Fantastic experience: I've been going here for lower back pain for a couple months now and I've been seeing drastic improvements. I went from sleepless nights to almost no pain. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating to my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend. Go in with an open mind and ready to put in work and the results will come.

Fantastic experience: The team at HealthFit truly cares about their patients. I’ve been seeing Dr. Joe for several years and he takes the time to get to know your needs, abilities, and goals for healing. Mary’s massage therapy provided my body a much needed reset. Despite now living out of state, I will continue to visit HealthFit whenever I am back in town!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr Joe for 3 years for my neck and back. His chiropractic skills are great and he spends lots of time on teaching rehab exercises to prevent further injury. Mary’s massage skills are amazing too!

Fantastic experience: HealthFit is a great facility. Staff is wonderful- very professional but also warm and friendly. I see Kathi for acupuncture and she is amazing! She is extremely insightful and very knowledgable of alternative medicine & treatments. I've overcome some chronic health issues through her acupuncture treatments & wellness plan. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr.Joe for my neck and back for several years. He does a quick evaluation to start each visit, followed by soft tissue work, stretching, chiropractic adjustments if necessary, and follow up exercises. I have learned so much about different muscle groups, exercise, and proper care to ensure I am balanced and able to move with ease.

Dr. Joe Musolino and his team truly know how to treat your body’s aches and pains. Not only do you receive treatment but Dr. Joe also teaches you exercises to strengthen your body for the long term so you don’t have reoccurring problems. Fantastic experience: HealthFit is an awesome facility with such caring and nice providers/staff! I personally see Kathi W. for acupuncture and couldn't be happier with my experience over the last couple months. She is caring, thoughtful and makes you feel comfortable with receiving acupuncture services. Her approach to understand in detail your concerns is appreciated and resulted in accurate diagnosis with effective treatments. I noticed a difference immediately (within the first appointment) and currently seeing positive progress with regular maintenance appointments! So thankful for finding HealthFit & Kathi! In regards to Covid19, I felt comfortable and confident in the safe environment since everyone was taking the necessary precautions recommended by professionals.

Fantastic experience: First Health Associates staff and Dr. Joe have have been very kind. They are professional and really care about you as a patient. I like their hours because it works with my work schedule. Not only am I feeling better but their office is calming.
