Fantastic experience: Dr Smith was incredible. I slipped on ice and fell down concrete stairs and broke my wrist. She helped me and made things easy and simple during a very stressful and painful time in my life. My surgery with Dr Smith went phenomenally and she gave me great advice on the next step in the recovery process. If I ever do get hurt again and I hope Dr Smith is there again!

Fantastic experience: I have trigger finger & thumb. Went to Dr. Smith & rec'd a steroid shot. Within hours the pain was reduced by 50%. I was told by another doctor to "live with it". I suffered for 4 or 5 years with my finger but when my thump developed trigger thumb I knew I needed to do something. So happy I found Dr. Smith, she was informative & took time with me. From the sweet lady booking my appt to nice young lady @ front desk my entire experience was excellent.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alan Chen and his PA Stephen Wheeler are both super knowledgeable and actually care about you and look for ways to treat your pain with multimodal treatment plans. The doctors there involve you in your treatment plan, which increases success. I am new there and have been a patient there for just 2 months, but already feel like they have my best interest at heart. They have PT and MRI on site and do many different interventional procedures. Front desk staff and medical assistants are all fabulous as well. Appointments always on time and friendly from A to Z. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Smith already came highly recommended and great experience in her office. Dr. Smith was very thorough and took time to explain the process and what to expect with the next step. Her assistant was very friendly, had a positive attitude and pleasure to talk to. Office staff were positive and efficient with getting me in quickly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Smith gave me more information in one appointment, than i got from the previous surgeon. It’s been 4+ weeks since surgery and my surgeon refused to even listen to what i had to say and hung up on me. I haven’t seen him since before surgery. I wish i had gotten Dr Smith as my surgeon instead. I might not be seeing her for complications if I had. I like her very much! I’m.comfortable with her. I fired Komatsu. He wouldn't see me any way! My son broken his collar bone 20 yrs ago when i was out of town. They did a wonderful job and he’s in his 40s now and the plate and screws have never bothered him Cascade did a wonderful job!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Top Notch Drs. And Staff. I’ve been a patient off and on for nearly 3 decades….. maybe more. I have serious spine and neck, and other issues. I’ve received 3 surgeries, shoulder, elbow, and knee…. I believe In this practice 100%. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. They have a 3rd party MRI, on sight. Also physical therapy. This is the only practice I’ve actually got good solid treatment from, over the years. They know their stuff!!

Fantastic experience: *update - 8 months post op and still doing great! Way better than before the surgery. I feel like I’ve been given a second chance!* I couldn’t recommend Dr. Teng more! He made sure I understood all of my different options prior to me deciding to proceed with surgery. He explained the risks and was very straight forward, setting up realistic expectations. I have met with many specialists over the years because of my back injury, and Dr. Teng was the first one who made me feel like my well-being was top priority. He has continued to be involved in my care after the procedure, and I haven’t felt like I was just cut loose once it was done.

Fantastic experience: My visit was quick and comfortable. Dr. Smith was able diagnose my problem after a very short bit of questioning and examination, and her explanation was clear and easy to understand. I was given a recommendation for physical therapy, and was able to schedule an appointment for the following week at a location in the same building. I wish every visit I made to a doctor's clinic was as efficient as this place.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic medical team! The office staff, medical professionals, and the surgery team were top notch. Dr. Smith handled my broken arm from the ER consultation through the surgery and post operative care. Great care and great results!

Fantastic experience: Dr, Smith has listened to each of my questions, thoroughly and clearly responding to each. I have never felt rushed. It is easy to be confident of her surgical skills. Pre- snd post- operative care are just as important to her as doing the surgery itself. Her nurse (Marissa) is warm and pleasant, too.

Fantastic experience: My rating is primarily based on care I have been provided over the years by Dr. Alan Chen. I knew after my first visit in 2011 that I was in good hands. He does more than live up to his impressive credentials, and does so in a very kind and caring way that puts me at total ease.

Fantastic experience: The front office is always very efficient. The MA are polite and friendly. Mr Strafford is my favorite Dr. He is very honest, does a great job and compassionate towards his patients..I will not trust anyone else.. I have been with him since he started out with Dr. Snow.

EVERYONE FROM FRONT DESK TO XRAY treats me like a loved family member they haven't seen in a while(or worries they see you too much cuz they care so much about you!) Truly the best place I've ever been treated for a horrible feeling spine. Honestly care deeply for me as a person, not just a patient. Prior Comments, years back: After so many doctors, no relief, Dr Chen works tirelessly to relieve back pain through a myriad of techniques. However, it's more so his bedside manner and how he truly has empathy and concern for your quality of life.

Fantastic experience: The procedure (PRP) went very smoothly and quickly. Dr. Kearney was great about letting me know exactly what was happening (and going to happen), which lowered my anxiety level practically to nil. I would recommend him without any reservations to anyone who needs help with a hip problem.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stratford listens to me and if it would be good for my healing, makes it work. In fact as regards to my request for early PT he went even farther than I asked, and that may have helped me have a much better recovery than I had hoped for. I am very happy with my new knee!

Fantastic experience: Every aspect of my visit with Dr. Chen was excellent. Administrative staff highly professional and friendly. His medical assistant was professional, helpful, and efficient. And Dr. Chen himself was VASTLY superior to a handful of doctors (orthopaedists and physiatrists) I've seen for hip pain over the last handful of years. He made a diagnosis that was completely different from my prior diagnoses - and the exercises he prescribed have made a HUGE difference in just a week. I do a lot of walking and hiking and am looking forward to continuing to enjoy nature pain-free. Excellent physician; highly knowledgeable, and with a very pleasant and caring demeanor. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Fantastic experience: As always, he's very honest in treatment, but never brutally, just direct and respectful. No surprises and he's quite gentle while administering tough injections, or even surgery. Great clinic overall, especially the kind staff.

Fantastic experience: I came in to see Dr. Carlson for the first time. I was having a lot of pain in my right shoulder. He x-rayed my shoulder and told me what was causing it and recommended a cortisone shot. He also said if it started bothering me down the road that we should probably do an MRI. He was very cordial and explain things to me very well. Fortunately, since the shot I have no pain in my shoulder which is awesome.

Fantastic experience: It's been a good place for sure I'm seeing two different doctors for two different things now but I have seen somebody for shoulder surgery in the past everything seems to keep coming out good you never like to hear what's wrong with you in the first place at least this place can fix me up as I do lots of extreme sports People Like Us break easy. I recently had ablation done to my L4 and 5 I feel fantastic now they burned the nerves out.

Fantastic experience: It was great to re-visit with Dr. Martin again. He patiently explained to me about getting a cortisone shot in my knee. I never had one. Thanks to his explanation and honestly, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I survived the shot. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Teng took the time to really listen, ask questions, examine my x-ray and MRI, and apply his wealth of knowledge to my tricky situation. I loved how he entered the room ready to explain everything. We spent a full hour with him (!) and he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and proposed a plan that we were comfortable with.

IDr Carlson and staff, both at his office and at the surgery center were very professional, thoughtful, and and kind, and did their jobs very well. When I recently broke my arm I made sure that he would be treating it because I knew of his expertise and professionalism. He listens and his willing to dialogue about his diagnosis and treatment plan.. I have great confidence in him and highly recommend him.

I was seen by multiple Dr's and none of them noticed or mentioned an abnormality on my MRI which makes surgery riskier for me. Thank you Dr. Teng for being so honest and thorough! Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with Dr. Teng. He spent a lot of time with me. He was thorough relative to asking me questions, reviewing reports from other doctors and interpreting the x-rays for me. With me he wanted to follow a more conservative approach to care, rather than recommending a surgery right away. Which I appreciated. Dr. Teng is a very kind and professional doctor. I would certainly recommend him to others seeking spine care.

Fantastic experience: Broke my ankle and was referred here to see Dr. Carlson for surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this facility. The office staff is incredible. I was able to communicate with them easily through their website. I had a lot of questions and paperwork that needed to be completed and they made sure that all of it was taken care of. I never felt like they tucked my concerns under the rug. They always called me back to make sure everything was kosher. Honestly I didn’t expect this level of customer service. Kudos to them major 5 star for the staff there. Oh, Dr Carlson is great too. My ankle feels wonderful. Thanks Cascade Orthopaedics!!
