Fantastic experience: I just wrapped up my three weeks of treatment after a hand injury with Beth Paton, PT. The entire experience at Results Physiotherapy Alpharetta was amazing from the first time I walked in and was greeted with a warm smile by Tysheena. In addition to being a knowledgeable and experienced PT, Beth is warm, personable, and friendly. My hour appointments always went by super fast because I would be talking and laughing with her. I am so happy that I went to physical therapy vs the several drugs my doctor had prescribed. My hand feels great now and will recommend Beth and this location in the future!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was wonderful throughout my total knee replacement therapy sessions. In particular, the professional, focused, and well-planned therapy for my knee planned and performed by Carmen Wurtz yielded results well ahead of the schedule I had expected. Her understanding of my surgery and the required therapy was evident and the results were undeniable. As I prepare for a repeat on my other knee in the near future, I am glad to know that I'll be in good hands again with Carmen and the team at Results Physiotherapy in Alpharetta. A five-star team, for sure.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Carmen Wertz, PT for close to 8 months for my acl/meniscus rehabilitation. Before seeing Carmen I had worked with 2 different physical therapists and I can say that working with Carmen profoundly changed my recovery. Coming in behind on my scheduled rehab; Carmen was able to work with me to get back on track and speed up my recovery...which meant less pain!! Carmen is the best, she approached every session with kindness, humor, and energy. I was able to be confident in my rehab process and enjoy the process instead of dreading it! Two words: Highly recommend

Beginning with Julie, the office coordinator, who works to schedule or reschedule appointments to best accommodate what works for me. Then there is probably one of the best Physical Therapists I have ever worked with - Beth Paton. She has helped me identify multiple target areas that have been ongoing issues and create an action plan that I can implement with her guidance as well as on my own. Fantastic experience: Had arthroscopic knee surgery and needed physiotherapy. Decided to go to here due to the high ratings. So glad I did! I've had physio before at two other clinics and this was by far the best and most thorough treatment and follow up I've ever had. Beth and her team are all outstanding and work in harmony to provide the best service, so caring and they make it joyful. Beth's skill as a physiotherapist is the best I've ever seen. Fantastic experience: I give Results PT-Alpharetta 10 stars! I have already referred my daughter to them for help with a strained muscle. The entire team is phenomenal, and they all help each other out. It's like a family in there, and they treat you like part of the family too. When you are in pain that extra care is so important. I hobbled into their office on a can after being rear-ended in a car accident and practically danced out at the end. My primary therapist was Beth Paton. I found her to be very impathetic to my pain, but she would also push me when needed. In addition, she was so knowledgeable about the body and all the different ways to help me relieve my pain. Beyond just the normal exercises, she did manual massage, stim, cupping, and dry needling on my back. I feel like she was really committed to helping me achieve my goals. My back is all better now, but I have a knee surgery coming up soon, so I will definitely be back to work with Beth and the team on my knee recovery. If you are in any kind of pain just go!

Fantastic experience: I’m sending my husband and everyone I know with a PT need to Results Physiotherapy. Beth has made such a big improvement in such a short period of time. My pain level and mobility and range of motion are much better than I expected going in to PT. The manipulations are giving me even better results than my chiropractic adjustments. Beth is coaching me on best practices to make new habits for my at home exercises. Even when I miss my goals she’s encouraging and helps me adapt to where I am and incrementally improve. And over the weeks Beth has been available to help me tweak a few things when I run into challenges or improve faster than expected.

Fantastic experience: Had very bad lower back pain/tightness where I had difficulty getting up out of bed and walking around (rolled out of bed and walked hunched over). We found that DRY NEEDLING almost instantly helped remediate the issue. I walked in with extreme pain and very tight lower back, after one short dry needling session I walked out a new person, 75% better than walking in!!!! I've had follow-up sessions along with PT and has made a world of difference both right away as well as preventing further issues to come back. Thanks Beth at Results PT Alpharetta!!

Fantastic experience: Most helpful PT with all therapists. Very encouraging as you move forward in progress. I have osteoarthritis that is so painful. They have helped reduce my pain level. I am waiting on a hip replacement. They are building my upper body strength to help in recovery. I highly recommend this group. Fantastic experience: I’d totally enjoyed doing physiotherapy with Beth. She was very accommodating and excellent at her profession. She made me work hard at reaching recovery level. I honestly did not believe that physiotherapy would ease my pain. However, I was proven wrong as time went by and I felt better at every session. When I started initially, I was at a pain level of 10+ as both my shoulder and neck hurt. The manual therapy and soothing touch made it worthwhile coming to therapy. I am now at a pain level between 1 and zero. A+ and kudos….

They worked with me and did everything possible to help me get to where I need to be. My range of motion has improved, and the pain is minimal. Fantastic experience: Results Physiotherapy, 12850 Hwy. 9 Suite 1050, Alpharetta GA30004 I was extremely pleased that my doctor referred me to Results Physiotherapy [Atlanta, GA]. For the first month I was there three times a week and then the second month tapered to once a week. The front desk person, Elizabeth was both efficient and kind, but she was transferred to another RPT facility and her replacements were equally welcoming. In short, all the staff were nice. The director of RPT, Carmen is fantastic! I arrived with multiple problems related to osteophytes in the cervical region of my spine which translated into neck stiffness and pain, extreme weakness and pain in both shoulders and arms and right hand; weakness and pain in both legs and I walked with difficulty. To complete the picture, I also had low back pain. The first thing Carmen did was a thorough examination of my problems and took measurements, then designed a program that included physiological education explaining the problems, paired with an exercise program that included “homework” exercises to correct address and reduce the problem. Carmen is a sincerely caring person, knowledgeable and efficient in “Hands-on techniques” She used different manual therapies in manipulating the pelvic floor muscles to restore strength and function; neck massage and manual, cervical traction; all these paired with personalized exercises performed at the clinic and at home daily. The exercises were printed, and I through access to their website. As a director, she had to oversee the operation of the Clinic while attending to multiple clients. She cared deeply about my progress and despite her workload, I never felt unattended. The facility is well equipped and exceptionally well maintained. Of most importance, after the care given me by Carmen, I can now walk without difficulty, I can get up from the floor by myself; I have complete movement of my head. Based on the home exercise program designed for me by Carmen improvement continues. Carmen is a superlative physiotherapist and I don’t hesitate in giving her the very highest recommendation “Results Physiotherapy”. Deserves a “Five Star” review.

Fantastic experience: I worked with PT Carmen Wurtz. She was fantastic. I had been living with shoulder pain for over a year. She was able to identify the issues and give treatments that provided almost immediate relief. She also shared exercises for me to do at home to complement the office visits. My recovery was much quicker than I expected, especially since I had anticipated surgery. I’m nowpain free with a maintenance exercise program to follow. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I saw Carmen Wurtz at the Alpharetta location and she was wonderful! She really listens and gets to the bottom of the problem. If sessions were getting too expensive for me then she would tone them down while still helping me. My neck feels so much better now. I’m not in pain and I have exercises to keep me healthy. The whole staff was great to work with. I love Elizabeth at the front desk. She is fun and welcoming. If you are in pain go see them! They are great.

Fantastic experience: I rate Results Physiotherapy as excellent, 5 stars. My physical therapist was Mark Pavlin. He really knows his stuff. My husband says I am 1000% better since working with Mark. I would definitely recommend Results Physiotherapy to anyone needing this kind of therapy. They work on really any part of the body.

Fantastic experience: Went to Results Physiotherapy in Alpharetta for two months following shoulder surgery. Everyone was professional and friendly. Best of all there were noticeable results in my shoulder and arm's range and extension almost immediately. Mark and Kaitlin provided expert care and counsel. They worked cooperatively with my surgeon too. They were always able to accommodate my schedule. I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to return to Results Physiotherapy in Alpharetta if I ever need physical therapy again.

Fantastic experience: I came to Caroline in a great deal of pain with a rotator cuff injury. I have been absolutely amazed with the results. Caroline was very professional and highly knowledgeable. She always knew exactly how far to push with the exercises. After about six weeks of therapy and home exercises. I feel great! In addition, I actually enjoyed my time spent at Results. Caroline made the exercises as enjoyable as possible under the circumstances. Everyone at Results were friendly and helpful. It is hard to believe but I am actually going to miss my visits!

Fantastic experience: My father had total knee replacement in Chattanooga and Results PT was recommended to us by his doctor as it was close to us. The Therapists at Results PT are the reason my Dad started walking with a cane in less than a month. Ginny and Caitlin pushed him to his limit while making him feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience: I was referred here for some severe shoulder pain and could not be happier with the results or how I was treated. They quickly identified the problem and set me up on a regimen that achieved results much faster than I ever expected. Everyone is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Yesterday I “graduated,” pain free and with a toolbox of go-to stretches and exercises in case of a flare up! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Warm and welcoming environment starting with the front desk staff all the way to the PT. The PT was incredibly knowledgeable about my injury and had a plethora of exercises for recovery. She’s confident in her abilities as a PT and it makes you confident you’re going to be well taken care of. She also went the extra mile and helped me altar workouts so I could continue to workout without further injury during healing. I drove from Brookhaven to Alpharetta for every appointment because not only was treatment worth the drive, I genuinely enjoyed my visits and time with the PT, PTA, and receptionist. I honestly refer all my friends to this location no matter the commute- loved it and will be back if necessary!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient in several physical therapy establishments throughout the course of my life. I've found that physiotherapy is better than standard "exercise rehabilitation" and provides me with a better quality of life, so was happy to hear about Results Physiotherapy. Everyone there is wonderful! Kristi, who takes care of making appointments (and so much more), is genuinely kind and caring. The PT, Kris, is hands-down one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She listens, pays attention, watches you work, and will explain what she's doing and why. If you ask for more information, Kris will bring out the spine model, or show you diagrams/pictures. She's intelligent, thoughtful, well-spoken, and thorough. She's full of energy, and wants her patients to succeed in therapy. Emily, the PTA, is so calm! She is patient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about various exercises and PT modalities. She answers questions with thoughtfulness. At Results Physiotherapy, I've had the privilege of working with a team of ladies who are respectful, thoughtful, and caring. They work together seamlessly, and are genuinely devoted to helping their patients.
