Steve not only restored our son back to health, but also helped to improve additional physical weaknesses to prevent other injuries from arising down the road. Fantastic experience: Steve is a true professional who will always try to accomodate your needs in anyway he can. He is very technical and will explain in detail but understandable what he is do and why. Most importantly, Steve is not going through the motions, he truly cared about me as a patient and wanted to make sure I got better.

Unfortunately with sports, there is always some type of therapy needed to help them perform. Steve has always gone above and beyond in his care in getting them back performance ready! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Steve was recommended to us after our son had a football related hip injury. He had been going to another PT office for 4 weeks and was just not progressing. Within one visit at Community Rehab and Performance, our son showed significant improvement. I don't feel like the other facility was doing anything wrong but Steve knows how to work better with athletes. We will definitely use him for any future injuries.

Fantastic experience: I had a total right knee replacement, and while recovering from that, I strained my shoulder, trying to compensate for the loss of function in my leg. I have been to Physical Therapists who seem to have a treatment protocol for each injury and then apply that to all patients. What I’ve experienced with Steve Kisor at Community Physical Therapy is someone who, through their knowledge, experience, and trained eye, can watch you move and discern what therapy is needed to return full function to his patients. No cookie-cutter approach will be found under Steve’s trained eye. He is able to explain in detail the science of the problem and help patients understand the “why” of what movements and treatments he has you undertake. His warm personality and engagement with his patients are a pleasant deviation from the sometimes cold approach that is all too common in the medical field. I highly recommend you give “Community Physical Therapy” a try.

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience at Community Rehab and Performance! After shattering my knee cap, Steve came highly recommended, and he truly lived up to the praise. Steve cares for his patients deeply, and strives to make personal connections with everyone who enters his clinic. My recovery wouldn't have been the same without his guidance and patience! I am thankful that he continues to check-in and is willing to answer any injury related questions I have, even months after I finished my PT!

Fantastic experience: I came to Community Rehab and Performance with a frozen right shoulder. Steve asked me on my first visit what was my goal? I replied mobility. He then focused on what I needed to strengthen and how I can increase mobility. Steve is just amazing. He does a great job explaining what is going on with my condition and is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic experience: Steve is the best of the best when it comes to Physical Therapy. His knowledge is only surpassed by his genuine care for the movement of his patients. Dr. Kiser designs individual plans for each patient tailored to rehabilitating their injury based around their needs whether they are an aspiring athlete competing at the next level or an elderly patient regaining their independence and all in between.

Fantastic experience: Steve has been amazing to work with! Before my shoulder injury I had not done any sort of PT, so with no guidance in who to choose, I began my shoulder rehab at another clinic. After 6 weeks of no progress my doctor sent me to Community Rehab. There was immediate improvement as I actually recieved personalized, educated and hands- on treatment. Each visit catered to what my shoulder was doing at the moment and he found a balance of rehab that worked for me. Even after the doctor released me, Steve always checks in to make sure things are continuting to go in the right direction. It truly was a community feeling and I could not of asked for a better experiance!

Fantastic experience: Steve Kisor has been my PT for over 20 years, beginning when I broke my hip and continuing later on when I had a broken humerus and then some issues with my back. He is not only an excellent therapist, he also cares about the overall condition of his clients—physically, mentally, and emotionally. He treats a number of athletes but also has many clients, like me, who have a variety of mobility issues. I would not consider using any other physical therapist.
