Fantastic experience: I've been here now for two weeks, I love it! For me the staff has been awesome, from therapy, nurses the assistants. its a great place, not one issue. I feel as if they care about me and my health, ALWAYS on alert when i need assistance. Great place, I will strongly recommend to all looking for care.

Fantastic experience: This facility has excellent PT and OT services. My mom was placed here for rehab for approximately three weeks after spending a week in the hospital. Care was kind and thoughtful. The nursing and CNA staff were highly qualified and did an outstanding job. The food is excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: ManorCare provides an safe, welcoming atmosphere. I have witness staff work as a team to provide excellent care for all residents. During this difficult times with Covid, I have seen how ManorCare provides safety not only for the residents but for other staff as well. Following protocol and respecting the rules helps us take care of the residents.

Fantastic experience: I have been an employee of MCAH for almost 3 years. I have been able to grow within the nursing department and help patients recieve care. All the staff are hard working and work well as a team to provide excellent care to our patients. ManorCare is a fun and friendly place to work! I love being able to provide our patients with the care they deserve and work together with a great team.

Fantastic experience: As a very long term employee of ManorCare I can honestly say that my years here beginning with it being Americana have been a great experience. The people I work with are some of the best in the healthcare field - very caring and supportive. Fantastic experience: My experience with Manorcare Arlington Heights is definitely a 5 star. If I could give more I would. I was here back in 2018 after a surgery for drop-foot. From all the administration to everyone else.. the nurses, the aides, the physical and occupational therapist, the cleaning people to the food service they were the best. It’s now 2020, I needed a complete hip replacement after being in a wheelchair for 7 months. They decided I needed to go to Rehab rather than home. They asked me if I had any rehab I preferred. My answer was immediately Manorcare of Arlington Heights. The staff is incredible they remembered me by sight not from a file. I was greeted like a family member! I love my nurses such as Cindy and Jin and Anton and my aides such as Margaret and Adilene and Dhot and my physical therapist, Susan and Occupational therapists Kim and Lydia. I am sorry to not name each one of you personally, but please know I appreciated each of you that came to my aid and I love you. I would gladly choose this Rehab again and again. They are like a giant family and you get to be a part of that family. You won’t go wrong if you decide to come here for rehab I promise you that....they are incredible and I love every person that took such loving care of me. Ya’ll are truly “THE BEST”!! Love, Mo

Fantastic experience: I am a 10 month employee at manor care and I am very impressed with training,good team , and my manager. My manager is always available to time help and hr head Ramona ,Caren all time help me so I am very excited to be part of the ManorCare team.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time my husband has needed Rehan. When given a choice as where to go we immediately choose Manor Care Arlington Heights. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Christian, Denise, Sheila, Don and nusres Selma, Mandy and Rosemary were amazing to my husband. If you need Rehan this is the facility you want to be at.

Positive experience: I've been in rehab facilities in the past and by far this facility is the best. The therapist, nurses, and other staff members are not just professionals but very friendly and experienced in the job they do. I suffer from "social anxiety disorder" and if you have this illness you know how challenging this type of situation can be. But I feel very comfortable here and my stay has been most productive. I would recommend this facility to anyone needling such services.

Fantastic experience: I have been working at ManorCare Arlington Heights for 13 years. I love what I do and the people I work with. The team at ManorCare Arlington Heights saved my life. When I started to feel weak and didn't know what was happening to me, my coworkers became my first responders and saved me when I was having a cardiac arrest. ManorCare has been my Family and continues to support me while I rehabilitate. There's no other place that compares to ManorCare for fantastic care, compassionate and nd kind people.

Positive experience: My mother had a severe stroke late 2016. She was at manor care for several months. The therapy was excellent!!!!! My mother did recover quite well from this severe stroke with the help of these dedicated people. She received speech, occupational and physical therapy. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the cna's were not the best at listening to my mother. However the majority of them were lovely people. The caseworkers also could not have been more helpful. I recommend Manorcare - Arlington Heights Illinois for anyone to help in one's recovery. Oh and the nurses were wonderful too!
