Fantastic experience: Erica Macias is phenomenal and her deep tissue massage is a game changer !! I workout 4-5 days per week (Crossfit) so I'm pretty sore when I come for my appointments, but Erica does a great job on relieving the muscle soreness. She is very patient focused and very attentive to your requests and needs. Make an appointment right away and I promise you won't be disappointed !!

Fantastic experience: Erica Macias, LMT is amazing! When they say that she customizes each session based on the individual needs of the client, that is 100% accurate. I had numbness in my left arm that even had doctors unsure of what to do next. She listened, found the issue and I am almost back to normal again! Medical focused massage therapy is the way to go.

Fantastic experience: Because of my condition, I've been seeing Physical Therapists for about eight years. Five of those years have been with Dr. Selimo. Not only is he the first therapist who can calm my pain, but he is a generally caring individual. During his sessions I've had spinal manipulation and dry needling. He gives you an advanced functional diagnosis better than any surgeon or doctor I've ever seen. I actually know what's wrong with me. After my rotator cuff surgery, Joe had me see him the next day! He progressed my recovery by weeks if not months. My surgeon was so impressed, he consulted with him and asked if he could send more patients his way. Dr. Selimo offers telehealth for continued health coaching. That really comes in handy. He is as good virtually as in person. Thank you Dr. Selimo for saving my life!!

Fantastic experience: I tried out at least 5 different massage centers and therapists before finally finding Lauren. With a regular massage, all chronic aches and pains were under control. When I overdid my activity and had a bad flare up, Dr. Grant was willing to work me in for PT modalities too. They are a great team. Dr. Grant was very attentive to my narrative and shared scientific information with me related to his treatment protocol. Dr. Grant is a compassionate and deeply knowledgeable practitioner! My second treatment a week later was followed by an amazing deep tissue massage using CBD oils that prepped me for my 14-hour roadtrip home the next day. Fantastic experience: I have always been a fan of manual therapy. Rather than the quick relief of a joint snapping, this therapy addresses overal posture and takes away the stress in posture and joints to prevent it from happening again. Grant is great at it, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to Advanced Manual Therapies and seeing Lauren for the most amazing deep massages that are also relaxing! I am a dental hygienist and for decades spend most my days leaning toward my patients in an awkward position. I also am a yogi so that helps my posture. Recently my hip began hurting and became very stiff I have had Dr Grant dry needle all around it and it has helped a lot! Before that he helped me with tension migraines and shoulder pain with dry needling! All have helped. Please don’t accept pain and visit Lauren And Grant. Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with intermittent pain in my knee for about 6 months. When the pain finally got so bad, I finally went to see an orthopedist. They gave me a cortisone shot which did nothing for me. During my first visit at AMT, Dr. Grant took the time to really listen to what I was saying and spent quite a while determining where the problem was located. I was really impressed with his unique methods of addressing pain. In one visit, he made the pain manageable. In 3 visits, the pain is almost gone. While Dr. Grant is an excellent practitioner, he is more importantly a truly caring individual. I highly recommend Dr. Grant and AMT.

Fantastic experience: I am hard on my body, Im THAT guy who still plays adult rec league sports (ALTA, Softball, Volleyball, etc) to the max.Work hard, play hard right? Quite often after a few weeks of this, my body is in knots and I'm in pain. Being the un-ideal patient I am, I call Lauren and want to be seen like that day because everything is so inflamed (and I'm a procrastinator). I have to give it to her, she always does what she can to get me in within 48 hours. Not only is she strong and able to apply a deep pressure like I prefer, she's knowledgeable on the anatomy of the body and is able to explain to me what is ailing me while she's doing it. Her new space is super tranquil and inviting and she even lets me pick my own soundtrack if I'm not feeling like listening to bubbling brook or ocean sounds. Long story short, she's the best and this makes year 3 I've been a client. Recently I injured my chest and and shoulder (volleyball) and made an appointment with Grant (before my massage obv) to see if he could help me on the road to recovery. I'm a large human at 6'4, 210lbs so being properly manipulated with control by PT's and chiropractors is always something I'm concerned about. Grant used excellent technique and proper leverage to maintain precise control through this process which I really appreciate. He also introduced me to dry needling, which if I'm honest I was half afraid of and the other half skeptical.But it was actually quite an easy, non invasive process that left me with immediate relief and prolonged pain decrease over the next few days and weeks. He even text me to check up on how I was doing, he's such a peach. I went right from PT that day with Grant to a 2 hour massage with Lauren and afterward I was a new man. 2 thumbs way up, 5 stars, swipe right, you're gonna love AMT!

Dr. Grant Smith is an amazing physical therapist but he's also an amazing practitioner and his bedside manner makes you feel you're a true friend.
