Fantastic experience: Amazing. Very impressed with the doctor's and staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I was in two car accidents in 2014. I have been complaining for years about my ribs and other areas that were really never addressed by previous doctor's. I was impressed that they had their own x-ray machine that showed all the issues I have been complaining about. The have many gadgets that help with recovery process including laser treatment, massages and adjustments. Highly recommend them. My muscle spasms, pain, surface tissue pain, migraines/tension headaches, posture, insomnia due to pain are all much less and improving on a daily basis. Thank you so much for helping me to the road of recovery.

First visit, they will x-ray your spine and show you exactly what needs adjusting, this makes it clear to understand why they have chosen your treatments. I also love supporting a woman-owned business and Dr. Boyd, the owner, is the best!

Fantastic experience: The Best Thing that happened to me in 2020 was finding Symmetry Health Care. They have helped me heal the injury to my spine. In 3 months of treatment I have returned to work, school and the gym. I can now sleep and rise from bed basically pain free. Symmetry Alameda has given me back my zeal for life. I wish I didn't suffer for a year before finding them.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean and welcoming. Lots of machinery and equipment for different types of treatment. They have an xray machine on site to tell you what needs to be tweaked, and you can agree on a payment plan for a bit of discount. Communication is efficient, I just text and come in same day. I've been getting treatment for back pain from pregnancy, the pain is relieved for a few weeks but comes back because of daily stressors, then I just text them to go in again to get fixed.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for treatment a few years due to a loooooong term injury and chronic pain. Excellent team of healthcare professionals and staff. Very patient-centered practice. Always spotless clean and pleasant environment (especially for a chiropractic practice!). Nice amenities including PowerPlate, which you are encouraged to use complimentary to stretch/warm-up pre treatment, when appropriate. Also has a lovely yoga studio, and thoughtfully curated selection of supplements and skincare available (available but NEVER pushed). I really like their holistic view on health.

They keep me informed of how and why what we are doing is helping me, and their encouragement along the way has truly helped me and my family. Cameron’s adjustments can completely change my day/week/mood and all the staff have developed a close relationship with that feels like a 2nd home. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Symmetry off and on for the past seven years. Initially, it was the Power Plates classes that helped me to get my groove back. I was really inspired by the Power Plate and the results I accomplished. Three years ago I had the opportunity to join the Symmetry staff as a Power Plate instructor and was able to appreciate the spectrum of care Symmetry offers by spending hours and seeing clients regularly, watching their transformations. Fantastic experience: The business model is unique with each appointment seamlessly managed for individual treatment scheduled and rotated with other clients so I cannot remember any instance of having to sit down to wait. The treatment has identified the structural sources of chronic pain from bad postural habits and a strenuous life and is the first chiropractic in 35 years to fix the cause while teaching what home methods I can use in concert with treatment so I have regained strength, mobility and said a permanent goodbye to daily pain.
