Positive experience: This clinic will work for some people. It didn't work for me. I wound up going somewhere else with a more relaxing atmosphere and doors. Pros - Easy scheduling, helpful office staff, cozy hot packs at every visit Cons - No doors in treatment rooms, loud pop music in every room making it hard to relax or carry on a conversation with the doctor, felt shuffled through without meaningful treatment plan or discussion of my progress/needs

Fantastic experience: Coming here has been life changing! Dr Brar, Dr Graham, and Jessi have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The lovely ladies at the front desk, Cheryl and Julie, are so kind and welcoming and they’re always on-top of things. Before coming here I couldn’t ever sleep or relax, I was tossing and turning for hours at night and exhausted the entire next day. I’d be taking Advil all the time just to take the edge off. But after all the adjustments and massages, my pain has been bearable for once and I can relax, I can sleep, and I can work! I don’t need to take Advil much anymore at all. I have a better quality of life and I’m a happier person in general. I’m so grateful for everyone here and the excellent care they’ve given me!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Graham and Dr. Pearson are second to none in the chiropractic care community. They helped relieve a lot of pain and their adjustment sessions helped me tremendously to live happier and healthier. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for chiropractic care or acupuncture.

Fantastic experience: Literally in love with this place. I have had chronic pain problems since I was 9 years old, and going to appointments at Pearson has made my life so much easier. One of my biggest problems was with my wrists, which started hurting back when COVID put us into lockdown in March 2020. I had gone to countless doctors and most of not all of them told me I was just imagining the pain or that it was caused by my weight: after my very first session at Pearson I was not only able to move my hands and wrists again, but also could feel hardly any pain anymore. My chiropractor (I can never remember names, but she is the BEST) introduced me to a method called Grasston that has been sufficiently treating all of my problems with my wrists. All of the staff are exceptionally kind and genuinely listen to any issues you might be experiencing. They have no problems with doing anything they can think of to ease pain and any other symptoms you may be experiencing. They are incredibly patient and it is clear that they care about your well-being. I have always felt out of place in medical establishments: but I feel so incredibly welcomed at Pearson. I definitely recommend Pearson to anyone looking for chiropractic work.

Fantastic experience: Great experience working with Dr. Harp. He is very patient in answering my questions and providing necessary service. To me, they are the best in the area because I tried few other chiropractors nearby and did not get a similar treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am a disabled veteran whom received a spinal injury that was not properly rehabbed. As a result over the past 15 years my range of motion in my back, hips and legs has reduced to the point that basic movements are now very difficult if not impossible. I have been working with the VA and their pain clinic, physical therapy, and chiropractors for over a year in an intensive program to correct my issues. They referred me out to Pearson for therapy messages. I was booked with Evelyn whom does a physical therapy, massages trigger point release, and stretch style. She really knows her stuff. In 4 sessions I have made significant progress in both range of motion and overall tightness. I highly recommend both this establishment and Evelyn if you have any type of similar issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr G Graham very professional and experienced with my misalignment adjustment. Especially my neck area. I am very difficult to adjust and he always gets it adjusted just fine. Waiting till I am relaxing and taking deep breathes. Dr Leena very compassionate and listens and reacts to my muscle and nerve issues. Graston from both of effective. Kat’s rehab, boy she works them stretches and assesses how I am mentally to promote, maintain and help restore my health. Christian is amazing with acupuncture. I was afraid at first. But she also talks to see how my emotional well being is. I’ve seen her four times and seeing her again next week. Christian helped reduced my stress one day, my body was relieved from beaches and back, neck pain tensions, you name them aches, pains, stress level, that’s Christian. Now Jessi, I don’t want anyone making any appts with her so I can see her more often! JK Jessi hits all them soft tissues for my entire body. Sometimes I will pick spots that are really aching and she can feel them and will work them, no rush, but she also tries to get to the rest of my body areas, from head to toes. Now to help me get these schedules all successful, Janae, Julie and Cheryl are all three astonishing. Very understanding and patient when it comes to my schedules and walk-ins or rescheduling. They always greet me and make sure I was taken immediately in and out about to my adjustment with heat, Kat for rehab. I had one issue that Dr Graham and staff handled immediately. I am sensitive to smells and they were using a product on the pivotal table. They took care of that on my next visits, I wasn’t smelling it on the table, yet they still clean after each patient. Very much on top Of that, everyone in the office. I wish I was able to come here initially. So much closer to home by 9 mins. I am currently seeing them for my auto accident case. Amazing service, patient care, clean office; minus them spider webs, and great personality! Mahalo nui loa Pearson team!

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a new chiropractor since moving to the area years ago, and had never once found a Doctor who engaged in a caring conversation of my symptoms, gave me a personalized course of treatment or exhibited any truly professional concern regarding my pain. The focus always seemed to be getting me in and out of the door as quickly as possible. Fortunately my neighbor mentioned she had begun treatment at Pearson Chiropractic and was very happy with them. I stopped in unannounced and was genuinely warmly welcomed by Cheryl and Julie . After sharing my past experience and concerns with several other offices in the area they assured me that this was not the standard of care here. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Leena Brar and am so grateful to have found this group. Dr Brar works with me as an individual with my own unique issues, actually listens to me and, goes above and beyond with her time and her expertise. She is phenomenal and has helped me immensely. I could write volumes about each member of this team and how incredible and outstanding they are - but you will find out yourself as soon as you step through their door! Thanks so very much.

Fantastic experience: I was previously at the Kent office. When Twan moved to this one, I followed. First, this office is so much nicer. The front desk is so much more attentive and on top of their game. Its farther away for me, but if it wasn't for Twan, I wouldn't be able to walk. He's been helping me with massage therapy. I sustained an injury to my back at the beginning of my second trimester of pregnancy. I could barely walk. But because of his expertise, I am able to carry out my work duties in a hospital setting. He's been so professional and caring. He understands pregnancy and has been a step ahead of my progress each week. He understands the limitations of my body and ensures my comfort and the baby's safety. He's truly talented and I owe him a great deal of gratitude.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this office for over a year, for different reasons. The office is clean and welcomed. Staffs are always nice. Dr Graham is amazing, he is personal, patient, good adjustments. He is so far the best I've seen in Renton, Kent and Auburn area. My mom had a car accident and it only took her two visits. I felt different from just one visit for my lower back pain. I never felt the pressure to sign up any treatment plan. I've never been so happy to go get "fixed"! Don't waste your time, go see Dr. Graham, you won't be disappointed!

Now working a 9-5 desk job as an adult doesn't help either. Dr. Gavan has been wonderful in helping me get back on track and lead a healthier, more comfortable life. Selena is more than welcoming and helpful. I truly recommend anyone interested or needing a new chiropractor to check them out!

Fantastic experience: Dr Graham is amazing. I had been going to another chiropractor close-by for almost a year, and was still having constant pain in my lower back. After a few weeks worth of visits to Dr Graham, the pain was almost completely gone. I’ve been going in for regular adjustments throughout my pregnancy, and he’s helped immensely!! He’s very personable, attentive, his office staff is great and I LOVE how easily I can get in for visits!

Fantastic experience: The staff was great and made you feel more like a friend and not just a patient. Dr. Graham discussed everything thoroughly and professionally without pressuring me into more visits that weren't needed. Sometimes chiropractors make you think you need 20 more visits, but not the case here. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Graham when he was practicing in Federal Way and continue to see Dr. Graham in Lakeland Hills at the new location. When i first started, his staff asked a series of questions and took extensive notes about my health and overall back and neck issues. X-rays were taken and reviewed. I explained that I've had chronic back pain most my life, and past experience hasn't been very good and adjustments were difficult to achieve, at best. This has not been the case with Dr. Graham. It's actually amazing that I can get adjusted and feel so much better than I have ever before. Besides chiropractic services, this location also offers acupuncture by Christian and massage therapy. Which I love because I can do both an adjustment followed by acupuncture and feel amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Graham and visits with any of the licensed professionals at this office for your pain relief.
