Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the office the staff was very friendly and helped me with anything I needed prior to seeing Dr. McNeely. Dr. McNeely was very concerned and showed he cared about what was going on with my right foot. He explained different things to me and took the time to do so. He put my order in for an MRI and even walked to me check-out, reassuring me that he was gonna do everything to get my foot issue resolved. Fantastic experience: Dr Wolgin is the most Professional and Compassionate doctor I have ever had to date. He listens to my problems and starts a treatment process that involves me as a patient. He gives me alternative treatments to my problem and guides me through the one I choose. Keeping surgery if needed as a last resort. Although surgery will be in my future he has done everything to ease my back problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of spinal problems.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely worried about going to Dr. Lawrence because I wasn't wanting to have surgery. But after I got in and was talking with her Nurse she made me feel more at ease and more comfortable about being there. Then meeting Dr. Lawrence she has a wonderful bedside manner she had a way of making you feel at ease as to what she is going to do. and she tells you what you're going to do. The gentleman that helped me out in the surgery room he could not have been any kinder. Everyone there was just as nice and kind as they could be. Thank you all. Albany Orthopedic Associates.

Fantastic experience: They call me back at my appointed time. They don't make me wait. Dr. Micha's PA did a thorough interview and background. The x-ray techs were efficient and professional. Dr. Michas knew exactly what was wrong and prescribed a treatment plan. Everyone was professional, knows their job extremely well and performs them exceptionally. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Had a recent visit to Dr Michas ( my own doctor) and he, as always treated me with respect, kindness and friendliness. Fantastic experience: Great first visit. The front receptionist was nice and welcoming. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I had to get a cortisone shot and Dr. Darden must have sensed my fear because he and his staff members did a great job distracting me as that needle was going in. Dr Darden was kind and in no hurry as he spoke with me about the pain I am currently experiencing. Warning: Get cute prior to your visit because they take your photo when you are going through the registration process. Never experienced that before but I guess that’s where it’s all headed.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with my lower back for years. Until I was referred to Dr. Wolgin by a friend. He did extreme tests to get to the root of the problem. He did my surgery in stages to make sure I got the best results. No Dr never told me that my neck needed to have surgery to make sure I would have the best outcome with having surgery on my back. I followed all his instructions after the surgery. I didn't have any problems after surgery I am now living my best life. Thanks to Dr. Mark Wolgin

Fantastic experience: I showed up without an appointment and was patiently, graciously processed to see Dr. Wolgin. He and every member of the staff were gracious and patient but also highly professional. Now, I had to be patient, too, but the waiting room is very pleasant and comfortable. Once it was my turn, they asked pertinent questions, determined I needed X-rays, which were done in a matter of minutes, the results almost immediately. Then in came Dr. Wolgin and PA, Russell who made me feel very important, taking time away from their lunch hour, I believe, in such an unhurried fashion to see that I understand fully my condition and the treatment needed to recover well. I left very grateful, thinking what kind caring people they are, and what a blessing to be under their care.

His nurse Lee Ann Miller has always been so helpful and kind and takes her time in listening to all your symptoms and concerns even when they have a busy day, which has been often these last visits. Lee Ann and Christy have always been so helpful when scheduling appts and checking me in or out of the office. I highly recommend this office to anyone and I thank all of them for the kindness and promptness shown to me during my visits and phone calls. I can tell their days are hard and stressful but it has never affected the way they treat patients. They are always helpful kind and considerate. Thanks to all of you.

Fantastic experience: The checking in and out process through the front desk was very pleasant. I particularly loved Dr. Darden's people skills/ bedside manners. He was patient and explained everything to me well enough for me to understand, and I appreciated that. And there was laughing conversations that took my mind momentarily off my pain.The x-ray staff were very gentle considering the pain I was in, as they moved my legs around for the different images to be taken. Overall, the Orthopaedic Associates Group was an excellent choice for me.
