Corvallis Sport and Spine Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: After calling around to begin physical therapy two months after emergency broken patella surgery I was having no luck getting in right away at several places I called, but Sam, at Corvallis Sport and Spine did some creative scheduling and patch worked me in right away! Matt was very thorough in his assessment and gave me great information from our first appointment to my last. On occasion I had a few other therapists patch worked in so I would not loose my momentum. But toward the end I was able to have Matt work with me assessing my progress and making adjustments to my exercise regime and always ready to ask and answer questions at every step. The team at Corvallis Sport and Spine are very kind, supportive and respectful. I felt my needs were thoroughly addressed. My leg flexibility, strengthening, and my balance and walking had specific exercises assigned and the reasons for them and what my results would be were explained. Now that I have graduated out of physical therapy, I have a road map of exercises to continue and I’ve learned a great deal about what exercises are most effective. I feel like they treat me like family at Corvallis Sport and Spine. I’m so glad I’m now past needing their help, but I will miss them all.

Fantastic experience: I have needed PT a couple of times in my life. In general, it’s always been beneficial. However, Sport and Spine, and particularly Kevin, has proven to listen far better than my previous experiences, resulting in exercises that work better than in the past. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Back at Sport and Spine following foot surgery. I have been here over the years for ankle, hip, hand and knee issues. I have always received great care, been able to resume my normal activities. Happy to have CSS helping me rehab once again! The therapists are all caring, and personable. The exercises they give are easy to do at home, and help a lot!

Fantastic experience: The Corvallis and Albany Sport and Spine Team are an amazing group of skilled professionals! I injured my knee on a weekend and they were able to treat me the next week. Everyone on the staff is polite and seems to really care about their patients. They were very knowledgeable about my issue and were able to help me get up and moving again. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I’m the best reviewer in the nation (2x national champ), probably the best there ever was, so you can trust me when I say this place is the place to go for all your physical therapy needs. The front desk ladies are the nicest and sweetest in the game. They also give me free mints so that’s a plus. The physical therapist are all amazing. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit pretty much all of them. They all left me feeling like I could run a marathon (I’m an ultra marathon runner). Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Corvallis Sport and Spine for over 13 years for various injuries. Every therapist here is amazing. I’ve mostly seen Carol and she is so incredibly knowledgeable and good. Years ago I saw her for hip pain and after several months of therapy she encouraged me to see and Orthopedic surgeon. I have since had hip replacements for both hips. Through all my surgeries Carol has been my champion!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for PT. !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Carol is such a creative pt! She and her team helped both of my kids, one with knee pain from soccer and the other with pain from an osteocondroma. The receptionists are warm and friendly and every one who worked there seems to be having a good time. Our family will never go anywhere else for pt ever again.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this office to Anyone. I have been going there for over five years for multiple issues and I have found everyone there to be professional and kind. Physical therapy must include some emotional therapy as well to be fully helpful since it is impossible to separate pain from our emotional state. Each and every therapist I have met there was so in tune with me that they could tell when I was feeling low and helped with that also. I enjoy going and they have never failed me. I feel like I have made lifelong friends.

Fantastic experience: The crew at Corvallis Sport & Spine stepped up when I mangled my knee skiing. They helped me get healthy enough for surgery, checked in throughout, and have me on the mend. Always professional, easy to schedule, and I trust their process. The whole team has listened to me throughout and taken care to explain the how/what/why is getting me healthy. Fantastic experience: I really appreciate Corvallis Sport and Spine. I've worked with Paula, Chantelle and Ryan and they all have been great at Post Shoulder Surgery Physical Therapy. Fantastic experience: This place has been a Heaven sent for me. After my fall, car accident and dog attack all in 2022, I am so much better then I initially was. At first, I didn't believe I would recover but now I'm a believer. My pain level went from an 8-9 to a 1-2. I now have the tools and the know how to continue getting better on my own thanks to Laurel, Alana, Kevin, Kindra and the wonderful receptionist Sam. I am so impressed by my recent experiences with Corvallis Sport and Spine Physical Therapy where the results matter and the methods are clearly explained and demonstrated - including the ‘why’. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with CSSPT off/on for 12 years. I've seen various staff depending on types of injuries: hip pain (kickboxing incident), post knee (meniscus) surgery and now a bicep tendon tear. After an initial assessment, I receive a personalized treatment plan. There is continuity of care at each follow up appointment. Fantastic experience: This review is long over due! Corvallis Sport & Spine significantly changed my life. I came in with little mobility and was treated with patience, understanding, and care. Laurel W always took time to hear my questions or concerns and was able to build plans for me based on my needs. The office staff was great! They were always timely with responses and contacted me if there was ever an earlier appointment that opened up. If you’re in a spot where you’re stuck and need to build from the ground up- this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: The new PT is absolutely amazing! So kind and explains everything so well! The staff there is also very competent and know how to treat patients with kindness and understanding. I had to come here for my physical therapy because of my workers comp and they made all the calls and did the majority of the paperwork and worked with my workers comp insurance, something I wouldn’t of been a able to do due to my injury. 5 stars for Sam at the front desk and Tom Seastone the PT. Will always highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: Shanelle and the whole team have been awesome. I've seen substantial progress in my strength and pain has decreased so much. I can do so much again thanks to Corvallis Sport and Spine. All of the staff are super friendly and great as well. Flexible with scheduling and accessing home exercises is super easy too. Ice and E-stim at the end is always a nice reward too.

Fantastic experience: I love corvallis sport and spine!! They are very professional, the facility is very clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. I see a PT there for the past month and have enjoyed it. She sends me videos via email that help me do exercises at home and if I have any questions, I am able to email them and they respond quickly!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for 6 months due to an ankle I sustained years ago, and I was in a walking boot for 11 weeks prior to starting treatment. Every appointment I was greeted and asked how I am doing. The entire staff and team members were always very welcoming and all around wonderful people. I got the privilege to work with two incredible physical therapists during my time there, and without them I would not be able to run again. We had a big "end" goal, but for each appointment we made small goals for me to reach so that one day I will be able to reach my big goal. Every appointment, we would go over how I am doing and any little things we may need to tweak in my routines. The PT aides were also a huge help in my recovery. They were always friendly and having conversations with me as well as helping giving me ice, e-stimulation, and some times even taping me up for the week. Thank you to all of CSSPT for all the help you have given me over the last six months, but a special thank you to my physical therapists (Laurel and Tess) and the PT aides (Lily and Marley)!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to the doctors and staff at Corvallis Sport and Spine. I injured my back and was experiencing so much nerve pain that I was unable to sleep through the night and at some points all I could do was lay down and cry. I had such a hard time getting other medical professionals to understand the amount of unbearable pain I was in. Even l after an MRI clearly showed a large herniated disc in my spine, no one seemed to be taking me seriously or know how to help, and I was waiting weeks to get appointments with specialists. Then I met Carrol. She was the first person who I spoke with who actually listened to me and how this unbearable pain was limiting my life. She instantly understood how serious of an issue I was dealing with and reached out to another medical professional in the community to request that I be seen as soon as possible for an epidural steroid injection and connected me with a surgeon to consult with. Because of her, I was finally able to get some relief. She followed up with me and genuinely cared about my progress. When I ended up having surgery on the offending herniated disk, I knew exactly where I would be coming for postoperative physical therapy. If you need physical therapy for any reason, I highly recommend Corvallis Sport and Spine!

Fantastic experience: I asked my doctor who he would refer his wife or child to for physical therapy. He said Corvallis Sport & Spine Physical Therapy. I’m so glad I followed through with that referral. Their care, treatment plan and exercises have been great. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My shoulder continues to feel better. As a recent transplant to Corvallis I have now found a PT clinic that feels very healing. I’m grateful and encouraged.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility and well maintained. The physical therapist's I have had here are highly trained and listened to all feedback from me. They would adjust the treatment to be most effective and efficient for healing. The owner is highly visible and active in the daily goings on. The assistants are extremely helpful and aware of all the patients who are being treated. And not to forget about the reception staff. They are terrific and proactive when dealing with your schedule. Everyone here is both friendly and professional. So if you're going to be injured, this is the place to come for recovery.

Fantastic experience: At the beginning of the new year I had two 6 week Physical Therapy Orders from my Knee and Shoulder Surgeons. Committing that much time to physical Therapy to avoid surgery I researched the Corvallis, OR. area to find a top notch facility. I was very pleased with my choice. The staff was very pleasant and helped guide me through the insurance process, and the facility was modern, fresh and clean. The employees all seemed to work as a team and help one another. Kevin, my Physical Therapist was most attentive to my needs, and helped me work harder on each visit to strengthen my areas of need. It was a great relationship we built over the course of time. He built additional plans for me to follow for at home exercises. If there were any time conflicts Javier was most accommodating to adjust appointments to my schedule. You will not be dissapointed selecting Corvallis Sport and Spine Physical Therapy for your needs. I will be having knee replacement surgery in the future and I will be back at their facility. It was most gratifying!

Fantastic experience: By comparison to two other offices I've tried in a different town, Corvallis Sport and Spine has exceeded my expectations. I feel empowered to care for my body intelligently and compassionately. Kevin Foster listened closely to my concerns and requests and acted on them in a way that gave me hope for the human race. Fantastic experience: Seth is an amazing therapist. My first encounter with him, I mentioned that I was feeling more pain after all the home exercise I had been doing which had been assigned by another therapist. He listened to my complaint and completely readjusted the therapy. I then started to get good results. He always listens and adjusts accordingly. In the past I have had therapists just continue on the established course. He is very knowledgeable and patient centered.Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Corvallis Sport and Spine is fantastic! I worked with Nick after I sprained my ankle and his optimism and care made recovery easy. I most appreciated that he worked with me closely to determine how many sessions I needed. He didn’t try to push me out or encourage me to have more sessions than I actually needed. I’m leaving feeling confident in my abilities and strength of my ankle. Everyone else at the practice is exceptional as well. I was always greeted with kindness and genuine care.
