Fantastic experience: I've been in and out of various physical therapy offices since I was young, and this office is honestly the best I've ever gone to. The front staff are super kind and helpful, and remember your name. The therapists (both occupational and physical) are judgement free and very knowledgeable. If you need physical or occupational therapy, this is the place you want to go to.

Fantastic experience: After my knee replacement surgery I chose to use this facility and what a big surprise I had as they accept Medicaid. Very thorough and caring ,unlike the first PT I used that seemed more interested in the insurance I had at that time. Only three sessions done and I’m moving without my cane or walker.

Positive experience: I went here for several sessions of physical therapy for my shoulder. The therapy was very effective, and I continue to practice the exercises they prescribed for me. The PT and PTA who worked with me were very friendly, courteous, and professional. My only complaint is that some of front desk staff and a few of the other PTAs were sometimes grumpy, which seems to be a theme here in the beautiful Capital District!

Fantastic experience: Recently went here about 8 weeks for PT after hip replacement surgery. Everyone was professional and helpful from check in to all of the physical therapists. Dr. Maggie Stanley was especially helpful in helping me make a plan that would prepare me for some extensive travel I had to do after surgery. She gave me guidance for work to do at home and was always encouraging during my sessions. All of the staff here seem to truly care about helping their patients be successful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in pelvic physical therapy here off and on for three years or so for pelvic floor dysfunction. The pelvic physical therapists here are outstanding at their job. What makes them stand out to me is that their education didn’t end when they graduated school, they’re constantly looking for new information on alternative treatments. They are respectful and educate you on things to help your condition at home. They’ve set up a pelvic health consortium that integrates doctors with the physical therapists, which helps Patients with long term health issues communicate to get the best treatments. The receptionists are prompt and very friendly. They book out because they are the best in the region, so don’t wait to make your appointment!

Fantastic experience: Was treated for shoulder strain injury. Facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. Staff is friendly and professional. Appointments are seen on time and physical therapists are top notch. Experienced rapid improvement in shoulder, neck area in just two sessions.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, wonderful care. I wish I had known Pelvic PT was available years ago. I was referred by a colleague whose young daughter had received kind, sensitive, effective treatment. I have already referred 3 people. One of us is post colon cancer , one is complications post appendectomy, another is constipation from medication. We are lucky to have them in our community.

Positive experience: Everyone here is especially well trained. They literally saved my life. You are taught things to do at home as well as being worked on. My only complaint was sometimes (some) of the staff could get a little grouchy, but at the end of the day their standard of care is awesome.
