Fantastic experience: I have found Repsher & Associates to be very responsive to my schedule and my needs. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Everyone there has been courteous and professional.

Fantastic experience: While in Alaska in June, 2023, my husband and I were hiking down from the base of a glacier. I began experiencing pain in my right achilles, and realized something was very wrong. I had injured it years before, and it had healed, but this time it was so painful I could barely walk. Back home, and after weeks of pain, my daily two mile walk now nonexistent, and feeling scared and totally discouraged, I went to OrthoNY. After many x-rays, I was told I could do PT and if that didn't work, surgery was always available. I did not want the latter!! I found Repsher & Associates online. Having never done PT before, I was very nervous. I arrived and was welcomed by the front desk people. Really nice people!! Shane was to be my Physical Therapist. After my first evaluation and session with him, I left feeling so encouraged and hopeful! I did almost 3 months of PT with Shane. He is an awesome human being; always supportive, professional, kind, and he knows his stuff. My achilles got so much better, and I was even back to doing my walks again!! On my last day there, Shane sent me on my way with written instructions for home exercises and tons of encouragement. My experience at Repsher & Associates was AWESOME!! If you have foot pain of any kind, go get physical therapy. Don't wait!! It can give you back your wonderful active life!! Thank you, Shane!! Thank you Repsher & Associates!!

Fantastic experience: My GP recommended PT for my knee that remained swollen, woke me at night, and had great difficulty walking. I had no idea where to go. I began the search and decided on Repsher & Associates. How lucky I was to discover this place. The receptionist very attentive and remembered my name quickly. Another therapist, Tony, who was not my primary therapist checked in regularly with me which helped make me not be cranky. My primary therapist, Brandon, diagnosed my injury quickly, discussed in detail the treatment, and was fully dedicated to my recovery. I have nothing but praise for him. Brandon made the call on my knee immediately and worked with my doctor to quickly get an MRI as he was concerned that I may have a torn meniscus. Well, the MRI displayed 2 meniscus tears. When it is time for me to return to PT, I will return. And get this; Brandon requested that I keep him up to date on my progress. Wow, who does that! I had a great experience there. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Repsher PT! From the greeting by name every time I entered to the warm goodbyes as I left. My therapist Anthony John was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I am very pleased with my care and recovery. I can't thank you all enough!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough characters in this review box to explain how amazing Tony and this physical therapy practice are. I went to Tony for severe left thigh pain to the point where I could not walk without limping or get out of my car without significant pain. Tony was able to accurately diagnosis me with IBT strain and create a personalized care plan. I went from crippled to back to the gym running in just 5 weeks. AMAZING!!!!!!! I have been to PT practices in the past with mediocre results and disappointment after each session. This is not that place. Repsher is full of caring and intelligent Physical therapists (plus they are nice). I was also incredibly satisfied with their front staff and reception. Overall, wonderful experience. I will not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Tony was excellent! He totally understood how committed I am to getting my body back on tract so I can get back to doing all the things I love to do. His reassuring support and sense of humor guided me through my healing process. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of john Repsher and associates for many years. Back in the day with Lynn, John , Orvis, Dave and Matt. Since then Repture and associates moved a couple times and added many more great staff and therapists.I have been seen for my foot ,leg , knee , arm, back and neck They are truly a one stop shop. The office is always very clean and very professional from the front end staff all the way to Mr John himself. I have seen Big Matt, Dave , Stephanie , Kevin , Cory , Steve and most recently Joyce all of them are top notch therapists and make u leave with a smile feeling so much better than when u came in . If anyone is looking for a physical therapists or new to the area look no further this is the best .I would give a 10 star if I could . Enjoy your journey to a better and healthier life

Fantastic experience: The staff at Repsher is friendly, professional and most important, effective. I am a current client due to persistent lower back pain. The therapy I've received along with stretches Brandon has taught me have relieved the discomfort and noticeably strengthened my core and back after three sessions. He explains the physiology and the purpose of each therapy well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very good PT treatments from a well educated therapist. This is the only treatment care for my pain that has worked. Have recommended Repsher to people who need PT. I live in a rural area and we don’t have the access to this level of PT so I am happy to travel to Albany

Fantastic experience: Corey K PT was a wealth of knowledge. He really listened to my issues regarding my knee and developed an easy to follow personalized plan for me to meet my goals…. Which included hiking the Rockies! Goals met!

Fantastic experience: Went for PT there due to shoulder replacement surgery. Staff was professional, nice and great to work with. Nice place to go and in a great locaton just off Wolf Road. Treatment was customized based on my progress and was given exercises to continue my therapy at home which was helpful. I had great experience there and would have no problem going there again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Repsher & Associates after working with another physical therapist who felt my injury was too severe to improve. Needless to say, I was quite discouraged. I had broken my tibial plateau, had been immobile for 6 weeks and when I could put weight on my leg, my knee wouldn’t bend. Then, I met Kevin Drury! Kevin was knowledgeable, confident, compassionate and encouraging. He set a goal for me on Day 1 and we drove toward that objective every week. With Kevin’s expertise, patience and persistence, we worked for fifteen months to get my knee back to the best it can be. The team at Repsher is outstanding, also. It is worth noting that last summer as we worked to make my knee more flexible another expert at Repsher suggested a technique that could help my progress. We went forward with using that tool in addition to my regular exercises and I am now back to doing the activities I love- walking, biking, and gardening. Fantastic experience: Kevin was great and very helpful I 1st showed up with many doubts that my shoulder would ever rehab. Kevin fixed me. He gave me exercises to work on and I'm now optimistic that I'll be 100% in a few weeks. I'll definately refer Kevin to my friends.

Fantastic experience: The Repsher Team has been great! The receptionist is courteous and attentive, and she learns your name quickly. The physical therapists are very friendly, helpful, and provide great instructions/tips to speed your recovery.

Fantastic experience: Tony was amazing during the physical therapy for my arm. He was consistently encouraging and motivating me while making sure I remained on track during my physical therapy. He made sure to give me different exercises to work on when I was not at the office, however he always made sure I had a clear understanding of them before he had me do them on my own. -Iris O.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming on and off to Repsher & Associates for over 10 years whenever I have had surgery. Frankly, I just wouldn't go anywhere else. It's not stiff and clinical but welcoming and professional. Every one of the staff make it their point to know your name and just make you feel supported and like family. A friend of mine over ten years ago, recommended that I see Corey Kruse, the physical therapist she went to. I did that and have come back to him every time. He is wonderful, professional and empathetic and in addition teaches what needs to be done and why. He also has a wonderful sense of humor, and ... is kind. But in my ten years coming here I have watched and listened and every therapist in this organization has very similar characteristics. It's very scary trusting someone to operate on a person, there is a level of trust that needs to be handed over to the dr., but then being put back together again requires , kindness, empathy, knowledge, encouragement and professionalism. It's all here in one place. I think it's pretty amazing that so many wonderful people happened to land in the same place. How often does that ever happen? Rarely. Fantastic experience: This group of professionals, (my therapist was Tony, and Brandon a few times), are simply put, the greatest at what they do. They are fabulous, inspiring, encouraging, patient, gentle, KIND, funny and so much more... My therapy was for a total knee replacement...it was ominous to me, but only the first few visits, as they put me at ease and helped guide me through the difficult early days. I gained strength, and confidence, with Tony's educating, sense of humor and wit, and tender lessons of patience. I always felt a sense of care and "family" while receiving therapy which I found helped me in many ways. I looked forward to going every time, and the added bonus of special days when Barbara, Brandon's therapy Black Lab, was visiting gave extra comfort and joy. I highly recommend this group for all your therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Matt worked tirelessly with me on core strength to help off set side effects from cancer treatment. As always he was tremendous and my goals were all achieved. I say “as always” because this is at least the sixth time I have worked with Matt on rehab/therapy for shoulder surgeries, hip replacement, spinal fusion and chronic neck pain. I have also treated with other therapists at the office including John REPSHER - ALWAYS WITH 5 STAR SATISFACTION. And the support staff is as excellent as the therapists!

Fantastic experience: Approx 20 years ago, I needed PT following surgery on a torn meniscus. Last year I needed PT for a reattached distal bicep. 8 days ago, I had a knee replacement. I had tried PT facilities closer to home but ultimately went to Repsher & Associates to finally heal well from each of those surgeries. In my opinion, there are none to compare to Repsher & Associates. They’re professional, knowledgeable and truly caring. The BEST in the industry! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I was initially referred to RPT by my cardiac nurse. I was experiencing thigh and leg pain to the point where I was having difficulty walking and needed a walker. Specialists were unable to diagnose my condition. Tony was my therapist for the entire time I was in treatment. I found Tony to be exceptionally thorough and professional .He made sure you were performing your exercises accurately making modifications to your treatment plan when I showed improvement. Most importantly, Tony was a good listener. Today, I am pleased to say that my leg and thigh pain has virtually subsided and I am walking without assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend Tony and the staff at Repsher Physical Therapy at 2 Computer Drive W in Albany.

Fantastic experience: Have worked with Brandon over the past six months for several issues. I first needed PT after shoulder surgery then he treated me for vertigo and currently we’re wrapping up PT on my neck. Brandon as been so helpful to me by explaining various exercises and their importance in recovery. Plan to return to Repsher (and hopefully Brandon) later this year after I have my second shoulder surgery, Highly recommend Repsher to all.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Repsher for physical therapy. I broke my kneecap in half and thought I would never walk normally again. Matt Zaino worked diligently with me to bring my knee back to normal after my surgery. I am so grateful that I have full range of motion in my knee and can start back with my long walks. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient/fan of Repsher and Associates for literally decades. Two shoulder dislocations playing hockey. Rotator surgery from pitching softball. Knee and elbow injuries, they handle everything. Their Associates are professional, friendly and WILL help you achieve your recovery goals. They are the best.

Mr Tony was caring, reliable and the most amazing human being. It was my pleasure to work with Mr Tony and I hope that I will work with him again after my knee surgery. My therapist, Matt Zaino, was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to my recovery from hip preservation surgery. He kept me optimistic when I had tough days. Fantastic experience: This was my second time at Repsher, first time in the new facility. I prefer the new facility because it is easier to get to, ample parking, and easy entrance. The minute I opened the door to the suite I was greeted with smiles and warmth. My appointments were always on time. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to work with Tony during my recovery from shoulder surgery and he is AMAZING! My goal was to get back full mobility (which is a hard thing to do) and he was patient with me and really worked to make sure I could meet my goal. He listened to me on my rough days and centered the therapy around exactly what I needed each day, always working towards full mobility. He made me feel that even though it would be a long road I would absolutely be able to get there. I highly recommend this office and Tony! Also huge shout out to my front desk friends Eric, Liz, and Gabby! They were always so friendly and helpful. There were even a few times I had to leave a message and they responded so promptly. Amazing staff, amazing facility, amazing time. I didn't want it to be over.

Fantastic experience: Steve Cornell is an extremely talented therapist. I have seen him multiple times for different rehabilitation issues. Every time whether it was for neck, shoulder, or back issues I was so much better off than before I started. He is both knowledgeable and kind which is helpful in keeping me motivated. This experience promotes healing. It makes it a pleasure to return week after week despite the hard work, and sometimes pain, of the sessions. Everyone works together to create such a healthy feel to the place. While I was fortunate enough to have Tony John working with me, I observed respect and compassion from all the therapists. Tony offered me a balance of care, challenge, competition against myself, and cheerleading in response to progress. I left with a manageable course of strengthening practices that I can continue at home as I stretch to meet more of my health goals. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this physical therapy practice for years due to a very problematic knee. I think I have worked, at least once, with every therapist here and every one of them are amazing. They all really know what they’re doing, they’re all so helpful and kind. I worked with Kevin for the first time this past year after my fourth surgery on my knee, he worked with my 2 to 3 times a week for nearly a full year and I can truly say that I attribute a lot of my recovery to him and his work with me on my knee. He was so helpful, understanding, motivating, and kind. I will miss seeing everyone that works here every week but I’m also so grateful that I no longer have to come to PT due to all of their hard work.

Fantastic experience: I loved the PT there for my knee replacement. Tony John was the best therapist I have ever seen, & I observed the others there as well, very good but I was so glad I had Tony. Excellent attention to my needs and progress. Very personable. He would push me, but never to hurt me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Tony took great care of me as I struggled with a herniated disc and sciatica. He clearly explained exercises that I could do at home and made sure I used proper form. Fantastic experience: I recently went to Repsher & Associates for PT for my back & neck. I have completed all my sessions & I feel very good. I have very little symptoms with my neck & back. My therapist was Brendon & I found him very efficient in my treatments, very considerate & kind & ALL my appts scheduled were on time. Also, the scheduling staff were very friendly & helpful in scheduling my appts. Thank You!

Fantastic experience: Repsher is the best place to go if you are an athlete dealing with injuries. Best PT office in the entire Albany area by far. Brandon was able to diagnose my injury very quickly and we immediately got to work on stretches and exercises to correct my issues. I had an incredibly fast recovery and am back to running again after a few weeks. I have had pretty bad experiences with other PT offices in the area, they simply did not give me the right treatment for previous injuries I was dealing with. Can’t recommend this place enough, they have a great facility and staff.

Fantastic experience: My PT guy Tony (originally from the Caribbean) handled a surgically repaired foot with plate and screws and a neck injury with perfect skill. In addition he has a great disposition. I didn’t expect to see the great results in the time period of about two months. Tony clearly knew how treat the injury to get me the best possible outcome. He also let me know what I should continue to do on my own. Finally, the rest of the staff, I interacted with, were very professional and courteous.

Fantastic experience: Tony is amazing. I went in with constant 24/7 neck pain at a level 10 and from my first visit I felt relief. When I finished my sessions I was 100 percent pain free and remain pain free 3 weeks later. Thank you Tony!
