Fantastic experience: Jose and Cindy are wonderful therapists. The staff (Jackie and Lucia) are warm and friendly and did so much to improve my back injury. I'll always be thankful to them for their efforts.

Huge shout out to Lindsay, she took me from barely walking after achilles surgery to playing basketball in 6 months! Learned so much from her that’ll stay with me the rest of my life. Not enough stars in the galaxy to properly review Physio Norcross, but I’ll settle for 5.

Fantastic experience: I've been to other physical therapist for my back and it wasn't really helping. For a few years I didn't sleep on my sides only flat on my back. The pain was manageable but it got worse to the point where it didn't matter how I slept it was not good. I couldn't sleep for 3 hrs without taking my prescription. At this point I stopped working tried to rest since my orthopedic recommended no bending, twisting, lifting, and lose some weight (shocking). It helped very little. Switched orthopedic he recommended the opposite with the help of p.t. and pain pills. My wife noticed physio was close by and at first I didn't want to. I'm glad I listened. Bethany worked with me to strengthen my body and to push through the workouts. The workouts might be uncomfortable but that's just understandable since I neglected correcting this the right way. She listened to what I was feeling throughout the sessions it wouldn't always be the same because the pain would shift. It motivated me more when I noticed the pain was reducing over time. I also found love for the gym again. Every visit started to feel like seeing family. Everyone in that office is nice! Now I stick to my diet, workout 5x a week majority exercises provided by Bethany, back to working, and enjoying life being 20lbs lighter. So yeah my wife was right once again

Fantastic experience: Amazing place!! 10/10 recommend! Regina has been INCREDIBLE and helped me get back to feeling 100%. Cannot thank her enough. The front desk staff is amazing too and I love how friendly everyone is. Also - life happens and I love that they don’t have a cancellation fee. Although I still gave 24 hours notice if I needed to cancel, I love that I know I won’t be charged if something unforeseen comes up.

Fantastic experience: Lindsey Webb is a stellar physical therapist, who treats every patient with individual care, checks the protocol for your particular surgery, shows you the printed out pages of your care plan, and genuinely demonstrates care about your well-being and progress. Fantastic experience: I came to PT after my first and second knee replacements. Physio helped me get my full range of motion pretty quickly on my 1st knee. My 2nd knee was much slower healing and I got demoralized from time to time from my slower progress, but Bethany kept working with me and we got to where my knee should be. I’ve now been to 4 different PT businesses over the years for various things, but now I know I will always come back to Physio. Thanks for the great program!

Fantastic experience: Crystal deserves 10+ Stars, she's very knowledgeable, caring, she was so thoughtful about my pain and gently applied treatment that caused me to be able to turn my head, neck and shoulder after a car accident that caused me to have a concussion and whiplash. I highly recommend her to any facility/individual. May God continue to bless her and enlarge her territories.

Everyone in the office is warm and friendly - a real touch of humanity.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, the whole staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They always make me feel so welcomed. Stephane is always smiling and helping everyone. Specially now with COVID-19, they follow all the protocols, masks on, temperature check, and wiping down everything after every patient. Albradella Davis (Regina) have been an Angel in my life. I started my treatment with her during my pregnancy due to an accident when I was 23 weeks pregnant, Physical Therapy was the only way I could walk and function. I was concerned for the baby at the beginning but Regina always made me feel so comfortable and safe. She worked her magic on my back 3x a week until a week before I delivered my baby girl. I’m forever thankful for her in my life specially in a such scary and stressful time that I had during my pregnancy. My baby girl is now 11 months and I’m back doing PT, and Regina new exactly where I have left of. I’m still on treatment, and every time I go there I have confidence that I will recover and be pain free.

Fantastic experience: I had been very happy with Physio a couple of years ago with Jasmine, but she was no longer there when I went for a different problem recently. However, I got a fantastic physical therapist by the name of Jose Ninow. He explained why I was having the pain in my arm and clearly showed me exercises to remedy the problem. He also explained why an exercise I had been doing exasperated the problem which helps me avoid repeating that same mistake when moving/exercising that area. I also had dry needling done expertly by him. Over the last decade I had had dry needling done by 2 other businesses, 1 successful, 1 not successful. Jose Ninow was great. He hit the trigger points, generating the muscle spasm and the needle did not hurt. I can recommend Physio and Jose Ninow whole heartedly.

Fantastic experience: Julianna is a wonderful PT, she takes her time with her patients and most importantly she is friendly and she really cares about your treatment. And I love her gun, the ice packs, and lights out. Only if your the first patient or the last...lights out with ice pack soooo relaxing.

Fantastic experience: Started with them last week for post-rotator cuff surgery rehab. Very professional, friendly staff. Been dealing with Dr. Davis. She is a great physio and I am looking forward to getting back to 100% in her capable hands. Oct 7 2020: Went to Physio again, this time for a right shoulder problem. As expected, they were excellent. Carly was outstanding and she fixed the problem within 2 weeks. Last session was with Damnhait who was also very good. Highly recommend the facility.

Fantastic experience: Logan, Stephanie, Kianna, Carly and Mrs. Regina Davis are absolutely the most AMAZING people!!! Everyone who works there has their own unique way to connect to each patient. Collectively they communicate and collaborate seamlessly!!! It’s a great place to recover after a long day or to get your day started!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE OCTOBER 2020: The staff at this location is excellent and have had nothing but positive feedback for them. However, the Corporate Billing Department keeps trying to earn some extra money despite me already fully paying my copay. This has not happened once, or twice, but I just received a THIRD notice of failure to pay. These are three different instances for different dates. What’s weird is that they will send me a bill for a “missed payment” that happened two months ago. The bill shows all my copays having a balance of $0.00. Then in the middle of the bill it shows I owe $5.00 for an appointment. Then it keeps showing 12 or so appointments paid in full with a $0.00 balance. For some reason the corporate loves the $5 amount, each of these three different cases has me owing them five dollars. To take away: ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS HERE. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT MAY TRY TO MILK YOU MONTHS LATER WHEN YOU PAID IN FULL! Again this is the Corporate issue. In terms of actual PT service I still recommend this place. Staff is professional and friendly. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was referred here by my cold industrialist insurance giant. The same giant that would not give me an MRI despite me telling them it feels like I pulled a nerve or a muscle. They gave me a super helpful x-ray instead and told me to apply heat+ice and rest for 8 weeks. Week 6 came and I know I needed some PT. I got a list of clinics that are covered under my plan and this was the closest one to me. Based on my experience with the insurance I was expecting the same level treatment here. However this assumption quickly faded and weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The first sign of hope what's when I was properly diagnose by the staff here. The insurance doctor diagnosed me with shoulder contusions/bruises ("You have strong healthy bones boy!" He said after reviewing my X-Ray). Physio's staff determined I had pulled some nerves on my neck (explanation: both shoulders hurting at same time) and set me up right away with exercises and stretches that will eventually leave my injury dusted n disgusted. This place always lifts my spirits when I enter and l leave. I can tell that it is helping. ALL the staff are caring and view me as a person instead of "how do I get this guy processed to my outbox so I can go home sooner". Staff here is amazing and I can tell PT is helping this injury! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Physiotherapy Associates in Norcross for 5 weeks for shoulder pain. Jasmine Jacobs is my wonderful physical therapist. She has been so knowledgeable and professional, throughout my treatment plan and evaluations. Needless to say, I couldn’t be more impressed with the various exercises and modalities included in my treatment sessions - and home exercise program. Plus, the atmosphere Is always very friendly and encouraging. Scheduling appointments has been easy too,, even when I have had to work around summer plans. I highly recommend Jasmine and the staff at this Physiotherapy Associates location.

Fantastic experience: I love the ladies at Physio in Norcross. All of the ladies are nice, caring and very professional. Even though the people that come in there are dealing with various levels of pain in different, they make you feel like a part of the family and care for you and your needs like its more than a career but their passion as well. They stay open late for people who have to work and cant get to the office during most office hours, and for me that was great because I didn't want to take off of work to go to physical therapy, and I had a long commute from working downtown to their office. . A great group of ladies who know their stuff!!
