Fantastic experience: After an ACL repair surgery I was fearful of the pain throughout the recovery process, but the PTs here at Total Rehab have made it more than amazing. I am now three months post surgery and am right on track in the healing process. I will have mixed emotions at the end of my recovery when I have to say bye to these lovely people.

Fantastic experience: Total Rehab has an amazing staff of very knowledgeable professionals who specialize in dry needling, deep tissue manipulation and using up to date exercises to get you on the road to recovery quicker. This is a very professional physical therapy clinic that is Christian based that treats everyone with a warm and welcoming approach. MAJOR praise to the staff, could not have been in better hands for my care.

Fantastic experience: I came to Total Rehab for my post-operative recovery from knee surgery (MPFL) and really enjoyed the process. Chip, Kelly, Dylan, and Clayton all worked with me at various stages and were all incredibly supportive. I was pretty nervous and careful in the early stages, but they explained the purpose of each exercise and how they were keeping me safe through the most vulnerable time. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and I enjoyed seeing some of the same other patients making progress alongside me!

Fantastic experience: I love going here. I walked in hurting and walk out feeling amazing lil sore but better then when I walk in. Great stuff and great customer service as well. my therapy person is Clayton he's great . All of them is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Total Rehab is the best of the best. I have been a regular patient since I first felt how beneficial dry needling is for diminishing tension within my neck & shoulders. Kelly (PTA), Chip (DPT), Dylan (PTA), & Emily (DPT) are the real deal. They treat each patient individually & the quality of care provided is second to none. It’s a fun atmosphere where the patient’s needs always take priority & the staff is willing & able to help. I wouldn’t trust any other business or group of people!

Fantastic experience: I am an athlete and had acl meniscus surgery and then came to Auburn for school. Dillon and Chip were awesome in working along with my coach and pt at home to get the rehab that I need and I have seen a lot of progress in my strength and stability since coming to them.

Fantastic experience: The staff at total rehab is amazing. I first got help from Garrett with my TMJ and he was very fast to learn about my case and ways to help me. He even helped me when I came back for my knee injury. Clayton Shepherd is an amazing worker. He is always paying attention and eager to learn and better himself in the field. Dylan is amazing and is always helpful. Dylan is always working hard and wants his patients to get better. He is always smiling and ready to help out whoever needs it. I recently got to work with Dylan before my upcoming knee surgery. Chip helped me with my jaw injury through microneedling and always was trying to figure out ways to improve my TMJ. He has even helped me with my recent knee injury. This place is amazing and I can not recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: I truly could not recommend Total Rehab more. I was having issues with lower back pain, and they had me feeling better after only a couple visits. The staff is not only knowledgeable and empathic, they are also the friendliest group you will ever meet. Emily and Sophie were who I personally worked with, but the whole crew will greet you and be willing to work with you throughout your visit. I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have a variety of hip and back issues and they have helped me tremendously. The help with not only providing quick release but teach me exercises to help me long term. They provide dry needling, tens units and heating pads which I love. Would give 10 stars if I could ❤️

Fantastic experience: Love the folks at Total Rehab!! Another great week at therapy this week. Kelly manually worked out knots in my calves. Dylan taped my knees (new technique we're trying to hopefully provide some pain relief) and worked with me on my other exercises. Sophie (modality specialist) provided great care and attentiveness during my stem treatment. And Emily provided great care and gentleness during my dry needling therapy. The folks at Total Rehab are wonderful and while I wish I didn't need physical therapy, I'm glad to have these people taking care of me!

They aren't just putting you through a routine - you will be assessed and treated each time you go. I just got discharged today, and am leaving with a strong plan to continue. The front office staff is very friendly and helped me understand the particulars of my insurance plan. They are just good people, and good at what they do, and want their clients to thrive.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in to see Matt quickly. He was amazingly friendly and enthusiastic about helping. He explained each thing we were going to do to identify the issue then we walked through them with an explanation of the results. After identifying the issue, he gave me some simple movements and stretches to resolve the problem. VERY happy with the results, will be going back.
