Fantastic experience: Staff put their patients first! Staff in C pod are positive, friendly and never too busy to meet the needs of their patients. Frequent check ins by all departments - medical, food service, patient care. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing!!

Fantastic experience: Northpark has been amazing. I was really nervous about coming to a rehab facility, but the staff here has been so helpful. They are really patient with my questions and needs. You can really tell that they care a lot about how I'm doing. I'm in C Pod and the crew here, Angelic, Trudy, and Jessica are wonderful. I've also started working with the PT and OT team and they are great. Everything from the doctors to the food has been excellent. Thank you for all of your hard work and care!

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful hospital and the staff is very kind!! Nurses/ techs and therapy are all amazing. All the rooms are private with full bathrooms which makes for a great healing environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been to three physical rehab places in the Phoenix area. The first two were nightmares. North Park was like a luxury hotel. Everybody got to know my name I was only there two weeks, but I didn’t wanna go home when it was time for me to leave. Food was the only somewhat low point. It was adequate .C+. Please don’t tell anybody about this great review because I want to be sure that there’s an open bed next time I need to go to physical rehab again.

Fantastic experience: I have stayed with great caregivers North Park three times, and each time I have been treated with excellent care. The people here are respectful, helpful, and very interested in giving you the proper level of support. Having stayed at other rehab centers and hospitals, I can say truthfully that North Park stands head and shoulders above the rest! I strongly recommend North Park to anyone in need of good solid rehabilitation assistance.

Fantastic experience: I am a hospice Social worker and have used Northpark for a few of my patients needing a respite stay. The admissions team is friendly and excellent communicators. My patients and families all report they would go back to Northpark again.

Fantastic experience: Best rehabilitation in Arizona! Physical therapy is top notch and actually cares about your progress! They have a hair salon run by the director of social activities, which are fun to attend, such as the Elvis show.

Fantastic experience: I’m a CNA/LNA and very picky with my family’s care. My husband was released from the hospital and sent here for skilled nursing and rehab. I was so scared for him, hoping he would get the proper care he needed. The nurses are above and beyond professional “Especially nurse Jen” My husband started to crash and she new exactly what to do. I can’t even tell you the relief I had at that moment knowing he was in excellent hands. At that point I no longer worried about the care he is going to have and I could at night. My husband loves the rehab he receives. This place is new and beautiful with private rooms, which makes us comfortable. The food is average, but good. The entire staff is AMAZING! Everyone is extremely helpful. They are all well trained and they actually train CNA’s their. Which make me happy knowing they will be trained properly and become caring,compassionate and professional nursing assistant’s for our future. I highly recommend Northpark knowing my husband will get the very best. Thank you so much Northpark! ❤️ Teresa McPherson

Fantastic experience: My mother was treated here for three months. Very clean facility that also has very attentive and friendly staff. As being a first time resident here, we did not exactly know how the process worked. However, we did not need to know anything as they handle everything from start to finish. They demonstrated to me that they truly care for the residents that they bring into their buildings. They also strive to create a healthy work environment for their staff. There seem to be some special things happening at North Park.

Fantastic experience: As a working partner with Northpark the compassionate care and service that they provide for their patients is number one. Northpark’s goal is to make sure patients get the best care, treated humanely, as well as respectfully, and when they are ready to head home that they have improved both physically and Mentally. I would trust Northpark to care and treat a family member of mine.

Fantastic experience: I was at this facility for 3 months. I was treated with great care and compassion. The facility is very clean. The wound Nurse was very knowledgeable and provided excellent treatment. Nurses onsite are the best I've ever had. Administration, CNA's, Transportation, Food were all excellent. I recommend this facility with great appreciation for all that they did for me during my recovery.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I had the pleasure of touring at Northpark Health and Rehabilitation today and the first thing I noticed was the enthusiasm and energy of the staff. From the moment I walked in the door and throughout the tour I was greeted by staff and made to feel welcome. The facility is beautiful, immaculate, and pleasantly peaceful. The clinical team is experienced and detail oriented. The therapy gym is spacious and staffed with a top notch therapy team. I cannot say enough about how focused the team is on a patient's individual experience and helping them achieve their goals to go home.

Fantastic experience: This organization has brought together a staff/team who sincerely care about the successful rehabilitation of our elderly family members. The receptionist set the first positive impression and as I meet the the other staff, I could tell this facility was a good choice for our Father. I was fortunate to observe other guests having a fun time as they took part in the activities the Activities Director scheduled. Our Father has been treated with dignity and respect by the entire staff ( food service, nurses, housekeeping, nursing assistants and the licensed therapists). I have not once, seen anything other than positive energy throughout your facility. The staff has displayed professionalism, compassion and have proven they take patient care seriously as they make sure our Father is comfortable and his needs and concerns are addressed. Our Father is very happy with the facility and staff, making his stay comfortable and a positive one considering his circumstances. Thank you so much for the care you are providing for our Father.

Fantastic experience: My mother is currently a resident at Northpark Health and Rehabilitation. Her experience has been completely positive! All Staff Members are friendly, helpful and communicate positvely with my Mom and other family members, answering all questions politely, professionally and in a timely manner. Excellent food has been served with the Chef asking my Mom her food preferences and honoring them. The nurses have demonstrated their skill in addressing my Mom's concerns and diagnosing potential health issues. They have quickly brought health concerns to the attention of the doctor and in doing so averted problems with their proactive steps. The Physical Therapists and Occumpational Therapists have been excellent and patient in helping my Mom resore her strength and mobility!

Fantastic experience: This place is great for my dad! The facilities are new, clean and the layout of each private room and common areas are well thought out to accommodate the resident’s needs. However, what makes this a very special place are all the Employees. The administrators, nurses, nurses assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists and chef are all amazing! A big Thank you to: Suzy, Alex, Aaron, Gabby, Tamika, Christina, Dana, Shannon, Bernie, Mariana, Desi, Tammy, Debbie, Casey, and a few others I can’t recall by name, that have all made a huge impact on my dad’s recovery and happiness.

Fantastic experience: As a Healthcare Professional I would highly recommend visiting the new Rehabilitation Center on the Westside. This property is gorgeous. Our Seniors deserve to have a State of the Art Rehabilitation Center that is designed to meet their needs. I’ve personally spoken to patients that have successfully discharged from this property. The staff demonstrates genuine customer service to each and every patient that enters this property. Let’s face it…having a fall, hip replacement or knee surgery can be scary. The Team at Northpark will set goals and teach you new habits or techniques so you can return to your Independent Living successfully. Fantastic experience: NorthPark Health and Rehab is a beautiful, brand new skilled nursing facility. I recently started working here and am so impressed with the caregivers and nurses, the admissions staff, dietary staff, and team of professionals that work here. There is a strong focus on quality care that is individualized to the needs of the patients. All of the rooms are private suites with private bathrooms. Recently I spoke with one of our patients, and she talked about how wonderful this place has been. Specifically she mentioned how clean and beautiful everything is, the good food, and how great the staff has been that has taken care of her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone!

Fantastic experience: NorthPark Health and Rehab has a great Nursing, Therapy, Restorative Nursing, Wound, Psych, and Pain management team. The building strives on patient safety, infection control. NorthPark has had no Covid-since it has been open! The building has multiple staff members who are fluent in both English/Spanish/American Sign Language and even Navajo speaking to communicate effectively.
