IBJI Physical & Occupational Therapy - Arlington Heights

Fantastic experience: After a pelvic fracture, I had physical therapy at an Illinois Bone and Joint physical therapy in Arlington Heights. I cannot praise or thank the staff enough for all the fantastic therapy and care they gave me. It made all the difference in my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy going to Physical Therapy at this location in Arlington Heights. Everyone is friendly as soon as you enter the reception area. I usually have Beth or Edgar. They are both very good, and I have had wonderful results.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 PT sessions with Biji Samuel. She did an excellent job of getting me ready for my TKR surgery. She taught me how to stretch and strengthen my leg. She provided many opportunities for questions. Great care was given by her.

Fantastic experience: My latest visit to this location started in May with a fractured hip and continued in August with a knee replacement. My pt's were Beth and Edgar and they carried me through from one to the other. While I hope to not be back to IBJI for pt, if it comes to that, I will be at Arlington Heights.

Fantastic experience: Biji treated my daughter who had arthritis. She was incredible with her and when it came to say goodbye there were tears shed. We felt well taken care of and so much care went into getting my daughter stronger and equipped to carry on exercises at home.

Fantastic experience: I had physical therapy with Nazia and Edgar after shattering my shoulder and occupational therapy with Nicole and Sammy for a shattered wrist with resulting frozen fingers. I received incredible care after having a terrible fall overseas and being given misinformation on how to move after surgery. The 4 primary therapists I had and others were able to get me back to full functioning. They are bright, caring and committted. They design exercises specifically for your needs. I would recommend them to anyone and before I retired, I worked in the medical field.

Fantastic experience: I received post operative out patient physical therapy at IBJI in Arlington Heights. The staff was outstanding and I recommend this clinic without hesitation. The schedule fit my needs. The appointment was always on time. The staff pushed me, encouraged me and helped me recover. The atmosphere was friendly and always professional.

Fantastic experience: IBJI in Arlington Heights has the best staff. My therapist Nazia is a knowledgeable, gentle, and helpful . I also worked with Kyle who was amazing!!!! The entire staff from the front desk to the aids were very professional .

I had the Best physical Therapist’s Beth and Kyle were excellent they got me to keep going when I felt I could not, they were a great team and a good fit for me best ever which made my time there bearable and took my mind off my pain and the assistants were very good with the rest of my work out

Fantastic experience: This is not the first time that I have needed physical therapy (PT) treatment at IBJI Arlington Heights. I originally required physical therapy following a hand injury and recently twisted my back getting out of bed. I have had the pleasure of working with Beatrice, Edgar and an assistant Sara. These specialists are very considerate, professional and provide excellent, quality care. And I must say they are empathetic to your given circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend not just the therapists but also the physicians. I have received excellent care fron from Dr's Ludkowski, Regan and Tu.

Fantastic experience: I had a full knee replacement and all of the PT’s in Arlington Hts. that I worked with to get me to a normal walk, stance, stairs, etc. were very professional, kind, and very patient. They were uplifting and very supportive! I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place for you Physical Therapy needs. I worked with Sammy after my wrist surgery, and I have nothing but the best to say about him. He worked closely with my doctor post surgery for my restrictions, and worked around those to give me the best care possible. He always has his patients well being in mind when working with them. I had an overall great experience with Sammy and the rest of the staff.

Fantastic experience: The therapist are very freindly the work to help you feel better and know how and wear your your injury is the make you feel that they care about you and ha ve a great sense of humor and they push you and make sure you don't give up

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in physical therapy for almost 4 months after very difficult hand surgery. Miraculously my hand has come back to where I can swing a golf club again. There is no way this could have happened without my physical therapist, Nicole Miller. At one point I began to think my golf days were over but she didn’t think so. She kept pushing me and pushing me and kept me from getting down on myself. I would never waste my time in pt if I wasn’t being pushed. I did everything she told me to do at home because I trusted her. She listens and knows what she is talking about. For 2 months I couldn’t open a jar, use a tool, or grasp a golf club but she kept saying it would come around if I did what she told me. It’s a good thing I listened.

Fantastic experience: I have used IBJI physical therapy for both knee and hip replacements. I have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any PT Services needed.

Fantastic experience: This is my second shoulder replacement with IBJI and Dr Hill and both shoulders went as promised with this second shoulder surgery completed and to my surprise with almost no opioid medications needed post op. My pain levels after 24 hours were rated 2 by me or almost negligible. My rehab is going well too!

Fantastic experience: Only on day 3 of rehab and Karlie Bless has been a BLESSing of a therapist. She is a bundle of knowledge and cute and positivity all wrapped up into a tiny package. Always feel so much better when I leave my sessions, mentally and physically and she is a huge part of it. Now if I could just find a way to sneak her home with me.......all the staff is very courteous.

Fantastic experience: I went to physical therapy at IBJI in Arlington Heights with some hope that my knees would benefit from manipulation, special exercises, machines etc.. Quite frankly, because my left knee has large bone spur and pain behind the knee I was skeptical. I am thrilled to report after working with their top notch staff my knees are working so much better! Combined with Dr Ludkowski's expert diagnosis, cortisone and gel shots I have new hope. My knees feel better every day!! Must give credit where it is due... Megan, Kyle, Edgar and Nazia you are a Godsend to my knees!! Your assistants are great as well... cannot thank you enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Andrele and Karlie are amazing !!! I run long distance and the idea of having hip surgery and not running was daunting. They are both professional and compassionate. They have pushed me to regain my strength and at 14 weeks post-op, I can run 10 miles . I highly recommend IB&J PT. Simply the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with my therapist and my results here at IBJI. The therapist has me doing some new exercises each week ( along with some of the same ones) so that I am continually exercising and stretching new muscles and regaining my strength and movement. She is good at manipulating my muscles to stretch them out so I am more mobile and flexible. Would definitely recommend IBJI!

Fantastic experience: I used IBJI Arlington Heights after knee replacement surgery. Karlie Bless is handling most of my rehab. She has played a key role in my recovery. She is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She takes time to listen and answers all my questions. Most important, she knows what she’s doing. I am fortunate to have found her and to have her help on this journey.

Fantastic experience: I started with Physical Therapy on the 16th and found the staff very much intuned to my needs. My therapist is very knowlegable and very gentle. I would recommend them 100%.

Fantastic experience: I really recommend this place. The overall atmosphere is welcoming. I spent the last 9 months undergoing physical therapy, both before my April 2021 hip replacement surgery (to strengthen my hip muscles) and after (to get my hip working and to get me walking again etc.). All the Physical Therapists (especially Megan, Kyle and Edgar) are very friendly, courteous and skilled. The front-desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have used Illinois Bone & Joint physical therapy for two knee replacements and a broken arm. The therapists are very knowledgeable and so helpful. The entire staff makes the therapy visit a good one. They all work together so well. Really a nice place to go.

Fantastic experience: The PT department at this location is amazing. Following my total knee replacement I headed here for rehabilitation. Andrele Reyes and Kyle Bang were my therapists. After 9 weeks of following their instructions I am walking 2-3 miles per day, riding my bike 4 miles so far and walking without the limp I had for years. I can't praise or thank them enough. The assistants that work with them are also great. I will continue to do at home PT for weeks but the start that they gave me put me on track to total rehab.
