Fantastic experience: Dr. Patten and Dr. Paschen are excellent pediatricians.

Positive experience: Wife had flu like symptoms and so took her to the West Ames location. On hindsight, this should have been addressed by a PA rather than a gynecologist. Because the gynecologist while being thorough in her investigations was rude to me the husband, the caregiver and seemed impatient in answering a simple medical question about requiring antibiotics. In any case, based on blood work, she recommended the same course of action as what I was doing.

Fantastic experience: Great people work there. Had skin cancer removed from my nose. Dr. Tim Hansen was terrific!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to McFarland for 3 years now and every service I've used and every doctor I've seen has been great. The desk people are always friendly and prompt and the doctors intelligent and compassionate. Love their online mychart system, I can get my test results back almost immediately and even send my doctor a note if I have a question that may not warrented a whole trip in. Great clinic!

Fantastic experience: I needed to order contacts over the phone for my son. Everything was done quickly and no issues. They also billed insurance so no out of pocket costs.
