Fantastic experience: Excellant office staff. Our Physical Therapist (Sarah) is understanding, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I have both been treated here and we can not recommend them highly enough. Another thing I really like is that you see a Physical Therapist at the first visit, and continue to see one through all the visits. An assistant does not take over after the initial visit.

Fantastic experience: This place is so great. The staff all seem to be upbeat and happy... Although my appointments are on Friday afternoon so that may be why people are upbeat.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend CorePhysio more to those looking for pelvic floor therapy. Christine helped improve my quality of live more than I thought possible. She gave me so much guidance of how to improve my GI function in preparation of a major GI surgery and was there to support me with my recovery as well. Even my surgeons were amazed at the progress I had made after seeing this physical therapist. Her bedside manner and attention to detail are truly hard to find. Also all of the support staff at the clinic made each step of the process so easy for me and always made me feel welcome. When your struggling and in pain having positive support from your care team makes it easier to get through all of it. I had a great experience with the treatment I've received from CorePhysio and can't thank them enough for the impact they've made in my life!

Fantastic experience: Lisa is a phenomenal physical therapist and she knows how to treat Ehlers Danlos Syndrome through the Muldowney Protocol, in which I have many complications. I have never had such an exceptional therapist on my team before! She deserves a raise or an award, honestly. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Elizabeth Hampton and her great, professional, and talented staff at CorePhysio in Bellingham, WA 2001 to 2007 when I moved away form Bellingham. My issues were lumbar spine specifically deteriorated and arthritic facet joints and herniated disc in lumbar spine L2/3 to S1 Elizabeth and her staff have helped me more than any PT I have every worked with and got me back to playing golf and working out on a regular basis. Elizabeth is exceedingly smart and her and her staff are always doing continuing education to improve and find better ways to help their clients. I am still in contact with Elizabeth and she gives valuable advice and assistance whenever I have a question about my lumbar issues or exercises. I highly recommend seeing Elizabeth and her staff no matter if its for injuries, degeneration of parts of the body or you just want to perform better and avoid injury. They are number one in the entire North West.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend CorePhysio for any physical therapy you may require that is limiting your mobility. or daily activities. I initially started therapy because of issues that significantly affected my ability to do Pilates/Reformer classes, walk a minimum of 2 miles a day, and golf. My therapist worked to target the affected areas that were limiting my daily activities and continued to alter my home therapy plan as I progressed. I have recently returned for another unrelated issue. I have every confidence in my therapist that I will be on the mend soon, based on my previous experience, and back to doing all the activities I enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Lisa, my PT at CorePhysio is great. She's kind and warm and certainly knows her stuff clinically. I'm continuing to make progress. I don't have experience with any of the other PT's but if Lisa is any indication, I'd highly recommend CorePhysio.

Fantastic experience: Kay Gordon guided me through the difficult process of recovery from total knee replacement with specific suggestions tailored to my needs and progress. In less than six months, I have complete function and a strong motivation to do the other knee.

Fantastic experience: CorePhysio provided communication and information that allowed me to feel seen and valued from the first email. Elizabeth came recommended by others within in the LGBTQIA+ and although CorePhysio wasn’t in network, it felt important for me to see her. As a low income mother living in the San Juan Islands, we decided to have an initial consult via Telehealth for ease. This was a great way to receive initial advice and support without having to travel to the mainland with a newborn. We mutually decided that an in person visit would be helpful and scheduled that for some weeks later. In between those two appointments (one online and then in-person) I felt cared for in knowing that I had a point of contact if anything else came up. CorePhysio adjusted their rates to be accessible to me in my time of need and for that I am so grateful. I learned so much in visit with Elizabeth, things that will support my pelvic health for my lifetime. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The therapist I saw was exceptional. She was professional yet friendly in her approach. I appreciated that she patiently gave me time to formulate my questions as she carefully explained how the bladder system works and what I could do that would improve my health. She was efficient but I felt I had all the time I needed.

Fantastic experience: This was the best physical therapy office we have been to. Audrey was terrific - very caring and informative. She worked a lot with my child who had suffered a sports injury. We felt listened to and partnered with. We saw great results! Also, the office is very calming and welcoming, lots of plants, wood furniture, nice lighting. I have been to several other physical therapy offices in town and they were had only bare walls, fluorescent lights, uncomfortable chairs, and felt very institutional. This felt more like a spa environment. I was really surprised how much the calming vibe of the office helped us relax and focus on healing. They definitely have put a lot of thought into creating a very holistic experience. If we ever need physical therapy again, we will request CorePhysio!

Fantastic experience: I have had physical therapy at CorePhysio for two different joint issues in the last year. I have worked with three different therapists, Elizabeth, Lisa, and Frank. All three have been professional and knowledgeable, as well as positive and supportive in my efforts to improve my joint health. I have found all of the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating scheduling needs and changes and promptly returning phone messages. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone needing physical therapy.

Positive experience: I was being seen here for knee pain earlier this year. I found the staff kind, but they were never able to directly answer my questions about billing which was frustrating. Nonetheless, I needed help so I persisted. My appointments were frequently 15 minutes or so behind schedule and consisted of conversations, feeling around my knee and being sent home with exercises that never did end up helping. Several of my appointments were also cancelled last minute due to my provider not being available suddenly and no one being able to cover for them. Nearly 5 months later I am receiving bills for my treatments that are significantly higher than I was expecting and these costs were not relayed to me or approved by me at the time of the appointment. In the end, their services did not end up helping me, but I was out quite a lot of money. Not sure that I would go back here again or recommend them to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by my Physician for physical therapy for my sciatica pain, my pain was so debilitating, I couldn't work, I couldn't walk three steps without bending over in excruciating pain. I saw three doctors within two weeks begging for relief. And then I saw Kay, my Physical therapist at Corephysio, she asked me lots of questions and I saw how much she wanted to help me. When she discovered what my issue was she helped me understand it, explained it to me and created a treatment plan that helped me get back to work within a week. I can't be more grateful and I would definitely recommend Corephysio to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I had a debilitating experience which left me almost unable to function. Could hardly get in or out of bed, could not sleep, was wracked with pain, could not lift a cup of coffee and could hardly shuffle for a city block. My primary care physician gave me a prescription for Physical Therapy and I went to Core Physio and spent about 4 months under the care of Jenny, one of their PT specialists. I am now back to full functionality. She brought me back step by step, always adjusting her treatments and recommended home exercises each week to my changing needs. I can fully recommend them. And it is where I will return if needed in the future.

She takes a whole body approach when assessing my injury, and has enabled me to achieve a much higher level of functioning. In comparison to my other experiences with physical therapists, she comes far and away in my number one spot! Thank you Emily for helping me move through life in a more pain free way!

Fantastic experience: Was very apprehensive with this type of therapy and was told to have an open mind. The place itself was very 'peaceful'. Staff was very kind and organized. My personal PT was incredibly welcoming, knowledge and patient. I loved that she really paid attention to the details. Very much recommended!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time at Core Physio with Kaitlin! The whole operation is very professional and friendly! I had some complexities and complications post-op and they were very compassionate and helpful in dealing with it, and helping with missed appointments due to being sick. Then Covid hit, and we had to make adjustments, but it all went fantastically well!! I would recommend Kaitlin in the strongest way possible. She is very knowledgeable and worked with my surgeon to adapt any changes needed to my activities. I have already recommended several people to go to Core Physio, and in the unfortunate even that I have to have more surgery, I will no doubt. I had previously been a patient following shoulder surgery, and was very pleased as my therapist (forget her name?!) had had the same surgery as I did, and so waas very helpful!!

Fantastic experience: I've never had physical therapy before, but decided to take my GP's recommendation to try it. Based on my experience, I'd recommend CorePhysio to anyone seeking information, instruction, improvement and/or relief from pain associated with a muscular/skeletal condition. My therapist is very knowledgable and explains clearly what she recommends I try, how it addresses my situation and how to perform it correctly. Each visit, she adds other exercises to build on and amplify progress. I'm already noticing benefits from following the course of instruction in just 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Meghen Flaig, DPT at CorePhysio for two different injuries. She has been crucial to my recovery both times. She is a brilliant clinician and just an awesome person. I can't recommend her and CorePhysio enough!

They are helping me to notice my long-wrought body habits that actually add to my pain and are giving me exercises to retrain, as well as hands-on work to get the body memory working differently for me. Fantastic experience: Love this place! My PT is very knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and highly effective. Night and day difference from my former PT experience. Just wish I would have gone here 10 years ago instead of letting the symptom progress go far. Fantastic experience: I have received warm and professional courtesy from both the technicians and the support staff at CorePhysio since the first day I visited the clinic. The first thing is that the technician will ask me what is problematic and I learn as they patiently explain and instruct me toward my path to wellness. As a returning client, I have found my interactions with every individual in the CorePhysio team heartwarming and respectful. I walk out feeling both physically and spiritually uplifted, which is something i find to be quite unique.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Elizabeth Hampton at CorePhysio Squalicum for a little over a month. She is not the first physical therapist I have seen for my issues. I have been extremely impressed with the thoroughness and depth of her evaluation. Her use of language and descriptors is quite clear. She has been tenacious in helping me locate my structural imbalances. Most importantly, she has been comfortable in finding modalities for treatment that have relevance for me. I highly recommend this practice. Additionally, Covid-19 practices are thorough and utilized appropriately.

Fantastic experience: Good visits from the very first one. You are made to feel important and they are good at demonstrating what you need to do. Encouraging and really nicely advise you if you are not quite doing the exercise correctly. If you need to miss a visit they are very accommodating and caring in inquiry of how you are feeling and doing. I highly recommend them to any to anyone who is having issues.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Flaig for a severe pain condition in late 2018. She totally committed her expertise to work with me for over a year before I finally had a confirmed diagnosis. She 's not only a compassionate, amazingly talented physical therapist, she is a delightful human being. Postop, I went right back to CorePhysio as soon as I could to work with Meghen. I owe her so much gratitude for her unfailing support and care.

Fantastic experience: Amy and Annie at Core physio were an amazing team to get get me back on track after a meniscus tear. I felt that they really listened to me and what my personal goals were and tailored my rehab to meet those goals. I cannot recommend them enough, particularly to active athletes.

Fantastic experience: I'm being seen for scar massage after a double mastectomy. My provider, Becky is absolutely fabulous. I'm in an uncomfortable situation with my body and she is so respectful, gentle, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I still have a few more surgeries to go, and I will be back to see her, specifically.

Fantastic experience: The professionals at Core Physio Therapy are passionate about their work and provide specialized individual Rehabilitation plans based on the client's needs. The use of biofeedback and ultrasound imaging as part of a therapy program is invaluable. They will always be my go-to source for recovery.

Fantastic experience: After dealing with low back pain for a couple of months that was stopping me from riding my bike, I went to CorePhysio to get fixed up. Caitlin and Annie had me feeling 100% after just a few visits. Highly recommend. Appointments were easy to set up, the place is super clean, and they have all the equipment you need to get back on track. Most importantly, as I already mentioned, the staff is great.

Fantastic experience: Corephysio is amazing! Katie is phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, kind and supportive. At the start I felt very discouraged and like back surgery would be my only option. In a few weeks I felt progress. I’m back to doing most my regular activities (in less than 3 months). Like many people I’m juggling a busy schedule and have mental health needs. Katie helped keep me calm when I felt overwhelmed by it all and taught me helpful breathing techniques. I’ve never felt more heard and supported by a doctor. I’m forever grateful! Fantastic experience: I was referred to CorePhysio after cancer treatments by a local specialist. As a local group of Physical Therapists CorePhysio has long history. The founder had helped us in a similar but different health support group over a decade ago. This time at their office I was immediately impressed with their organization, knowledge and orderly graduated diagnostic and treatment plans -- specialized around their "Core" focus -- including pelvic-floor and related issues. Their professionalism, clear detailed procedures and use of technology, quickly inspired trust and confidence that improvements can and will be possible. Discussing details that others refuse to hear or talk about became easy - facilitating quick and demonstrably recognizable improvement for me. I'm now much more aware of subtle details of my own body, exerting control that I never knew of, or had before.

Each and every time, my PT has sat down and discussed my situation with me, asked me what my treatment goals were, and then worked with me to get me to achieve my goals. We became a strong working team and I made it to my goals! My PT was knowledgeable and always encouraging and the other staff members that I met along the way were always courteous, friendly, and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The best physical therapy I have ever had. It was a big deal to me to return to my previous level of athletic activity. The therapists are up to date on the latest techniques and certifications. They listened to my goals and made a plan that was detailed and progressed as my injuries healed. They gave me instructions for my at home PT and held me accountable for doing it, while at the same time being super patient with me. They also gave me long term maintenance ideas to keep injury free. I can happily say that I am back running, biking swimming and lifting thanks to Core!

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable staff. I came in with a case of shoulder tendonitis. Being climber my injury was slightly different than other cases that the clinic sees. My PT was able to adapt many of the exercises to my specific needs and I am out climbing again with a stronger, more flexible shoulder than ever.

Fantastic experience: My life took a downward turn when my lower back problem of twenty years declined, followed by a uterine prolapse and surgery that left me feeling like I would never have my life back. I was wrong. I did get my life back because of the outstanding physical therapists I worked with during the past year. I highly recommend Core Physio; it is an incredible place to heal!
