Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Clean facility. I didn't have to wait very long even though I was a walk in. I was taken care of and the doctor listened to me.

Fantastic experience: I have total confidence in the abilities and knowledge of the physicians at CIO. My personal favorite is Dr. Hall and that is due to his professional attitude, good listening abilities, and ability of he and his staff to help alleviate my anxiety about needles and treatments with my back pain and pain management. I have entrusted he and his staff for the past few years and will continue to refer my friends to him and his colleagues at CIO

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kay and staff are very friendly and thorough with determining what is going on and the course of treatment(s) that may be needed. He gave me several treatment options to begin with and didn’t immediately go straight to surgery as an option. I would highly recommend him for knee issues.

Fantastic experience: It's wonderful that CIO offers same day walk in visits, and it is so fast! You don't plan on getting an injury or waking up not able to move a body part. Clinical staff was very pleasant, helpful, and thorough with my care and collected all information related to the issue I was having. Christina took time to listen to me, not rudely cutting me off and rushing me out (as so many providers do at other clinics), and you're left feeling like you had more questions or wanted more information if you had just a couple more minutes in the exam.Not only did Christina W. answer all of my questions, she also provided information regarding possibilities for future treatments and what I may expect from future treatmens. I appreciate the convenience of getting in with a provider same day that treats the specific body parts your having issues with, rather than seeing a provider that can only make a referral and you have to wait even longer for yet another appointment. When you're in pain, or can't move normally that's the last thing you want to do is wait several weeks to get treatment.

Fantastic experience: My experience at CIO is quite literally the best experience I have ever had in any health care facility and team in my life, and I am not exhaggerating. I was living in the Chicago area and was going to have a full hip replacement up there. Everything was lined up, but decided to move down to Alexandria. I grew up in the area but haven’t lived here for years, however have kept in contact with many, many people. My mom has lived in the same placed for 60 years so has many ties to the community. We both posted on our social media accounts asking for the best orthopedic surgeons anywhere in central Indiana and asked for direct experiences, not word of mouth. If I did the math right, over 70% of our replies said Dr. Kay. Great, then I decided to do research on him and still compare other top surgeons in the area. He BY FAR has the most and best high quality reviews out of anyone in the central Indiana area. So, I make the call. I’ll try to keep this short. I went in and went through the entire process all the way up to surgery. Every single interaction with Dr. Kay, the staff, etc were flawless. Not one person made me feel rushed, every one of them made sure I had all the info, were patient, kind and actually made me feel that they cared. They either really really care or are some incredibly great actors! Dr. Kay himself is quite unique. Not only did I never feel rushed, he spent more time with me than his RN or assistant. Usually you get 3 minutes with the doctor and the rest of the time is with staff. During my initial xray not only did he go over it briefly, but then explained everything we are seeing in the xray in detail, but in terms I could understand. He always made eye contact, always smiled, he asked a lot of questions (and not the normal questions most doctors do just to fill out their little form). Leading up to the surgery the CIO team made sure I was well educated on what to expect before, during and after surgery, precautions, etc. I emailed Dr. Kays’s RN several times with questions and got replies rather quickly. Did not expect that. They even create their own book thing with all of the info that you need. They called me I think 3 times before surgery in addition to my visits just to make sure I understood all of the info, see if I had any questions, etc. The day of the surgery just as nice. My mom took care of both of my grandparents for YEARS before their passing, and she has done hair in some retirement homes and nursing homes as well as serve the elderly by taking them to doctors, surgeries, visiting, etc. I’m saying that to say that she has been around probably hundreds of doctors, surgeons and such over the past decade. She has been talking about the love, care, patience and energy that she experienced with Dr Kay and his team on the day of my surgery. She is just stunned that there is still a doctor in the medical field that treats his patients as patients like they did 30+ years ago, and not like an assembly line. Day of surgery was better than I could have even imagined, all follow up care was better than I could have imagined, every interaction was better than I could have even imagined. Two days ago I went in for my 2 week follow up and I was looking for a janitor just to see if he was as awesome as everyone else! I have yet to speak to or meet anyone that has had a single negative thing to say about Dr. Kay or his medical staff. FLAWLESS! I hope anyone that reads this would at least give his team a chance. By the way, 2 weeks out and feeling like I have a new hip! Haha

Fantastic experience: Dr.Steven Herbst was so nice and was well informed to help with both feet and right ankle. He took time with me and gave me hope. This is my 4th. Orthopedic doctor to go to for help and I know Dr. Herbst will help my pain.

Fantastic experience: First used Dr Jones for my hand 2 years ago, then my daughters knee last year, now my son's elbow and I continue to leave 110% satisfied! He's professional yet laid back and never dissapoints! Made my kids feel comfortable, explains everything to a T for you to understand, yes absolutely if you need checked out go see Dr. Jones!!!

Fantastic experience: I used the Anderson Walk-In Clinic the day before Thanksgiving. The wait time was posted so I knew it was going to be a long wait. It was worth it! Everyone was nice, respectful, and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend them based on my first experience. Dr. Lawless was great! I left knowing what the plan was for my issue, medications ordered, home exercise instructions, PT information, and my follow up appointment with Dr. Lawless!

Fantastic experience: I came into the office and meet with Dr. Kay (previous patient) and explained about the pain and continuous popping. He did X-Rays and MRI and suggested a partial knee replacement. After he explained to me how the procedure and if once inside that I would need a full replacement, he would do it at that time. After some consideration, I just choose to go ahead and do the full replacement. He did the operation on Oct 9th and I have 6 more therapy sessions left, but was told that I am ahead of healing. I want to give a big shout out to the whole staff at CIO and Ascension Anderson Erskine Rehab Center. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: I have a herniated disc and Dr. Hall gave me an injection to help relieve pain. I was so impressed with how painless the injection was and how great of a job he did keeping me distracted. He was very thorough and gentle. Highly recommend him!!

We did the walk in clinic on a Fri because I didn’t want my daughter to wait until Tuesday for her appt (elsewhere) with a fractured arm. We seen Dr. Lawless and he was nothing but amazing! Fantastic experience: Dr Jones is the best this is our 2nd contact with him...he calms my fears of my daughters foot she broke her growth plate and he had her care all mapped out when he came in to give us the news I trust him to get my baby back up and healthy again. I was able to get a clear idea of what needed to be done to treat the problem and he was very professional in explaining all of the issues and future treatments. I highly recommended CIO for any orthopedic issues!

Fantastic experience: I started out at the place on scatterfield.they had me see a nurse practitioner who was clearly overwhelmed by her workload did not explain anything and didn't seem to know who I was even on the third visit. The physical therapist was good but because they didn't tell us anything about the results of the MRI his hands were tied bad hit all the way. Cio seems the total opposite only had one visit but the girl was on point, pleasant to be around. Just really cool. I left outa there knowing more about my situation and options than after that whole fiasco at the other place.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jared Jones is such a wonderful doctor. He has seen two of my sons now for broken bones. The kids felt comfortable with him and had a good experience considering the circumstances. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: More (much more) than what I might have expected. Very impressed with how quickly I was in and out. That was a shame though because of the way the entire staff treated me and how professional they were. They actually made you want to stay longer. Fantastic experience: Great experience! Dr. Carter, his staff and supporting staff did an awesome job in calming any type of anxiety my son and I would have felt regarding his injured hand. Dr. Carter thoroughly explained the injury and the road to full recovery. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Fantastic experience: I been going to them since they first started after a wreck. Dr. Jones an Dr. Carter have always been great to me addressed my issues. Always was very satisfied with their plan of treatment. Dr. Miller is very good too. He was very compassionate to my mother in her late 80s thur her 90s. Taking care of her back. I would highly recommend this establishment. Everybody is very pleasant an nice with smiles.
