I had developed bursitis in my left hip in August of this year. I was not able to walk and was confined to my bed for about two weeks. I began going to Biomechanix Physical Therapy and began working with Craig Galbasini. I had been treated by a different physical therapist for the same problem at a different office and did not have good results. So when Craig told me that he could help me and have me pain free I was very skeptical. I am happy to say that Craig was correct, he has shown me different moves that are tailored to my issue. As I advance in my workout program Craig is always coming up with different moves to help improve my flexibility and strengthen my hip. You can tell that he really cares about patients/clients progress, and his staff shows the same concern. Fantastic experience: Written by my mother, D. Gillin- My sincere thanks to Biomechanix Physical Therapy, Craig and Kayla for patiently working with me and customizing a therapy plan to fit my needs. I am thrilled with the results! I am a long time diabetic and slowly over the last couple of years have been experiencing tripping, loss of balance, inability to climb stairs and falling due to diabetic neuropathy. I was becoming reticent about leaving the house and losing my independence. I started using a cane. I asked my primary PA about physical therapy and she recommended Biomechanix. I discussed my problems and fears with Craig. He evaluated my condition and we immediately started on a strengthening and stretching program customized for the challenges I faced. He gave me some exercises to do between visits. The positive results became apparent within the first few visits. Each therapy session changed to accommodate both my progress and strength. I felt motivated to try harder, and “feel the burn”, always encouraged by the staff. The results and progress I experience and continue to have, I feel, are due to the constant reevaluation and change in therapy routine. It has been and continues to be challenging but well worth the effort. I now walk without a cane and can cautiously go up and down stairs. I am now capable of getting up if I fall which was a major concern plus my independence and confidence has been restored. The discomfort of neuropathy at night has lessened considerably, I would say almost gone. I feel great! Thank you Biomechanix. PS. I will be 82 in February and have been diabetic for 50 years. Fantastic experience: My wife went to see Craig at Biomechanix on a referral from a friend. She had serious back pain that was almost debilitating. Her experience was great as she is up running when she could hardly stand or sit. This is not why I am writing however. I am writing about my experience. I am an avid cyclist and mountain biker. About 3 weeks prior to a big priority race for me, Whiskey Off Road, I developed serious lower back and hamstring pain. It was difficult to stand, let alone race my bike. At my wits end my wife made an appointment with Craig at Biomechanix. He could not have been more attentive. He listened to where my pain was, watched how I would sit, stand, walk, and formulated a plan. A plan that was not only successful but fantastic. I raced 3 weeks later to a personal best and pain free. I continued to race and qualified for Leadville. I finished the toughest one day mountain bike race in the country, thanks to Craig and his staff at Biomechanix. All I can say is thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had some issues finding a PT clinic in my area that accepted my health insurance but quick decisive action by Jess was above and beyond the call of duty and was much appreciated. My sons therapist, Craig is amazing and the staff here is great!!! I was referred here for my sons knee rehab and good word of mouth is the best referral ever! Now it's my turn and I will definitely recommend this clinic to all those I over hear needing a little TLC for their body.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of PT offices and this is by far the best one I have ever experienced. The staff, equipment, and attention i wqs given were the utmost I have ever dealt with. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. They got me back to where I needed to be and healed my back, knees, and shoulder! I definitely recommend them any day!!!!

Fantastic experience: After my knee replacement surgery in January, I went to Biomechanix for my rehab. After just 4 weeks, my surgeon was amazed at the progress I had made in both strength and flexibility. When people ask how I was able to do so well after the surgery, I always tell them about Biomechanix and how wonderful the staff is. They work with each patient individually and make sure that whatever exercises, stretching, etc they have the patient do will help that person to be healthier. They ask questions and really listen. I've been coming here since they opened and have NEVER had anything but a great experience. I live almost 30 miles away and there are physical therapists that are closer to me but I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Biomechanix!

Fantastic experience: Best PT experience I've had by far. I broke my ankle on 8/1/23 and Biomechanix helped me recover strong! Spacious facility, state of the art equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This should be your first choice.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapy journey is a combination of both my personal efforts and of the commitment that the therapy staff has towards my success. The therapists have been totally supportive of making sure that my physical efforts are focused on progressing on my physical and mental needs. They do not let me give up when things get tough, helping me understand how I am progressing and where I need to focus next. Well worth the trips to the facility and the encouragement of my at-home routines makes me feel good about staying with the program.

Fantastic experience: My PT, Amber, and the supporting staff are excellent. I started here with so much apprehension but Right from the initial assessment Amber gave me confidence that I'm receiving the best treatment. The staffs are pleasant and efficient. You can tell that the new staff are always consulting with the more senior staff to verify they are giving the right exercises and movements for the patients. Personally, if I need another PT, I'll consider Biomechanix FIRST. BTW, I'm a very analytical person and not so easy to give compliments but in this case, Biomechanix is worthed!

Fantastic experience: Timing was perfect! My decades of running miles without strength and flexibility training finally caught up with me one day on a trail run in the desert. I rolled my ankle and damaged my Achilles. Craig and his Biomechanic team treated me with success. After a few sessions I shared with Craig my 5 year old son's medical story. My son was born with bilateral clubfoot and was scheduled for surgery in May of 2022. I asked Craig if he would be willing to work with a child with this condition. My goal was to simply prepare my son for surgery and hopefully develop a quicker post surgery recovery time. Craig was willing to work with my 5 year old son. He thoroughly researched clubfoot and developed a treatment plan. My son started working with Craig in February. The goal in my son's treatment was flexibility in the foot tendon. Craig focused on different movements, stretches, coordination, and strength. My son loved working with the Biomechanics team. The whole team was excellent. In April, my son went to the Children's Hospital for his pre-op surgery assessment, and the orthopedic surgeon evaluated my son and asked what we had been doing for my son's feet. We explained that we put my son in physical therapy . The surgeon could not believe the movement in his feet. He immediately reported to his assistant to cancel the surgery! Craig and his team prevented my son's invasive surgery with a long recovery. Today my son runs, plays sports, and loves to exercise. The Biomechanics team was committed to my son's well-being and I am grateful.

Fantastic experience: I went here a few years ago after my knee replacement and they were fabulous. So knowledgeable and dedicated to there profession. They give you more then you expect and never have to wait. This place shows how good a private business can be and why we should support them.

Fantastic experience: I just want to stop and say thank you to Craig. My experience earlier this year, and 6 years earlier with a different injury was so personalized week after week I was given the tools and time to heal and forever improve my life. I still have flare ups and need to get back into those physical therapy exercises but Craig gives me the confidence I can work through the challenges. They work with United Healthcare plans. Hopefully someday they will also accept more Cigna plans too because I refer as many friends and family to this place as possible.

Fantastic experience: I am working with Amber and she is the greatest! I have copd and ra so there are some things that are difficult for me and she works around my short comings and finds other exercises I can handle.

Fantastic experience: I had a total shoulder replacement this June, I am so pleased on my recovery and range of motion. The different types of stretching and rehabilitation plan is working. I'm convinced that if you stick to the plan, than your outcome will be great.

Fantastic experience: Biomechanix provide excellent care as well as great customer service. It begins with the front office personnel greeting with smiles providing a pleasant atmosphere. The assistants are pleasant and very well trained. They are professional, courteous and efficient. It’s pleasing that they are mindful of their customers time and are able to begin session at the scheduled time. They are accommodating with appointment scheduling. This is my second time as a customer since 2019 knee replacement surgery and currently pre-op on spinal surgery. Amber and briefly Craig have attended PT needs, extremely knowledgeable and very effective. Amber explains treatment plan carefully in laymans terms. I highly recommend Biomechanix.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists and assistants at Biomechanix are awesome. Super knowledgeable and motivating to work with!! They very quickly figured out how to solve my issue and got me back to 100% again!!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this wonderful facility. This whole group works together as a team like I have never seen before. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A neighbor was telling me about his back and I recommend Biomechanix to him and told him to ask for Angelie she is great and does her best to see you are doing your best and doing everything correctly. Fantastic experience: I recently finished four weeks of therapy with Biomechanix. Craig and his staff quickly diagnosed the cause of my back injury from playing golf. They helped me to build a routine of stretching and strengthening not only my back, but also my hips, thighs and ankles. Their personal care, concern, and expertise helped me to get well. I'm now back on the golf course playing the game I love...thanks to Biomechanix Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I went here for over two years. Craig and his team are amazing and got me to do things I thought I would never be able to do again. I'm a very avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Everytime I had an issue I I would come in, tell Craig, and he would immediately be able o diagnose the issue, alter the plan and get me on my way again. I will NEVER go to another PT for any mobility issues or post surgery PT. It's biomechanix or nothing for me because I know when I show up how I am going to be treated and how I am going to feel when I leave there. I've seen them work some pretty amazing miracles on some difficult patients, myself included. Their front office staff is amazing as well. They work with you with scheduling, are great at billing and just super nice!

Fantastic experience: After a very extensive back surgery I started going to biomechanix Physical Therapy. They are terrific! Craig and his staff are very hands on and encouraged and challenged me. I just finished my therapy today and feel my good progress have been enhanced because of the PT I received. I have gone to other PT's in the Goodyear area. No comparison! Fantastic experience: All Staff associates are very good at their job. I felt at ease the first time I entered Biomechanix when Craig started working me. Staff are so concern to back into shape. Every time I entered for therapy, questions how do you feel, do you have any pain, what level of pain. I would like to say Thank you to all staff members.

This is my second knee replacement and my second experience with Biomechanix. My left knee works perfectly and I have no reservations my right knee will be as good as new once I finish my Biomechanix program! Try them; I think you will be pleased.

Fantastic experience: If you’re needing physical therapy, this is the one you need! Craig is knowledgeable, kind, and the facility has a positive vibe. My daughter had 3 surgeries needing PT in between each one. Craig helped her regain strength each time but more importantly he was able To keep her scar tissue regrowth to a minimum, to the fact that her Nuerosurgeon remarked at how impressed he was with her rehabilitation.
