Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Pacific Physical Therapy is amazing! The front desk receptionists are always friendly, can answer all your questions and remember all their patients! Alicia is great, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and work through any issues. I also worked with Allison and Rachel, PTA, and they are both great as well! I appreciate the care they all provided and would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: When I first started coming Pacific Physical Therapy, I honestly had little faith that it would help me with my injury. At one point I had literally given up hope that I would be able to just walk normally again. My therapists proved me wrong, and I am so thankful for that. I remember one time specifically that I came hobbling into the office in so much pain that I was going to call it off for the day. I explained what was happening with my knee to my therapists, Jill and Sarah, and they listened to my issues and addressed them on the spot. By the end of my session I WALKED out with so much relief that, from that point on, they had gained my trust. Yesterday was my last visit with Pacific Physical Therapy. It's been a long road but I feel so much better than I did when I first walked through their doors. I am a believer in the program, which for me is saying lot. They gave me the tools I needed to rehabilitate my knee and ensure that I am as well prepared for the future as I can be. Fantastic experience: I saw Alicia and Alison for 3 months post surgery. I looked forward to my appointments because of their friendliness and knowledge in helping me. I most appreciated that they listened to me. Each visit they checked on my progress and adjusted their care as needed. I left with a home plan that is doable and helpful. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Pacific Physical Therapy with Jill and her assistant, Sara. I felt that they listened to me and came up with the best way to manage my concerns. They really helped me with exercises that strengthened my back, my knee, and my core. This was my second time seeking treatment here and should I require it in the future, will certainly return.

Fantastic experience: I landed at Pacific Physiotherapy after a visit to Urgent care and the doctor could not resolve my paralyzing lower back pain. Pacific Phys. saw me without a previous appointment and within 15 minutes of my call. The kind and knowledgeable therapist that attend to me, promptly saw that I had issues with my Sacral-Iliac and guided me to perform two exercises to align the SI back to its original state. She also recommended a maintenance practice. Grateful!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Pacific Physical Therapy, especially Alicia and Alison. I fell last November, breaking all of the bones in my ankle and dislocating my foot. After surgery to insert plates, screws, and pins, I started physical therapy at Pacific. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and heard. My feedback was important and every member of the staff was genuinely interested in my recovery. I am now able to walk confidently, without a cane or walker, as well as improvement in my balance. I highly recommend the team at Pacific Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: Jill, Sarah, Allison, Brianna & Catie have all been fantastic people to work with! I had the worst back pain of my life and after many sessions of PT with them I barely have been bothered by it since. I had shoulder problems about a year ago that they helped me with too. Everyone at Pacific Physical Therapy is pleasant and friendly and genuinely cared about my wellbeing and progress. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the PT I received from Pacific Physical Therapy. Alicia and Annelise provided excellent care for my shoulder pain and helped me regain use of my shoulder without the pain I had when I started the therapy. Following the exercises they provided to me when I finished the month long therapy has helped me to keep my pain to a minimum. My mobility has improved and I'm able to go about my everyday activities without the shoulder pain I suffered from prior to the PT I received.

Fantastic experience: Jill Hoffman designed a wonderful program for my specific knee injury and with the aid of Catie, they made sure that by the end of my sessions I was back to being able to resume running and hiking without pain. All of the staff were considerate, cheerfully accommodating, and made for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this office for your healing needs.

Fantastic experience: Saw Brianna and Allison and they were both fantastic! They worked me out when I was in the office and gave me the tools to keep up the strength training once I was done with my sessions. Thanks to them, I had a pain-free summer climbing mountains. Fantastic experience: My 7 year old son broke his elbow falling out of a tree and after casting had very limited mobility and had to do PT. Jill and Allison were amazing, always made fun exercises for him to do, made us both feel very comfortable and we actually really enjoyed our time. Best of all he is back to himself with full range of motion. Definitely recommend Pacific Physical Therapy especially for a kid.

Fantastic experience: This is a miracle working place right here. The staff is extremely professional and nice. The girls behind the desk were awesome and helped figure out a good schedule for my sessions. Jill Hoffman was my therapist. I was experiencing a lot of pain from my ankle all the way up to my lower back on my left leg. She quickly pinpointed the specific muscle group it was that was giving me problems. She showed me some excersices to practice there and at home. I thought after years of that pain it would never go away. Well this place showed that there are ways to lessen the pain almost to nothing, within a matter of 2 months of going. I would highly recommend Pacific Physical Therapy!!

Fantastic experience: I felt my six weeks of physical therapy at Pacific PT were well worth the time and energy spent. The staff did their best at finding out what was the most effective approach to deal with my issues stemming from my Parkinsons. Both Alicia and Catie were quite responsive to my needs and therefore helped me make some good progress. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pacific Physical Therapy. I suffered a work injury and they helped me rehab to being stronger than I was pre-injury. The physical therapists will listen to you and how your body is feeling. I always felt supported and they set me up with a great home plan in between appointments. The atmosphere at this clinic is very relaxing and I never felt judged. When you’re injured, you feel so vulnerable and Pacific Physical Therapy always made me feel welcome, heard and comfortable. I personally worked with Jill but observed the other physical therapists as well. Their entire staff was knowledgeable and comforting to their patients. I couldn’t imagine healing with any other clinic.

Fantastic experience: I went here for plantar fasciitis and pain from a heel spur. The entire team made me feel welcome and heard. Clean facility with a wide variety of equipment! Jill and Allison both helped me get back to running and hiking again. I gained so much flexibility thanks to the multiple exercises and stretches the had me doing.

Jill and Allison were awesome to work with. Great people. They are both very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from both of them. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Pacific Physical Therapy after a shoulder injury. I was a bit skeptical because I had been to physical therapy for an ankle and elbow injury and was only able to get back to about 70% of my pre-injury self. Brett and his team started me on a simple, easy program using a phone app that would remind me to perform the exercises along with reps and sets of each. They worked me through an entire program and over the course of a few months, I was back to shoulder presses and pull-ups without pain. I would say that Pacific PT got me back to 97% of my pre-injury activities. I have recommended this team to several friends and family members. Thank you Pacific Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: After struggling with foot pain for over three years, I was so happy when I found Pacific Physical Therapy. Brett and Alison were really helpful and took time to listen to all my concerns and then addressed my issues with a holistic approach. I had been to several other PTs and none of them considered that other parts of my body were attributing to some of the foot pain I was having. At each appointment I was given ample time to ask questions and go over the home exercises, as well as receive treatments and learn new exercises to help in the overall treatment of my foot. I have seen a large amount of improvement over the past couple of months and owe a great deal of that to Pacific Physical Therapy. The environment of the office is fun and supportive. I will definitely be back if I am in need of further assistance!

Fantastic experience: I came to Pacific Physical Therapy with a healing, broken right humorous bone. When I first started therapy, I was in a lot of pain and could barely move my arm, fingers, etc. The staff is awesome and so easy to work with and very encouraging! I broke my arm on August 9, 2021, was sent to therapy 6.5 weeks later and am happy to report that I was discharged from therapy on December 1, 2021!! Thank you Jill & Alison...I'll miss your smiling faces!

Fantastic experience: Brett Palmer and crew (Alison and all the front desk staff) are AMAZING! My teenage daughter started PT with them 5 weeks after ankle surgery. The progress she made from day 1 until she "graduated" in October was incredible. She always looked forward to going to her appointments and came out sweating and smiling! She is now back to dancing full-time and her ankle is stronger than ever. I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had a recent experience at Pacific Physical Therapy with Jill Hoffman. I didn't believe Physical Therapy would help my knee I was there only because my doctor said I had to be before I could see a surgeon. Jill proceeded to show me exercises and different stretches to help my knee that I really didn't think would help. Well guess what five weeks later and I'm doing things that it wasn't able to do a month ago like ride my horses work on my property and ride my bike! Jill Hoffman is the best she is so smart and so kind with such a pleasure to be around! I highly recommend Pacific Physical Therapy and especially Jill!

Fantastic experience: I have received the best care from Pacific Physical Therapy and my physical therapist, Jill Hoffman. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and really took care to make sure I was able to do the exercises and that I could perform them at home once I was at a level I could handle. She was always able to answer all my questions & concerns, she gave me printouts of all the exercises I needed to strengthen the areas of concern. Jill really helped me to have less paid, which is the main reason I came to them for help. I had been there a couple of years before to help with my vertigo, that went really well and I have been mostly free of the debilitating nature of vertigo. I highly recommend Pacific Physical Therapy for all of your therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Ryan, Tiana and Troy did a great job of helping me walk again after my knee replacement. They never pushed me too hard that I was in any pain. The whole facility had very friendly staff. The women at the front desk on both side learned my name immediately and always helped when needed. I am having my other knee replaced in January and I will be going back to them. The other PT and PTA were very friendly too. When they told me I did not need any more PT I was sad to say good bye. Fantastic experience: LOVED pretty much every single thing about my experience at Pacific PT. I had my 2nd knee replacement and worked with Jill and Allison throughout my rehab, and the owner Brett also offered time and support. All are talented, kind, funny and they saw me as an individual - this was definitely a 'specialized to my needs/progress' kind of place. I am a 'do more than they ask' sort of person and if I felt capable they let me do more, or if I was 'stuck' they came up with different ideas to get the progress back on track. If I need PT again, will DEF go back :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a frequent flyer here since about 2016 for hip, shoulder, and wrist rehabilitation. The reason I continued coming back here is that the staff love what they do and they love working with each other. Most of the staff has been there since the start. I know that if I ever needed it again, I would be able to return to Pacific PT and be greeted by the exact same people. I’ve worked with just about everyone there and I don’t have a negative thing about anyone! Whether you need short-term, long-term, or recurring therapy, I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been greatly blessed by the staff at Pacific Physical Therapy. Ryan is a terrific and knowledgeable therapist who was able to help me gain back stability and balance as he also guided me in exercises to improve my strength. I had lost so much strength following cancer surgery and treatment. I also was experiencing a lot of lower back problems and had trouble standing for any length of time. Ryan worked steadily with me to tackle one problem and then another. I have found much improvement in every area. I whole heartedly recommend Ryan and the staff at Pacific Physical Therapy. They have worked with me at each level of my injury recovery with amazing therapy and exercises that progressed along with me as my strength and healing progressed.
