Fantastic experience: Mitch and Jose are amazing therapists, unfortunately the receptionist is not. She assured me over and over my deductible was paid in full and my $20 copay was not due. Then she presented me with a $220 bill. Nope. I give the therapists 5 stars though.

Fantastic experience: The RN who followed up a few days before my hip replacement was savvy enough to find me a Physical Therapy at Physio beginning the day after my hip replacement. Mitch was the right person at the right time. He was aware of the exercise regimen I was on and skillfully added new exercises as the weeks went by. Literally, one moth after, I feel like I am 80% to where I need to be. This far exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience with Physiotherapy Associates. Mitch and Kim really care about their clients and they carry out their work with excellence. I am very grateful for how they helped me. I suffered with intense daily headaches and dizziness when a head trauma caused post-concussion syndrome. Nothing my doctors at Kaiser were doing was helpful so out of desperation for relief I did my own research and learned some people have success with concussion recovery when they seek treatment from a physical therapist. So I requested a rreferral. I was skeptical at my first meeting with Mitch because the prognosis he gave me seemed too good to be true based on the frequency and severity of my symptoms at that time. But I had nothing to lose and everything to gain so I gave it my best and followed through with the care plan he laid out. And to my surprise the treatment worked exceedingly well. Over the last few months I have visited with 2 neurologists, a neurosurgeon, and 2 internists regarding my condition. They prescribed meds and gave me advice but nothing they did worked as well as the care I received at Physiotherapy Associates. It far exceeded my expectations! Thank you Mitch and Kim for the work you do to improve people's quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Not all Physical Therapy groups have an Occupational Therapist. Thankfully my hand surgeon sent me here for recovery after wrist breaks. Leo is pretty wonderful - competent, engaged and committed to his craft and to my return to full functionality!
