Fantastic experience: I cannot express how talented Dr. Dahlke is in the therapy work he does! I traveled from Colorado after a nasty ski accident when things with my therapist were just not improving. I underwent an ACL, MCL, & Meniscus repair. After surgery and a knee manipulation, my range of motion was not improving. My cousin recommended Dr. Dahlke after he helped her husband with his rehab. With just seven sessions, my range of motion improved from only being able to bend my knee 80 degrees to now 130 degrees. I cannot recommend enough the compassionate, thorough, and specialized therapy here. Thank you so much Dr. Dahlke! I am going back to Colorado much stronger and at ease knowing I will avoid another surgery, since he has worked with me to improve range of motion to break the scar tissue that would have otherwise potentially had to have been removed surgically. My trip to work with him was so worthwhile!

Fantastic experience: He was extremely supportive and pushed me in exercises to ensure the quickest possible recovery. When my sports hernia was nearing being recovered he did not push additional appointments, despite being ahead of schedule. Super accommodating with my busy work schedule and helpful answering all my questions during/after my session was completed. Hopefully will not have to see him again but if another injury arises I will be going right back!

Fantastic experience: I am a Division 2 bound collegiate baseball player who wasn't able to throw all winter because of a severe pain in my shoulder. I went to various doctors who couldn't figure it out and constantly called for MRI's without answers. I came in to Josh weeks before my senior high school season for his services and two weeks later I could throw with limited pain, a month later I was making my first start of the season, and a week or so after that I was feeling and throwing better than I ever have in my life. Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr. Josh for doing an outstanding job! I saw 2 specialists, a chiropractor and did acupuncture for a terrible pain in my upper leg. Some of my nerves were going haywire, causing me to wake up about 15 times a night and also limp. This was an ongoing issue and getting worse for a full year. I was referred to Dr Josh and in 4 weeks my pain is 80% better. I am sleeping so much better and have been able to be physically active again! I highly recommend Dr Josh. Fantastic experience: After months of extensive PT for tennis elbow in both arms from paddle boarding, the therapists I was seeing at my local clinic gave up on me and referred me to a surgeon. I was not about to give up and succumb to surgery and the months of rehab associated with that. Not only has the ASTYM technique been very successful in my rehab, Dr. Josh has the best bed-side manners of anyone I’ve dealt with in the health care field. And I realize that’s a bold statement. He really cares about the outcome of his patients' treatment and didn’t give up on me until I was completely healed. If I hadn’t called his office to get that first consultation, I hate to think where I’d be today in my rehab. With his therapy sessions, along with the recommended stretching and exercise, Dr. Josh has given me back my ability to use my arms to their full function again. And he’s even gotten me back on my paddle board. Thank you Dr. Josh!

Fantastic experience: I have had chronic pain for over 20 years and have been to countless physical therapists. Dr. Josh has been managing my pain now for the last three years and I have been given back a quality of life I didn’t think was possible. He has numerous treatment methods available; I find dry needling, spinal manipulation, and soft tissue massage to be the perfect combination of treatment to provide me with dramatic pain relief. I have also had him work on specific injuries and his treatment methods significantly reduce healing time. Fantastic experience: I have had problems with bouts of severe neck and back pain for just under a decade. Before I started going to Dr. Dahlke I would be barely able to function for up to a week, and was taking far too much ibuprofen/acetaminophen. Since starting to go to Dr. Dahlke, my recovery time has been cut by easily 75%. He has several options available for treatment plans and always explains each one so that you have a full understanding of why it will work. He is also a fantastic educator and provides you with materials to help you avoid injury/flare ups in the future. He has also treated me for a muscle injury that I incurred while running a half marathon. He was able to quickly identify which muscle was injured and helped me get back on my feet much sooner than if I had not gone to see him. I am so thankful that Dr. Dahlke is around because he has helped me on more occasions than I can count-- and always with a down-to-earth and personable attitude. It is a great relief to me to know that when I have these unbearable flare ups he will be able to help me feel improved within the first visit! Fantastic experience: After a torn Achilles tendon over a year ago, I was in constant pain and was having problems walking. The physical therapy I went to at the time of my injury didn't help much at all. Dr. Dahlke's treatment was very different and extremely effective.
