Fantastic experience: I had a hard time finding support when I was on the hunt for therapy. It was extremely difficult to find a therapist, and find an office that felt welcoming. When I contacted the Wellness Center I was immediately calmed when I heard the voice on the other line. Reception is amazing, and so welcoming. My experience only got better from there when I met my therapist! I have Elise, and she is absolutely AMAZING. She has a heart of gold and is truly passionate about what she does. She’s respectful, caring, kindhearted and makes me feel safe. Elise has worked with me on PTSD, Anxiety, grief, and boosting my self-esteem for an overall better quality of life. I am forever grateful for the North Albany Wellness Center and I recommend anyone and everyone to give it a shot!

Fantastic experience: The reception ladies are great! There was a bit of a wait time to get in with both sole and couples counseling but it's worth the wait and came up pretty fast. I have Elise for my therapist and she is absolutely amazing. I was instantly comfortable with her and usually I have a hard time with that. I recommend anyone shy and unable to express themselves to go to her. She never makes me feel any less human and never looks at me differently regardless on what comes up.
