Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with PT, and I had no idea what to expect. Andrew was so kind and patient. He taught me a lot of exercises that helped alleviate my hip pain, and it remains gone as long as I keep up with the exercises. I really never knew physical therapy could be such a game changer! Not only was Andrew great, but so was the front desk staff. Everyone was so friendly. I would definitely recommend Orthopedic and Spine Therapy.

Fantastic experience: OST Appleton is a very warm and welcoming place. Anna or Cathy always greeted me by name when I walked in. Andrew was most encouraging during my therapy. "Good job!" I heard that often. Well Andrew, "Good job!". Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great place and has lovely staff. Dr. Alex Conway is one the best doctor I have ever worked with. He knows what he's doing and is very caring. Dr. Conqay will take his time to have a conversation with you to answer any medical questions that you may have; most importantly, he is a great listener, and he will not rush you off the door to see the next patient. He has a lot of patience and loves what he's doing. He will provide you with beneficial resources to help you heal faster. He helped me with my back pain, shoulder blade pain, neck pain, migraine, and post-concussion. I had many symptoms for a while and could not figure out what was wrong with me. After seeing him for a couple of sessions and having a thorough conversation, he diagnosed me with post-concussion based on my symptoms and some of the tests I took in his office. I am doing much better now because of his support and help. I would definitely see him again if I have any issues. In addition, I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Alex Conway has been my therapist, coach, and friend through pre and post surgery fusing of my L4, L5, and S1 joints. He has helped to significantly lower my pain level while boosting my exercise tolerance. I couldn't ask for a better partner in my healing.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Kimberley K. and the entire staff at OST. She addressed the tendon issue in my foot which allowed me to enjoy our hiking trip and taught me how to manage the situation should it “reappear”. In addition she gave me some great activities to improve my posture and it has really improved my overall quality of life. Many Thanks to Kim and the entire team!

Fantastic experience: So happy with my therapy from Alex! I am used to female practitioners for just about everything, so I was pretty apprehensive at first. Alex was so welcoming and approachable. He not only showed me the correct exercises and stretches to work on for my foot pain but (and this part I love!) he explained the "why" behind each exercise and also gave me some background on the causes of my pain. Fantastic experience: Great place and amazing staff! I had Alex Conway, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a therapist. He listens and cares, and wants to help rather than just wanting a paycheck. He is sincere. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He explains and then shows and then will explain some more if needed. He is an awesome part of the team and I am very grateful for him helping me along in my recovery! Highly recommended 10/10. He went above and beyond to figure out exactly what was going on with my pain, well beyond what even the specialist doctors cared to do and I am now on my way, with a toolbox full of knowledge and exercises I can use to deal with potential flare ups. He is an excellent listener and has a gentle approach that was exactly what I needed. I couldn't have done it without him. He was super when I had my kids along too! Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have ever had physical therapy and it was a perfect solution to my issues. Alex was very interested in helping me overcome the discomfort I was having. He was extremely understanding and listened to my aches and pains. He's very thorough in his explanations and recommendations. My back has been a problem for a long time and the stretches and exercised we went over and that he recommended helped me tremendously. If I have issues in the future, I would absolutely see Alex again for help and guidance. This office is very friendly and efficient in all aspects. Fantastic experience: I saw Alex Conway for my sessions of physical therapy a few weeks ago. I thought he was probably one of the most knowledgeable people that I have dealt with for various issues. He seemed to see right into the body where the issue was and explained in plain english what was going on. I was very impressed with him.

Fantastic experience: Had sciatic nerve pain and … What a huge difference rehab did!!! Trigger point releases, range of motion increased , stretches help so much, walking straighter, and today walked pain free, and longer than I have in a while! Forward progress:)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Todd Loehrke explains things in a way that I understand. His knowledge of how one thing affects another makes it easier to follow directions. It is amazing how he can torque "frozen" limbs. Most importantly, he's given me hope when I thought I was going to have to live with pain.

Fantastic experience: First experience going to OST for treatment for neck pain. Stacy is very friendly and awesome to work with and made the intake process easy by sending all the forms in advance of my first appointment. Alex was able to quickly pinpoint the source of my issues and I experienced pain relief and had increased range of motion following my first appointment. I recommend OST-Appleton.

Fantastic experience: After major back surgery I was set up for physical therapy; the therapy and exercises I was given continue to help me day by day. If there was not a printed copy of an exercise, my therapist drew a simple yet effective stick drawing which helped me see and remember to do the exercises at home. Todd L. is a gifted therapist and makes me feel relaxed because he also listens when I go in for my therapy. I just want to do the work to get better. Fantastic experience: Megan is a wonderful therapist. She is skilled at her role and is so pleasant, all while making sure she works through your pains. I have gone to her for several injuries and she has always helped me greatly. One was a chronic back pain and she taught me the stretches to be able to fix it myself when the pains arise. She also helped me to become aware of which behaviors were causing the pain, so I could avoid it on the front end. Life changing, for sure! The office staff is always so helpful and kind. I appreciate the environment all around. You won’t regret trying them out.

He listens to the issues you are having and follows through with effective treatment. Alex also educates you so you can understand what is happening, and take steps to avoid a recurrence.
