Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from regular, and excruciating pain in various places in my back, legs, hips, & neck since approximately the birth of my son 12 years ago. The therapist I saw was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with ensuring that I get out of pain. He explained what appeared to be going on with my body and how I got into this awful painful mess in the first place, as well as his strategy for relieving me of my pain. And the things he said actually made sense. Because of his confidence and his knowledge I truly feel that Spooner Physical Therapy is going to help me live a pain-free life again (finally)! I really appreciate the sincerity and genuineness of the therapist I saw. He even modified his schedule so that he can see me at my second appointment because he was that concerned with getting me well again. (I can't remember his name unfortunately.) At this time I've only had one appointment so I'm not pain-free just yet. But thanks to my therapist (who listened to everything I had to say) I too am confident that I'll be pain-free soon! (Seriously can't wait!) The front desk staff was also very courteous and professional and I did not have to wait long to see my therapist. This place gets 5 stars, easy! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Spooner. Thank you, Spooner for your genuine concern, your sincerity, and your professionalism!

Fantastic experience: I have really benefited and enjoyed my time at Spooner Physical Therapy. My Physical Therapist, Meredith and her Assistant, Karen have been kind, patient, thorough and wonderful. All of the employees are so kind and friendly. The staff never makes you feel like you or your needs are an imposition in any way. I love that they call me Miss Kathleen. I hear that all around the room. Very cool show of respect indeed. Fantastic experience: I was assigned to Diana and Her tech Tiffany and from the first day I walked in both have been very professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Darren, my PT specialist set up a plan and workout that exceeded my expectations in recovery. My sports injury was fairly unique as there are only a handful of surgeons in the US who perform the repair which meant I had to fly out of my home state to Texas. Upon discussing injury with Darren and the recommended exercises from Surgeon's office he put together a program that included both stretches and physical workouts unique to my injury. He always tracked my progress and made sure it was challenging enough to produce results without regressing. Must say I'm impressed with his knowledge and designing just what I needed to get back to a challenging work environment and active lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I have chronic lower back pain! I was skeptical about PT thinking it would cause me more pain. The staff at Spooner took on the challenge and helped me reduce my back pain to the point that I only take pain meds on an as needed basis. Very caring and knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd time here for therapy and I have had a great experience. Jared is a very experienced and caring professional PT. This is just a really great team here. There is always a concern with working with a new therapist. I feel Jared prescribed a great program for me that worked. I believe my rapid progress was related to a successful combination of exercises and stretching following a car accident that l was in. I recommend this location in Goodyear, especially over other PT offices I have used. The PTAs are also really tops also!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to spooner Goodyear off and on for the last approx. 4 years. My original therapist left 2 years ago to open her own practice. My current therapist there is Kale Greiner and he is absolutely fantastic. I have only been seeing him for about 2 months and he has done wonders for my issues. He is extremely caring, professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend anyone needing physical therapy to try and see him. He is GREAT!

My wife has been a patient of theirs for many years, thru her surgeries...both hips, both knees and problems with her back. They have brought her back to good health every single time. Fantastic experience: This is actually Irene posting about Spooner. After a year on prednisone, I lost so much muscle and couldn't do daily tasks . I needed help to regain my strength and flexibility. I was fortunate to find Spooner in Goodyear where everyone is amazing! The front staff are more than pleasant. I am greeted by name when I walk in the door. My techs support me during my routines and modify for me as needed. And, of course, my therapists make it all possible and worth it. They took the time for my evaluations and understand when I need pushing and when I might need a gentler day. I am getting stronger and am grateful for all they have done for me at Spooner!

Fantastic experience: This place is extraordinary! They made me feel welcome on my first visit and then my second visit, the receptionist knew my name as soon as I walked in making me feel more welcomed. Each sessions, I saw everybody who worked there brought so much kindness to everybody who they was helping with. For the people that I had met and helped me through the course of the whole month that I was there, all of you, I can never thank you enough. You guys are phenomenal! Fantastic experience: The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The therapists make simple body movements into full workouts. My back pain was almost alleviated by the 4th to 5th session. If you get a referral to Physical Therapy definitely check out Spooner PT. I already referred my husband to Spooner for his shoulder pain and he's better for it.

Fantastic experience: I am currently utilizing Spooner for a shoulder issue. Meredith had previously worked with my wife's P.T., so I requested her for mine. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have been working with the entire team, but primarily with Meredith and Allie, and they are both AWESOME! Fantastic experience: Following my anterior hip replacement I had 6 sessions of PT with Kale at Spooner’s Goodyear office that was extremely helpful in recovery process. I learned a lot and gained confidence for continued success. I would not hesitate to use Spooner again if needed. As a retired surgery RN, I am thankful for the quality healthcare I received.

Fantastic experience: I found this place through a list of recommended PT places that would accept my insurance. One of the reasons I chose Spooner Physical Therapy is because they do not require a doctor's referral to attend, nor does my insurance, so I'd heavily advise checking with your insurance. The other two reasons I chose this location over others is because it had 5 stars and I'm an impatient person, and they happened to have an appointment available the next day. They have multiple locations too, I'm sure you'll be able to find something within the same week. Also, they open early at 7 am, so for you older folks that don't have much going on in the morning.. this is your place, you're welcome. Also, they have good customer service and bedside manners. The front desk are personable and my DPT (Derrick) and the PTAs are sympathetic and make the "working out" portion fun. They do cupping as well. Oh, they give you exercises to do at home as well and they send you an online link that provides videos on how to do them and you can track your report on there. I have only been going for two weeks so I cannot provide ya'll with a long-term review. I'll keep ya updated if I remember. I'm really hyping them up over here so let's hope I get the results I hope for :)

Fantastic experience: I have been to other PT providers over the last few years. Spooner PT is the best I have been to. Jennifer took the time to listen to my health history, my current health care issues and understood when I told her I wanted her to push me. I explained to her that I know the limits of my body and know how far to push myself...and that I would push myself. She listened and said she would let me push but not as much as I would want. She truly cares abut her patients and making sure they meet their PT goals. If you go to Spooner in Goodyear, ask if she can be your therapist. You won't regret it.

My physical therapist was Sam, and Gabby the exercise tech made everything understandable and clear. I looked forward to each session and felt excited about my recovery. Their focus is improving your quality of life and movement. I particularly love that you get a specific individual to work with and are not passed from therapist to therapist. In fact, they provide so many services and have so much equipment that I could not think of ever using anyone else! Their staff is the most knowledgeable and they are always pleasant to work with! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Spooner Physical Therapy for about 3 weeks now and it has been amazing!! I could barely bend my knee and it hurt to even put any weight on it. Meredith PT, DPT targeted not only my knee for therapy but personalized my exercises to other areas that have an affect on my knee. She has used a variety of methods that have given me greater flexibility than I had even before I injured my knee. She understands my goals for playing pickleball, biking, walking, etc., and I have already been able to reach two of those goals!

Fantastic experience: Attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable front desk staff. Had all my insurance information ready for review at my first visit. They acknowledge your arrival and departure in a friendly manner. My PT is very friendly and knowledgeable about the issues I have. I like it that she spends the time to explain muscle structure in my “weak area” and what I need to do to strengthen the area. The PTs and Assistants in the back all seem to work together to ensure that each client receives the treatment required.

Fantastic experience: The entire team at Spooners in Goodyear are professional and have done an excellent job during my knee rehabilitation. The exercises that have been given to me and performed during PT sessions have been very beneficial. I feel when completed I will have a successful rehabilitation. Fantastic experience: I have been to five different physical therapy offices, and the Spooner Physical Therapy facility is by far, the best yet. The staff is extremely friendly, especially my therapist, Merideth. She is super knowledgeable, caring, and involved in planning the best workouts, stretches, and “out of the box” thinking that suits each patient best. Every patient there is working through pain, yet they all have smiles on their faces and create a positive energy atmosphere . I would recommend Spooner Physical Therapy to EVERYONE!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great place for rehab, I recommend choosing Spooner! I've been seeing the same physical therapist, Meredith Wall, at the Goodyear Spooner location since 2014--after breaking my leg and before/after having a total knee replacement. Now with weak hips and a need to strengthen my lower back, I asked my doctor to specifically send me back to Spooner. After a thorough evaluation, Meredith works hard to set-up a treatment plan/program that challenges me with continual updates in exercises and stretching based on my need. I also appreciate that she teaches me (alternatives if necessary) so I can continue these exercises and stretching on my own at home to keep improving my range of motion, strength, balance, and flexibility. She is always close at hand for her assistant or I to ask questions as we go through the program of the day, and I really appreciate the time she spends with me hands-on, providing focused therapy using specialized techniques and her knowledge of my specific injured areas. I believe healing is as much mental as physical, and being comfortable and trusting your physical therapist is a MUST to get the most you can from all the effort needed to get back to normal -- or as close as possible. You should also check out their NEW office space-very nice!

Fantastic experience: Meredith is awesome! She’s sweet and my daughter loves working with her. My daughter is trying to regain full mobility in her arm after a bad fracture. After just a couple sessions she’s had so much improvement. My daughter literally can’t wait to go to every PT session! Highly recommend. All the staff is really great.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great PT in the West Valley, I highly recommend Spooner Physical Therapy. I injured my lower back weightlifting and received a diagnosis from a local Chiropractor that did not seem right to me. I made an appointment with Spooner for a second opinion and could not be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed. The office looks like a very cool gym with the latest mobility and PT equipment, along with a super friendly staff. I worked directly with the owner (that never identified himself as the owner) Kenny Sargent, he listened to my concerns, did an evaluation and identified the issue and shared with me his solution. Before my visit I had been in constant pain for 6 days, after completing the protocol with Mr. Sargent, I was almost immediately feeling better and within 3 days (along with some movement & stretching homework), I was feeling 100% again. What impressed me the most was Mr. Sargent’s approach to correct the problem for the long-term, not band aid the issue for the short-term pain relief. If you are looking for help with mobility, pain, movement, soft tissue work or to just feel better I highly recommend Spooner Physical Therapy in Goodyear, AZ.
