Therapeutic Associates Mid-Valley Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing friendly, individualized, expert treatment and is focused on empowering patients to succeed. Conveniently located on Waverly Drive between the Dollar Tree and Sportsman’s Warehouse, our physical therapist owned and operated clinic fosters a healing environment that supports individuals of every age and ability. Our goal is to empower you to minimize pain, maximize function and achieve long-term relief while partnering with you in your pursuit of optimal health and wellness.

Jim, a Vietnam War veteran suffering from back pain and neuropathy, embarked on a life-changing journey through physical therapy. With the support of his PT team and the companionship of his service dog Niko, Jim experienced remarkable healing and a renewed sense of mobility that surpassed all expectations.

A fluke accident during labor left Aubrey Burningham struggling to care for her newborn as she battled debilitating pain. Life quickly became overwhelming as she tried to navigate her days with four young children at home. Her painstaking journey was long and riddled with obstacles, but through physical therapy – including pain education and reprocessing – Aubrey found a pathway to healing.

When Madeline Patton was diagnosed with scoliosis at 13 years old, the reality of her situation felt scary and overwhelming to the teen. Once she came to terms with her condition, she set out to defy the odds, embarking on a physical therapy journey and refusing to accept that there was nothing she could do to improve the curves in her spine.

An avid outdoorsman, Charlie Anderson spends every season out enjoying the activities and adventures that Central Oregon is known for. So, when a tree decided to interrupt one of his ski days last winter, the resulting knee injury derailed his life. But with the experts at Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy – Athletic Club of Bend on his side, Charlie was able to avoid surgery and recovered in time to hit the slopes before the ski season even ended.

Fantastic experience: I am 5 weeks post TKR and last week began PT with TAM and Jerry and Mason are awesome. They do a case by case tailored workout. Natalie is very nice and works with my schedule to set my appointments. I am very happy with yhe care I receiving to help with my TKR recovery.

Fantastic experience: It’s a wonderful place calm and collected and everyone there is so nice and friendly I don’t think I’d go to any other place then there because your like family and they go beyond there call of duty to help in anyway they can they really have 5stars and there just not bossy or pushy there great I would say any of the people want to have a relaxed calm PT that’s the place to go NO EXTRA STESS it’s great

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office on and off for several years now and they are always great! Super knowledgeable and helpfull. Greg, Alisha and Kirsten have all worked with me and also my teenage kids sports injuries. The front office is always super nice and easy to work with as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love working with their team. They are accommodating to each individuals needs. Altering your program as you go and or as needed. Friendly and make me feel comfortable. Which is nice because I was very nervous to go to PT. I love that I can ask questions about each thing I do and they fully explain it. Just wonderful pleasant staff to work with. I’ll admit I once upon a time thought Pt was a waste of time but have completely changed my mind based on my experience here. I now think almost everyone could benefit from PT. We certainly don’t use our core strength like we should.
