. The in-house MD, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapists/OT Assistants, and Physical Therapists/PT Assistants all work as a team to understand their patients. If continuity of care matters to you, I would HIGHLY recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love that you can get more then one service at this clinic! It’s a one shop stop! I have been seen here for chiropractic physical therapy and massage therapy. The receptionist are amazing on working around your schedule and availability. I have been seen by most of the physical therapist including Alona, Ashley, Ally, Kelli and Carl they all have their own way of providing treatment but all of it is efficient and it works! Went from being in a cast to now being able to walk with no assistance. I absolutely enjoy getting my adjustments from Dr. Sanchez getting your bones cracked is always nerve-racking but he has a way of making you feel very comfortable. Overall I am super happy that I came across this place.

All fellow therapists are very friendly and has provided excellent help for me through the learning process. 100% would recommend for any student requiring observation opportunities to reach out the clinic. Fantastic experience: I want to share my experience at Physio Works. I started during physical therapy in August of last year 2020 . The therapist & counselors have been great as well as the whole staff. Everyone there has been very cordial & very much hands on here. I did Physical Therapy & massage . Pre surgery & post surgery . Fantastic experience: As a patient, PhysioWorks is a Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic by definition and practice. Although the clinic offers variety of services, which is convenient and advantageous, but what strikes me the most is the care and attention the physicians have towards their patients. They do care and take care of their patients until they are fully recovered. For me this is what make them so unique. PhysioWorks has an excellent customer service experience, and I am proud and confident to recommend PhysioWorks to anyone who needs a physical and therapy care.

Work along side with clients through their journey of rehab and witness their progress of become stronger. Clinic is clean and organized, provided a friendly environment for the clients to work toward their return to work goals. Iryna was a great clinical instructor.

Fantastic experience: This place is honestly the best physical therapy/work conditioning I have experienced. Most places have goals and if you can't reach them or are not *feeling it* day by day....you get a sarcastic vibe and well you just don't feel the greatest after the eye rolls.. But everyone here is very interactive if you have questions or are a talkative human‍♂️ they'll accommodate that and if you wanna put headphones in and just do your thing ...they are also cool with that ‍♂️every person needs a raise and/or be hired.

Fantastic experience: All the staff and physical therapists are very caring and helpful. They have a very clean office and back physical therapy area with all sorts of different exercise equipment for rehabilitation. After getting a specialized plan to do at home, and attending a handful of appointments, I’m able to walk on my semi- recently injured foot again!

Fantastic experience: As a medical Interpreter I can say by experience that not very many places offer the number of services you need to get better. From a Doctor to a Chiropractor to Physical Therapy or Hand Therapy or Occupational Therapy and also Massage plus on site virtual visit with a Mental Health Specialist. You get access to a friendly and experienced interdisciplinary team that will make sure you are well taken care off and on your way to recovery from whatever you need attention to. I highly recommend PhysioWorks !

Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical at first about getting physical therapy, after getting injured at work. The doctors had told me try physical therapy first,and if it didn't help me, surgery was my next option. Two months later of twice a week sessions my pain just went away. Very awesome staff,very knowledgeable of best treatment for your condition. Now back to normal, if anything happens at work again, or my coworkers get hurt ,I would recommend treatment at PhysioWorks.
