Fantastic experience: My daughter needed labs drawn. Given that she’s only 3, she was pretty nervous. The 2 lab techs that worked with her were AMAZING to say the least! They made her feel comfortable, were fast & efficient and so, so sweet! I wish I had found out their names because they both deserve a raise!!

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Karen Hansen, my exceptional rhuematologist. She is empathetic and approachable, always taking time to explain things in ways I can understand. I am impressed with her dedication, availability to repond to my concerns, and willingness to listen to any questions I have carefully. She goes beyond the norm to ensure I am comfortable with my treatment plan, every step of the way! I am very grateful she is at Encircle Health.

Positive experience: Wait times are some of the worst I’ve ever seen at some times. A few of mine were around 40 minutes. The staff rocks though and the building is VERY clean. The technology they have there too is very up to date. The patient rooms/doctors offices though have super thin walls and you can hear what people in other rooms are saying half the time.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an MRI . Staff were courteous and professional, wait time was minimal. Procedure was well explained before and during imaging. Will definitely recommend in future!

Fantastic experience: Met with Dr. Sara Schalk at Valley Eye. Dr. Schalk is a great physician. She is patient, kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Schalk to friend and family. She is also great with children and teens.

Fantastic experience: I came in with my daughter to get a quick screening. The receptionist was very professional, but also took time to connect with my daughter over how cool her T-Rex toy was. We were seen within 3 minutes of check in! Our nurse was wonderful, and kept praising my 4 year old for how good she was doing (she IS very brave!). Then the doctor came in, and she immediately clicked with my daughter, asking her both important and silly questions to keep her attention! Doc also made sure to stress the importance of private space, and how even if the person is a doctor, mom or dad should also always be there if the doctor needs to take a look. That struck me as so important for my daughter to hear from a real doctor. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our visit! All the stars to everyone we met!

Fantastic experience: Fast and Friendly.

Positive experience: Sometimes you have to wait to check in and wait to go back but I have never had a problem with communication or service from reception staff to nurses and my doctor. People complaining just have little patience. If you don’t like coming here switch and find it’s not going to better. Best thing is just stay healthy, eat right and don’t become overweight and lazy and make good health choices and you won’t have to visit the doctors office very often.

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved from the VA Clinic to Thedacare, specifically a few doctors in the Encircle Health building. So far I have actually learned more about my conditions than in the four years I have received healthcare services from the VA. I have had more comprehensive treatment here than anywhere I've ever been seen in my life. I am quite content to this point and will continue my care happily On a personal note, people complaining about the wait times should really experience a VA healthcare appointment before they leave bad reviews here.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best medical care I've ever had. Fantastic doctors, helpful, friendly, and supportive staff. Very short wait times even at the walk in clinic. Let me say this... I have had medical care all over the US and in many other countries in the world. The people making complaints here have no concept of what poor medical care actually looks like. I ran into my doctor (Dr. Anderla) in the lobby waiting to get a cup from of coffee, and he BOUGHT MY COFFEE. This was before a follow-up appointment. A follow up for a procedure he performed for me two weeks earlier, coming in an hour early to do so because it best fit my schedule and his schedule was already full that day. All this on top of his and his staff's fantastic care. What more could you possibly want?

Fantastic experience: The great thing about Encircle is they have A LOT of healthcare options under one roof. Whether you need an x-ray, MRI, CT scan, or blood work you can pretty much get it all done here. It's a beautiful facility, easy to get in and out of, and best of all, on the north side of town. I love not having to drive all the way to Neenah or into Appleton proper. The reception staff are always friendly and tell you where you need to be. The only down side is no matter where you have your medical stuff done, there's a wait involved. All I can say is my experiences at Encircle have been positive.

Positive experience: Generally have had good results here - the whole family sees doctors here and most experiences have been positive. We've run into a few practitioners that we don't care to see again but over it's been good. We've been going there for 9 years. I love the fact that all of the diagnostic tests are on site and that your doctor has the results by the time you walk back to their office!
