Positive experience: The following Stonecreek employees were particularly helpful, kind, understanding, and committed during my stay: Alicia, Bo, Jess, Leslie, Amanda, Mandy, James, Stephanie, and Justin. There were numerous other employees who were also helpful...nurses, therapists, and staff. I appreciate everything that was done to help me as I started my recovery from a traumatic injury. Hope to see many of these folks in the future under different circumstances. Hugs and much appreciation!!!

Positive experience: The physical therapy staff is great! Most of the other staff are pleasant and helpful, however the paperwork for my follow up home health care was not submitted in a timely manner and it's been delayed by well over a week. It's a very noisy place and the food is SO AWFUL - unhealthy, poorly prepared and planned - it makes the food at Mission Hospital seem like fine dining! Overall, well meaning people but lots of room for improvement.

Fantastic experience: My sister was there for rehab recently and really liked the place . I really would like to know if this is an assisted living as well, because my sister wants to come back there permanently. She is a Medicaid recipient through pace . I did leave Asia a message and hope that she returns my call .

Fantastic experience: Checked in Thursday, 6pm, 3 days out from total hip replacement at Mission Hospital. Made comfortable, slept well. Friday, met staff, therapists, breakfast at 9am, lunch at 1pm, supper at 7pm. From Thursday till Sunday, we’ll taken care of except for late meals. Monday, added to dining room meal schedule. Excellent physical therapy throughout, excellent food on time, very caring nurses, CNA’s and cleaning staff. Showers on Sunday and Thursday. Total 13 day stay. Returned home Wednesday with no pain and walking like a pro with my walker. I am very happy with my stay at Stone Creek, time well spent.

Fantastic experience: My mother was coming out of the hospital after 30 days with covid. She had cognitive issues and she was so weak she couldn't even readjust her legs in her bed. They evaluated her when she came in and put together a team of occupational therapy, PT, and speach therapy. They set goals and she met them. She thrived.. I felt like my mother was safe and well cared for. They took an interest in her personally. When she left they lined the hall and cheered. They told us if we ever needed them, they would be there. I believe them!

Fantastic experience: I've worked here as the weekend and night receptionist since 2011, and I can absolutely say that it is one of the best places I've ever worked. The staff are friendly and caring, and I know that everyone goes above and beyond to give the best care possible to our residents. I would not have invested such a significant portion of my life to a company if I did not believe with my entire being that it did good works--and we do good works here. I have read the couple of negative reviews here, and while HIPPAA ties my tongue from responding to them in any sort of detail, I can say with certainty that they are completely unfair assessments given by people understandably hurt, frustrated, and in mourning. For some it might be easier to lash out at caregivers than to accept the realities of what happens during a loved one's end-of-life. It is never easy to see the decline of someone you love. But I know without a doubt that our nursing staff and CNAs adore each and every single one of our residents, and we do everything humanly possible to make sure that they get the care and dignity that they deserve. Whether for long-term care, or short-term rehabilitation after surgery or other stint in the hospital, Stonecreek is an amazing place to be. I'm not just saying that because I work here. My grandfather was here for several weeks of short-term rehab, and my great aunt was a resident here for many years in long-term care before she passed. I saw first hand the five-star care they received both as a family member and an employee and I could not be more thankful for the staff who cared for them day in and day out. And I know 100% that they did not receive any special treatment due to being related to me, because I see the same level of care given to every single person who comes through our doors. Everyone here is treated like family. Stonecreek is near and dear to my heart. If you or a loved one need care, please come and check us out. Take a tour and say hi to me at the front desk. Fantastic experience: The facilities may not be the most stylish, but the staff is incredible: attentive, thorough, and caring.

Fantastic experience: Mother has been here twice and once at its sister facility in Mars Hill. The people who work there are very nice and happy with their work. They have an excellent physical therapy team. The administration is also great!

Fantastic experience: After a very long stay for my Dad @ Stonecreek, I now know what 5 star healthcare truly is. Thank you Staff for such professionalism and great care for Dad. I can't thank you enough! Here's what I appreciated about Stonecreek: Like one other reviewer said, no disgusting odors in the hallways. 2.) The staff truly care and are not tired looking or unhappy at work. 3.) Promptly they answer your questions or get the right person to speak with. 4.) They have enough staff unlike the last rehab facility where my Dad stayed. 5.) The Administration staff were cheerful and extremely helpful. It was such a pleasure to do business with them. Anything we needed they got right on it! 6.) The nursing staff called me with any medical changes or concerns. 7.) The CMA's have the tough jobs, but again they didn't seem to mind and were so good to my Dad. I would highly recommend Stonecreek to anyone.
