Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful place to do your recovery and therapy. The staff is very friendly and professional. They Excellent job of taken care of their customers and their needs to heal. Show you how to do all of your home exercises and they’re helpful and Listen to the customer needs.

Fantastic experience: I'm going for my back. I've only been here twice but everyone is extremely friendly. Zach is very knowledgeable. They have many different types of therapy. I'll be going back in a week and plan to continue for as long as it takes. I only pay a $20 co-pay and my insurance covers the rest.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this place! Ms Huddleston and Rhonda are just wonderful!! Professionalism and expertise rolled up with sincerity, compassion, and empathy. I absolutely love these two wonderful ladies! They are a God sent duo who have the expertise to make a difference in your road to recovery, and are just friendly and down to earth. Like I said, can’t say enough good things about these two or this place!

Fantastic experience: I've had the opportunity to use the therapy services at South Sound three times, twice in hand therapy and once for physical therapy. The level of service in both departments is consistently excellent. Everyone there is friendly and knowledge. The front desk also has a high level of customer service. I won't go anywhere else should the need arise again.

Fantastic experience: I received treatment for my hand and arm after I finished thirty sessions of Radiology treatments and the doctors took skin and legiments from my left arm. I was referred to South Sound Physical and hand Therapy the personnel there were so professional and showed concern for my well being.

Fantastic experience: I've been to the South Sound Physical and Hand therapy for 4 visits in getting physical therapy for my wrist which has pins and plates after a fall i had slipping in the ice in January. I've mostly had the same 2 therapists but have had 5 different ones and all of yhem have been cery professional in getting me back to using my right hand.

Fantastic experience: The personnel working at the clinic have been well trained and extremely knowledgeable of their prospective areas of treatment. I have used them for two knee replacements and my wife used them for two hip replacements. Everyone knows what needs to be accomplished to get you back to good health. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had some wrist issues from typing and Erica Bonte has helped me ease my wrist pain. The exercises that She and Jessica have me do are very effective in relieving the pain. I definitely recommend them for the Occupational therapy.

Fantastic experience: This Physical Therapy establishment provides 100% professional service with knowledge about Breast Cancer and the complications persons experience while in a gentle, guiding and private environment. I am confident that I could not have found a better therapist than Stephanie to continue into recovery after a very difficult cancer journey. I am so very thankful for her and South Sound Physical and Hand Therapy.

Fantastic experience: The staff at South Sound are absolutely awesome. Front office staff are friendly and fast. Working with the PT staff is a great experience. They can help you assess your condition and develop a good and solid plan of care. One of the things I also appreciate is that the PT staff are personable. They have a great sense of humor and keep you in great spirits all the while providing great care. By the way, my PT Bonnie rocks! A pleasant office atmosphere and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: I had worked with a prior PT at a different company that tried to resolve an ankle injury. After that course completed and I wasn't significantly better, I decided to try find a PT that specializes in running and found that at South Sound! Thanks for the treatment and significant improvement! I'm back up to running 8 miles at a time. Training for a full marathon in June!

Fantastic experience: I was given a referral for physical therapy and after waiting almost a week with no call back I reached out to South Sound. My husband had been seen in the clinic years ago for an incredibly unique case that they took head on, so I made my appointment, and I was not disappointed! The front desk staff answered the phone! The office was welcoming and helpful to obtain all my referral information, the staff was so knowledgeable, and I’m learning to use my hand more efficiently along with the treatment of my wrist/ elbow too!! I’d recommend this place hands down!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about engaging in physical therapy exercises and skeptical it could help as usually I try to put up with a problem. I was convinced by family to give it a try.,what do I have to lose? The therapists I encountered were wonderful - patient and calm throughout. I must say my problem is manageable now thanks to this clinic. Appointments started on time too, which I appreciate so that my own schedule could stay on task.

They were the first place I went when I re-tore it (even before the doc) because I felt they knew more about me and my progress than the doctor did. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and caring therapists. They are a good team. They offer both exercises to do there and at home as well as physical massage for injured shoulders. Each session for me ended with a massage and either a hot or cold pack. They give you a printed sheet of appointments and try to make them at the same time, so you don't forget.

Fantastic experience: Having physical therapy can be painful, South Sound therapy was not only very beneficial for me, it was a positive and effective. The office staff was polite and informitve.
