Need Care? Call your provider's office for a phone or video visit. MyChart offers e-visits and on-demand video visits for select conditions from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Virtual urgent care also available 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. For urgent care in person, visit MedCheck or Community Clinic at Walgreens. For other needs, call 317-621-2727 to be directed.

Sarah Jarrett, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified brain injury specialist with a special interest in concussions, brain injury, neurological injuries and disorders, general orthopedics, sports medicine, and balance training. Sarah has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), Functional Movement Taping - RockTape, LSVT BIG, and is a fall prevention specialist.

Courtney Steele, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacements, and manual therapy interventions of the spine and upper/lower extremities. Courtney has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).
