Crown Bay Nursing & Rehabilitation provides comprehensive rehabilitation services which enable each resident to reach their maximum level of independence.

Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy are provided seven days a week. Screening of new patients occurs within 24 hours of admission to determine potential therapy needs. Our comprehensive program includes specialized services for persons with orthopedic or neurological impairment.

I must say this facility is very well organized and clean. The nurses here handle everything while being extra careful, Please keep up the great work in aiding my grandfather back to strength.

My family member has been here two months now and he is being well taken care of by the nurses that are assigned to him. The rehabilitation center helped him regain strength. I will recommend this place to others.

I have my dad here after he fell. He was in the hospital for three days and they couldn’t seem to find out why he was hurting when he sits and walks, however, nothing showed up on the x-ray. Just in the first hour that my dad came to crown bay they immediately found out that he had a boil that caused him his discomfort. He’s been there about two weeks now and everyone is very nice. I’ve been to other nursing homes in the Bay Area and Crown Bay is by far one of the cleanest nursing homes. I’m very happy to have him there and I am confident that this place can help him rehabilitate.

This is a great facility for my dad to rebuild his strength after he fell. It’s nice and clean with lots of professional nurses. Everyone is so friendly and takes really good care of the seniors. Highly recommended!
