Fantastic experience: This is the first time I went to a physiotherapy office with my father in Albany . I am really impressed. Every staff in this office is really amazing. They have a lot of equipment for physical therapy. Thomas is my father's physiotherapist. Thomas is always a smiling man sometimes he sings along.My dad like him very much. Other physiotherapist are very friendly with their patients. Highly recommended “ACCESSPT” এই প্রথম আমি আলবানিতে আমার বাবার সাথে ফিজিওথেরাপি অফিসে গিয়েছিলাম। আমি সত্যিই মুগ্ধ।এই অফিসের প্রতিটি স্টাফ সত্যিই খুব ভাল।তাদের থেরাপির জন্য প্রচুর সরঞ্জাম রয়েছে। টমাস আমার বাবার ফিজিওথেরাপিস্ট। থমাস সবসময় একজন হাস্যোজ্জ্বল মানুষ কখনো কখনো সে গান গায়। আমার বাবা তাকে খুব পছন্দ করেন। অন্যান্য ফিজিওথেরাপিস্ট তাদের রোগীদের সাথে খুব বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ।

Fantastic experience: My first interaction with these folks was making an appointment ~through Mavis! Wonderful, warm and funny, Now I am in the throes of post hip surgery therapy. I have issues with my back and my other hip as well. Camille and Steph are wonderful! Altho' I affectionately call Camille my "Master Sargent", she is so kind and generous and compassionate, I talk about the care and humor but the professionalism you need underlies it all.I know I couldn't have wound up in a better place~Kudoes Access PT!

Fantastic experience: Did 3 weeks of post-ACL PT with Access and it was phenomenal. Alex and Tom were not only very knowledgable about body physio but really got to know me and made the whole healing process very comfortable for me. I highly recommend their services. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: As a person who has never been accused of being a good patient, I was wary of physical therapy at first, but Alex, Kit, Tom, and the amazing staff at Access PT quickly changed my position. Fantastic experience: Mavis and James make you feel like a part of the family as soon as you enter the building. Alex and the whole team were excellent in the care of my injury and recovery process. I honestly didn't know what to expect when starting PT, but I am more than thrilled with the results and recommend Access PT to anyone needing PT services for any reason.

Tom is an extremely knowledgeable and intelligent physical therapist who looks at the whole body, not just the area of pain. He's attentive and adjusts the treatment and exercises based on observations and feedback while being supportive and encouraging along the way. Tom is also so personable and I look forward to therapy because of his caring, fun, and upbeat personality. I really appreciate his compassion and dedication to my healing journey and everything that makes him the amazing physical therapist he is. Tom and his team truly care about their patients and make their clinic such a positive and comfortable place to heal.

Fantastic experience: This is the best PT crew in the entire Capital Region! Ken is a phenomenal Physical Therapist who listens patiently, adjusts exercises accordingly, and encourages and motivates his patients. I've seen other PTs in the practice as well - all are great! I've been going a couple times a week for a while due to post-surgical rehab, so the whole staff feels like family at this point. And Mavis, James, and Tammy are the best front desk crew around.

Fantastic experience: My sports medicine specialist referred me to ACCESS PT and after just one session they taught me exercises and proper form that all but eliminated the pain that kept me from exercising more vigorously. After just a few weeks of regular sessions I was able to exercise intensively with no pain. I am very grateful to the professionals at ACCESS PT. Everyone I worked with including their office staff was caring, knowledgeable and effective!

Fantastic experience: Alex was amazing. I let her know what I was experiencing and how my knee injury happened (squatting at the gym) and she mapped out the perfect routine to rehab it. My knee feels back to normal and I can do all my lower lev workouts again. I'm thankful for having her as my physical therapist. She's calm, patient and really knows her stuff. Thank you Alex.

Fantastic experience: As someone who usually hates physical therapy I absolutely loved the treatment I received here. My main therapist was Alex but I also had the pleasure of working with Tom, Ken and Camille as well. All of these therapists are exceptional. At access physical therapy I felt extremely comfortable and Alex did an amazing job of talking me through everything making sure to ask how every exercise or movement made me feel. Alex went above and beyond in researching the best treatments and trying different things to make sure she was doing everything she could to help. It is very clear their main priority is their patients recovery and happiness. Throughout my treatment, everyone from the physical therapists to the people at the front desks were cheering me on, asking how I was doing, and genuinely cared for my recovery. If you are in the Albany area and seeking physical therapy, I strongly recommend this place !

Fantastic experience: The staff at this establishment has amazing customer service very professional, my physical therapist Ken gin is the best physical therapist I’ve ever been to in my life! they really care about their clients. They take the time to really understand what’s hurting you and how to fix it. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job and the environment is clean. The equipment in the gym is amazing. even the people that go there are amazing very comfortable environment.they also have private rooms so no need to feel embarrassed about your situation. They will take great care of you like your family.
