Athletico Physical Therapy - Avondale-Goodyear

Fantastic experience: I went to Athletics after my knee replacement, I was very pleased with the care I received there, Krysten, Karen, Hailey, Chris and Elisa are amazing and they all need to commended for the way they care and make you feel comfortable. The team always cheer you on and make you feel like you’re doing your best even when you felt you’re not. They made Therapy fun and a little less painful ! I will definitely go back and I also would recommend them to anyone. Thank you “My Therapy Crew”

Fantastic experience: I went to Athletico Location on Dysart Road and my Therapy was Outstanding. I mean EVERYONE here is truly Phenomenal and I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Fantastic experience: Everyone here is wonderful! Chris, Kasey Karen, Ricky and Patty are all very professional and friendly. After my total knee replacement, I had trouble bending it to 90 degrees. A few days after advice from my physical therapy team I went from 78 to over 100 degrees! Since this was right before Christmas this feat was labeled a Christmas miracle. This is kind of staff you have here. They are motivating, helpful, concerned, funny and oh yeah challenging so that you will heal! Thank You Athletico Avondale again for getting me back on my feet!

Fantastic experience: Great experience and fantastic results! I had a total knee replacement and I spent 10 weeks doing PT with Atletico Avondale twice a week. I was a bit apprehensive because some physical therapists seem to have their own agenda independent of your personal goals. These folks were not like that. They worked 100% on my personal goals and helped me get to where I wanted to be. They never pushed harder than I wanted to go, and they let me push as hard as I wanted on my own. I am back running and playing basketball three months after surgery, though it will still take several months to get back to 100%.

Fantastic experience: This location is very professional. There are multiple therapist and during my 12 weeks I have worked with all of them. They assist each other in being sure all clients are getting all the attention they need each visit. I highly recommend Athletico. I will use them when I have my second knee replacement.

Fantastic experience: I randomly chose this PT provider this winter to address vertigo that developed after a COVID infection and had a fantastic experience. From my first call, the staff responded quickly and made me feel like I was their only priority. Chris and Ricky worked patiently with me and not only helped to remedy my symptoms but to also teach me the science behind the problem. The facility is clean, well organized, and full of a variety of tools to meet your need. The hours supported my availability due to my work schedule as well. I highly recommend Chris as a very knowledgeable physical therapist. This is also a teaching facility where college interns and high school students learn alongside staff.

The team here is so passionate about what they do, they are excited to work with everyone who is there, care about their patients and are fun to work with. If you are looking for a physical therapist who is knowledgeable, works to create a plan that is designed for your particular needs this is the team for you! Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Place really worked with me and made an individual plan to get me better. Karen provides tips on how to maintain relief. Would recommend to everyone. Just would recommend maybe decade or theme the music for each day.

Fantastic experience: Chris and his staff are amazing. I saw them last fall after having bunion surgery. They worked with my foot to increase range of motion and my ability to walk correctly. Plus they gave me simple exercises to do at home to stretch and strengthen my foot. Most importantly though, Chris, Patty and Ricky made you feel welcomed. They are all incredibly friendly, chatting with you during your sessions and remembering what’s going on with you. I am recovering from the second bunion surgery and will be returning to see Chris very soon for PT. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient now for a couple of months. In the past I have gone to other “local “physical therapy places for the same problem. No one before has addressed the situation as they have. They are knowledgeable, friendly, do not rush you, give you plenty of time and most importantly they are fixing the problem that I had. Also, they are extremely clean and Covid friendly. I cannot say enough about how Wonderful they are. They certainly get a very very high recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Chris Seufert for the past year at Athletico Avondale-Goodyear office. I initially came to Chris to see if I could rehab an injured knee trying to avoid a 4th knee surgery. I made progress but surgery was still needed. Surgery was more complex than expected. My saving grace through recovery was the days I would go to physical therapy. Every day I went I got a little better. When I was discouraged Chris would remind me of my progress. I relied on Chris’s expertise to help me learn how to step off a stair, walk without a limp, and build the function in my knee. Chris individualized my therapy based on my progress and needs. PT is an art and Chris is an artist. I have had a lot of physical therapy in my life and can say with sincerity Chris is the best Physical Therapist you will find. Important to mention Ricky (PT assistant) who was always there to encourage, try a new taping technique and push me. Finally Patty in the front office for her commitment to customer service. I have immense gratitude for the physical and emotional support Chris and the team provided through my recovery. My knee would not be where it is today without Chis and Athletico.

Fantastic experience: I have used many different physical therapy office over the years but this office by far is the best. I never once felt like a number or a paycheck for them. I felt like family who they cared about. Never felt judged for my health issue, just well cared for. I recommend this office to everyone. Chris your an amazing therapist and please never change how you treat your patients, you are the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing pain that after a year of medicine and home stretches had a specialist tell me I needed surgery. After changing specialists and being referred to Athletico, after completing my treatment plan I can say the is gone. The staff at Athletico in Avondale is so polite and helpful. The physical therapists are attentive and guided me through each exercise. I really appreciate them going above and beyond, and helping relieve not only the pain I was seen for but strengthened other muscles that support my body. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I do have to say that Athletico Avondale has got to be the best place to go!!!!!! The Physical Therapist's are knowledgeable, personable and professional ! From the time you walk in you are greeted by Patty..... always there with a open heart and a great smile! The PT Assistants , Austin and Janae are just phenomenal!!! Of course I'm privy to my personal Physical Therapist who was Marissa!!! I'm telling you she's the absolute best!!.... she even went to my doctor's appointment with me which I thought was huge!!! Chris who is the manager is also as personable.kind and professional as the staff that he manages .He makes sure that everyone feels welcomed abd truly cares how you are doing...makes all of us feel like we are at home! if you need physical therapy in your life. Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident. Chris was recommended to me by a co-worker, after neck and shoulder pains were not going away i went to see Chris. After only 2 weeks he made me feel 100% and i am able to get back to my routine in the gym. Thank you Chris and staff for all that you do!
