Feel very lucky to have found this establishment. edit - 6 yrs on and Calen and his staff are still the place to get your PT done. They have greatly expanded the practice and so glad they are an asset to the community. Fantastic experience: Professional, welcoming, knowledgeable. They have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere all while holding to high standards of care. I’m receiving therapy for a rotator cuff tear (instead of surgery) and I have had consistent range of motion improvement and pain reduction. Doing the work at home is crucial but the guidance and weekly treatment at the clinic is empowering and motivating.

Fantastic experience: I tried NorthSound after a torn bicep and returned after recently breaking my hip in a fall. Calen and the team know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. Their treatments work well to get you recovered from your injury or surgery. I returned to NorthSound Snohomish after breaking my femur last October. The hip responded well and my leg gained strength back. But my knee on that leg was painful from the day of the break. It turned out it has bone spurs from arthritis. They really helped in lessening the pain, but it's still not normal, despite their good effort. So I'll discuss with my doctor. It's probably time for cortisone shot in the knee, perhaps replacement.

She is great at designing different exercises that help with mobility, function and strength -- I notice improvement in my knee flexion/extension after every visit. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about Calen and all the staff at NorthSound PT - Snohomish. Calen was recommended to me by my podiatrist. They are all highly knowledgeable, care about your recovery and make you feel so comfortable in the process. I work in healthcare and I really notice/appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent teamwork. This is the smoothest running of any clinic I have been to in recent memory. The front desk staff are so welcoming and appointment times were easy to schedule. The office is well organized and everyone jumps in to help out where need be. The office is clean - it is evident patient safety and thoroughly sanitizing the equipment after each use is a high priority. They are all easy going but you can tell they really enjoy their work and being teammates with one another. Going to PT each week was such good energy/good company and I always looked forward to my appointments. Past experiences at other PT offices have often felt like a waste of time - the same exercises week in and week out with the PT aide chatting you up but not coaching you on your technique - and you barely see your actual PT. NorthSound was not this experience at all - I always felt like a priority. They take a lot of pride in their work. Calen was hands on, listened to my symptoms, and each week he had a clear and customized treatment plan that helped me progress and challenged me. They were all attentive, present and knowledgeable. Calen sets you up with an app to help you keep track of your stretching/exercises at home. There are short videos available to show you the proper technique too if you need clarification. I found it really helpful because it kept me more motivated and accountable than I have ever been with PT before. I am so grateful for the care I received at NorthSound PT - I really believe I was in the best hands after my injury.

Fantastic experience: NorthSound Physical Therapy is Amazing!!! I started going to Calen in January for knee pain and just graduated with zero knee pain! Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful and truly cares for all patients. I felt like Calen was super thorough with my first examine. He gave me exercises at pt and on my own to strengthen my legs which ultimately eliminated the pain. I always felt like I had their full attention, enjoyed my time there and would recommend them to all!

Fantastic experience: Caring Physical Therapist...both Calen and Jon listen to you and work on those specific areas. The two of them go beyond I believe in helping you through your PT. The receptionist Cindy made me feel very welcomed the first day of my therapy and has continued to show concern. Most of all, it is nice that there are only two therapist, so you do not have to keep repeating why you are there. Definitely would recommend others that need physical therapy to North Sound PT in Snohomish.

Fantastic experience: In January 2018 I started going to the North Sound Physical Therapy Lake Stevens location. Since then, they opened up a new location in Snohomish where my two favorite staff members PT Calen and Secretary Cindy moved to so I switched to that location as well. I must say I’ve never felt so cared for from a business/practice in my life, these two are absolutely amazing. Very laid back and positive atmosphere with nice private 1 on 1 sessions. All brand new equipment is a plus as well. I would highly recommend coming here if you want fun loving people that go above and beyond for their patients to help you.

Fantastic experience: Calen Shula partners well with my physician on a prescribed plan of care customized for my condition. He listens, explains each treatment, and is personable. He commits to one-on-one sessions of dedicated care lasting 45-60 minutes.
