Fantastic experience: I've been a patient since 1997. Dr Goldstein is my primary physician. He found my thyroid cancer. He never rushes me. I always get in within ten minutes and never wait once in the room. He has a dry sense of humor that cracks me up. We get along really well. His assistant is Dia, and she's been with him for years. That is another nice feature. Dr G is very attentive and thorough. Love Riverside!

Positive experience: Excellent care from primary care, gastroenterologist to physical therapists. Very friendly staff as well.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients of Dr Flershem at Riverside Medical for the last 6 years. I recently had a terrible chest infection which Dr Flershem quickly identified and prescribed treatment for. Within 2 days I felt like a different person with the ability to breathe and sleep through the night without the coughing fits that plagued me for almost 2 weeks plus I got my energy back. The office staff is friendly and helpful and they always do a great job of squeezing you in if you are an existing patient and need treatment. I am so thankful that we are patients at Riverside Medical and have access to great doctors.

Fantastic experience: My sons have graduated from their Pediatricians and now see the NP at the practice. Both are very happy with him and the service they've received.

Fantastic experience: It was a different experience I was worried at first but then it was no big deal it was not bad only thing that was a big thing was laying and being still for 3 to 4 hours iwas happy with the service just a little sore today that's all I have to wail for at least 3 weeks to see a difference the people there were so nice and I would give them a 5 star review and would come back too the downside is waiting to see my results it better than getting cut open and suck my fat out I hope this will do me proud I have been so depressed about my looks and love to eat but I will now watch what I eat and I believe it will be a good choice for me I recommend it to everyone ×at have u got to lose

Fantastic experience: My previous primary care physician could not figure out what was causing my unbearable fibro symptoms for almost 10 years. I saw Dr. Murray J Propes and he figured it out with one blood test. Plus he love’s squirrels. The entire staff is so accommodating and caring. I would not trust my health with anything less than riverside.

Fantastic experience: The CoolSculpting spa is beautiful and the technicians are wonderful! I wanted to get rid of my "turkey neck/second chin" and had amazing results in just 3 1/2 weeks! It looks as though I have had a neck lift. I am so pleased.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for many years, and I am very grateful to be under the care of PA Tyler Kostecki. He has a wonderful bedside manner, but also importantly, he is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and does a great job explaining all of his decisions and recommendations. These are qualities anyone should look for in a healthcare provider. I will spare the details, but I can also say with confidence that Tyler helped save my life. I am very thankful for him.

Gastroenterologist on staff. Physicial therapy. Sleep specialist next door. My family has been going here for decades. Happy with care.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic practice. Doctor Thalheimer is a legend. He's down to earth, chill, takes time to listen, and offers tremendous advise. He's quick to respond to messages in the patient portal. I trust him entirely with my health. If you're reading this, you should disregard any 1 star ratings. Those ratings appear to be from self-entitled customers who will find any reason to complain. The majority of those reviews are not representative of the clinic what-so-ever.

Fantastic experience: After thirty years with our primary care physician in Chicago, my husband and I moved to Arliington Heights and decided to find a primary care doctor locally. Diane Flershem was recommended to us by a couple of people. When we made the first appointment, it was time for our annual physical.. We were both immediately impressed with every aspect of the practice. We had forwarded many of our files, and Dr. Flershem had obviously been prepared by the information she had received and had some pointed questions to ask in some instances. She scheduled a repeat of some of our previous tests which were again due and asked detailed questions about the information she had received in the reports we had sent to her. She was obviously well prepared. Some of the tests were repeated at her office that day. Again, everyone who performed the tests were as professional, knowledgable and as courteous as she was. When we needed a little help using the computer communications, again we had the help we needed handled in a very courteous manner. We have great respect for the doctor, her associates, and technicians and would recommend the doctor and her associates for their expertise, caring and unfailing courtesy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Flershem is an incredible physician and person. She is extremely, extremely knowledgeable and caring. (She has even called me at 9:00 pm to check on me when I was ill. Who does that? A caring doctor does.) Dr. Flershem spends time during your appointment. She offers good information and offers helpful advice. She is amazing with her wealth of knowledge! By far, she is what all doctors should strive to emulate!!!!!!! I know under her care, I am getting the VERY BEST!!!!

I am thrilled with my results. The entire process is easy and pain free. Also, they have very flexible hours and were even open to weekend and evening hours at times that no other office would offer. Fantastic experience: I am SO HAPPY I found Dr. Flershem. A friend highly recommended her and I'm so glad to have found a GP. What I like more about Dr. Flershem is the amount of time she spends with you and her bedside manner. I was looking for a doctor who was extremely smart, detailed and thorough and I've found that with her! She does have a wait list for new patients but it was worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best experience with Cool Sculpting and the staff couldn’t have been more accomodating and friendly. Laurie and JoAnne were extremely professional and gave you the “realistic” expectations on what to expect. The procedure is painless and they have a nice, cozy room with a TV, refreshments and snacks while you are being treated. My results exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of the practice for well over 20 years now, along with my parents, siblings and my now grown, adult children. These doctors are amazing as they genuinely care about their patients. As Dr. Mangurten moves towards retirement, I have now been seeing their new associate Dr. Thalheimer. Although I will miss Dr. Mangurten, I have to say that Dr. Thalheimer has a wonderful chairside manner and made me feel very comfortable at my initial and subsequent visits. I definitely give this practice a "thumbs up"!
