Fantastic experience: The team at the Fyzical Therapy and Balance in Arlington Heights is the absolute best. The therapists and office team are kind and professional. The therapists listen to your concerns and take care of any issues you may have. Their knowledge is outstanding and go above and beyond a textbook prescribed therapy program. These guys are legit and would recommend this location to everyone! While I hope I don't have to go back to physical therapy any time soon I would 100% go to this location.

Fantastic experience: Jeanne Cleary is such a pro. She has given very accurate diagnoses prior to a doctor visit. She’s excellent at pain management and provides realistic exercises to complete at home . I have worked with several PTs and she is by far the very best! Her one on one approach far exceeds what is happening at many PT offices. I have seen her for neck, back, and knee issues and I’m so much more healthy and active because of her approach to PT.

Fantastic experience: I needed surgery to release pressure on my spinal column and went to Fyzical before and after. they got me in shape for surgery and now in process of getting me to walk again. All I get are positive reactions from everyone. Always a smile and always determined to get me to walk again. We are making progress slowly but I know they will be with me for as long as it takes. Good people all around. Friendly, positive, smiling and dedicated to their profession. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I came for vestibular issues on the recommendation of my neurologist that they are always staying on top of the latest in vestibular and balance therapy. Allie at the front desk is kind, we’ll organized, and knows her stuff on insurance. I worked primarily with Dan, Chris, and Joe. From the first test the last test I took, they explained everything to me and I saw and felt improvement. My symptoms originally made me a bit nervous but now have a much clearer understanding of what causes them and the PT exercises I need to keep doing to keep it in check. The facility is clean and efficient and I would absolutely come back here for future for physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Seeing Jean Cleary who is knowledgeable, professional and listens to her patients which is rare today. She is an outstanding physical therapist. I strongly recommend Fyzical for balance issues as well as regular PT. Additionally, I worked with Dan and Joe. Across the board, they are simply terrific. Besides their professional abilities, they affable individuals so the bedside manner is also outstanding. Even the receptionist, Alley, is efficient and welcomes you by name. Also, you get 1 on 1 with the therapist and many places it’s 1 on 2. Great experience! I’m done for now. What a fantastic place for treatment of my balance (amazing algorithm), neck, knees and more. I will definitely be back. I even started playing doubles tennis and thought that would never happen again. Thank you Fyzical from an MD who knows a great PT place when he sees one.

The level of care is phenomenal and it doesn’t matter who you see there because they are all trained by Jeanne herself to be the best!

Fantastic experience: I have not felt this well in over a year! I went to another PT first who only focused on my balance not what might be causing my issues with my head, neck, back, hip. Who knew they were all related! Jeanne has provided me with the "what" and "why". While providing the exercises, massage, ultrasound solutions she explains, why these will help. Jeanne has focused in on what is causing my issues. Even on the days, that I felt this would never get better, Jeanne provided me encouragement and support. From my first call to Fyzical to discuss their program and locations ..to Julie at the front desk, who is always smiling, asks how you are doing, answers all the questions, working with you to schedule what works best for you .. to Jeanne, who I cannot say enough good things about... all I can say is "Thank You" for making this difficult situation easier! Fantastic experience: FYZICAL is a different (better) type of PT service. I’ve had PT at a number of other large PT chains. Here my therapist stayed with me the entire time compared to passing me off halfway through to a student to “count reps”. I realized on my first appointment that I wasn’t tucking down my shoulder blade the way I should have been. This small adjustment made all the difference She counted with me and adjusted my position each time. In addition after each visit i got a print out (my request but they also have an app) of the exercises with customized notes (4 to a page for EZ read. She took out what was no longer relevant so I didn’t have oodles of exercises that just kept compiling. I then knew clearly what I needed to do at home for a faster recovery. I didn’t know PT facilities were that different. They are! Plus Julie at the desk is Super efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Brand new, state-of-the-art clinic located right in our neighborhood. I saw jeanne for an initial appointment this week for neck pain. She showed me exercises I can do at home to manage my pain. Julie at the front desk is very friendly and also verified my insurance benefits before my initial visit. This place is huge!! Conveniently located next to Garibaldi’s, which is a great place for some post PT pizza

Fantastic experience: Fyzical, therapy has helped me manage some chronic pain issues, some strengthening exercises and balance concerns. They are excellent in all areas! I received a lot of benefit from seeing Jeanne and now even more so from Vidhi. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their practice is simply life-changing for me.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 88 yr old father here to get help with his balance & stability, and he has been thrilled with the results. Everyone that works here is so wonderful; from Julie at the front desk, to each of the therapists who are all very patient & experienced. He saw results on the very first day & now he is able to walk with more confidence & w/o the help of a walking aid. We highly recommend the Arlington Heights location of Fyzical!
