NeuroKinetix - A LifeHope Company: Reviews
Fantastic experience: True professionalism ! Thank you !
Fantastic experience: Its like a healthcare SUPER center here with great staff and lots of helpful tools to improve outcomes!
Fantastic experience: Jordan helped change my life from a pain perspective. She developed a routine that allowed me to sleep pain free. In addition, I achieved my goal of going up and down the stairs with minimum struggle. She is great at what she does, the facility was beautiful and the team was very accommodating. Thanks Jordan and team, you are the best!!
Fantastic experience: WOW - this team is incredible. Spent the weekend (kind of) working out (carrying around 28 lb.'s of solid grandbaby - while chasing 4 others around the park should count as a work out). I pulled my neck and back to the point where sleeping, driving ( lifting my little guy) and working on my computer were impossible. After three days of alternating muscle relaxers - Tylenol & Aleve and stretching, I called LifeHope's - NeuroKinetix, and was fortunate to get in for an appointment. I had NO IDEA how bad I had needed to do this, UNTIL I did. 45 minutes with Jordan - Sydney & Bronson and I was me again. Their hands are MAGIC : )
Fantastic experience: Strangely enough, I don't know where to start and to be clear, I'm only giving a 5 star review because there is no way for me to give them 10 stars! I recently had a full knee replacement. I'd already had my ACL replaced twice and a few arthroscopic procedures as well. I had my ruptured achilles repaired 20 years ago and have a bunch of screws celebrating their 10 year anniversary in the other ankle. In short, decades of competitive sports had taken their toll. I share the back story because my lengthy experience with post injury Physical Therapy is considerable but underwhelming. As a result, I had very low expectations. My knee, prior to surgery, had deteriorated to the point where tennis, golf, and even walking was uncomfortable so my goal for PT was to get me to a place where I could move without discomfort. Then I met Jordan. First off, I've never worked with someone who knows more about how the human body functions physically as a single entity. While my goal was to move around without discomfort, 5 minutes into our initial session, Jordan was focused on my total body alignment, knee flexibility, achilles and ankle mobility, and overall balance. In other words, my knee's consistent deterioration over time had negatively impacted everything and Jordan wasn't going to limit her focus. Former PT professionals would have focused on getting me to the point where I could move without pain. Jordan, however, wanted to restore the whole me, knee and all, to something resembling the physique of my early adult years. At NeuroKinetix, I wasn't showing up, riding a bike, getting some stim, and then icing before a timely departure. Jordan had a plan. She pushed, prodded, and challenged me. I had to relearn how to walk, engage muscles that had atrophied for decades, strengthen parts of my core that had weakened, and teach my body how to maintain balance. It was hard and painful but I saw consistent progress. Previous injuries, like my ankle and achilles tendon, began to limit progress so Jordan revised the plan to fix those issues too. I completed my prescribed PT sessions a couple of weeks ago and bid adieu to Jordan and the team over at NeuroKinetix. I walked out pain free, with a range of motion nearly equal to my pre-ACL days, my body in complete alignment (ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders), with greater flexibility in my Achilles calf and screw-laden ankle, ready to go do or play anything I wanted. My whole body is in a better place and I can say without hesitation that the majority of the credit goes directly to Jordan. My Doctor performed a flawless knee replacement procedure and I also recommend him to anyone looking to have their knee replaced but Jordan took that success and used it as a catalyst to fix everything else. Unbelievable results achieved through a thoughtful, targeted, and perfectly executed PT plan. Thanks Jordan!
Fantastic experience: Life changing therapy for my neck and jaw pain. Dr. Jordan and the whole Team are FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend their office for physical therapy. The very best I've received, hands down. Thank you for relieving my pain.
