Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Appleton is an 88-bed facility dedicated to providing 24-hour skilled nursing and a full range of rehabilitative therapies including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Available as either short-term rehabilitative therapy following an illness, injury or surgery, respite care to temporarily relieve a family caregiver, or as long-term care, our skilled nursing care team includes experienced, licensed professionals dedicated to preparing a care plan designed to fit individual care needs.

We offer a patient-centered, outcome-focused interdisciplinary approach to ensure high quality care. Beautiful, private rooms and spacious suites provide an appropriate, comfortable recovery setting. We coordinate with physician or facility referrals, as well individuals seeking long-term care or pre-surgery planning.

Fantastic experience: My husband was there end of 2021 to early 2022 Great care from all staff! My husband transfered into the facility from the hospital. He couldn't walk, talk or swallow. He came home after 2 months of therapy walking, talking and starting to eat soft foods! Thank you Rennes!!

Fantastic experience: My 95 year old Mother needed to have rehab for a hip fracture- we chose Rennes because she was there for knee rehab in the past. The staff has been so wonderful - they have done everything in their power to make my Mother comfortable through these trying times with the COVID restrictions- Rennes has made a difficult time bearable and we want to thank them for their caring staff.

Fantastic experience: They take excellent care of my mother. She's 99 and the will do anything for her. She is paired with a great roommate and they get along very well.

Fantastic experience: Best service. In the state.great staff you won,t beat the care you get.you won,t the best for your family member.then you need to be in Rennes Health .to get back on your feet.they saved my life and gave me the Push i needed .now i can do it all feel great .thank you all.Robin Brown

Positive experience: I have lived in a nursing home for 9 years. I worked in a nursing home for 25. I put Renese on top of my list. We have our problems (of course) but they work hard to correct any issues

Fantastic experience: I’m 38 years old and I broke my leg, spending 7 weeks at Rennes Health & Rehab Center. I don’t have a single complaint. The CNA’s and nurses were so respectful, caring, & professional. The people that are in charge of activities are so friendly and make times during the day a lot of fun. The therapists in the rehab wing of the building were understanding and committed in getting me back to where I can be more independent. Even the food was excellent. I strongly recommend that if you are ever in need of a facility for these types of services, Rennes is the place to be!
