Fantastic experience: Active Life has provided the proper treatment to assist me with a better quality of life. Great staff especially at the front desk. I would recommend Active Life for those with minor pain and/or any pain related situation.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt taken care of by this office. I’ve been suffering with knee and shoulder pain for far too long and all the other drs want me to either have surgery or find a new job. They immediately got an ultrasound and mri scheduled and are putting together a plan of action to fix long term the ailments I have and are willing to work with me on payment plans. Most dr offices won’t, they want half upfront. I’m looking forward to the next few months to see what treatment we decide on and how soon I can get back to “normal”

Fantastic experience: I received the best of care during my treatments at Active Life Physical Medicine's Litchfield Park Surgical Center. Every time I've called with any questions I've spoken to the front desk receptionist, Priscilla, who has always been, patient kind and helpful when I had to cancel and reschedule twice due to sickness. And nurse, Casie–she's here there and everywhere, is great too, putting me at ease with her straight forward demeanor to answer any questions I've had regarding my medications, and during the prep time for readying me for the anesthesia, and making sure I understand the process, and helping me and post injections care, and getting me safely to my car, her assistant, Ashley(?), was so friendly as well, which put me at ease the day of my injections. Sean, who seems to be the all-around can do whatever is needed guy, did a great job of putting me at ease for my blood draw–so good that I only had a tiny spot where the blood draw needle went in–which I usually, in other blood draws, always leave with a large bruise... and his knowledge regarding the blood draw put me greatly at ease about the whole process pre-injections, leading up to the day of my PRP / A2M injections, for general idea of how it all works. I briefly met Dr. Lundquist, and her friendly personality upon introduction, and bright smile put me at ease as well. The anesthesiologist, George, really put me at ease pre going under, and especially the regarding thoughts I had about a medication I take, which I had to stop taking pre-procedure, and very importantly when best to start the medication back up post injections procedure. Very thorough and friendly, putting me at ease. I had heard very good things about Dr. Wendi Lunquist and her staff, from friends of mine who told me about the doctor and her staff, that I would be in good hands, the same as what they experienced... and they were right! I am looking forward to future, additional treatments I am in need of via Active Life Physical Medicine and Pain Center... hoping for great results regarding these innovative, non-invasive treatments — vs what I was facing with the recommended invasive joint replacement operations.

Fantastic experience: How do you describe going from Pain every day from morning to night, to almost NO PAIN at all, I have been with back pain for about 25 years. They are worth the drive no matter were you live in the state of Arizona. So Give Dr W a chance too take that pain away. They have an OPEN HOUSE on Thursday the 20th at Active Life form 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm check them out... Oh and for all the people that want to look younger they Have all the latest treatments for that too!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been in pain management since 2001 and had my fair share of horrible P.M. clinics that immediately judge you as a druggy. I have been in pain since 1983 as fter my 1st of 2 head on collisions. One on a motorcycle. I've crashed my bike many times and broke many bones but never sought help until 2001 after injuring my back at work as a heavy duty truck mechanic. I wish I had only had delta with Active Life pain management. They are absolutely the best in the business. Dr Smith is extremly professional and kind. He understands the individual with their individual needs. I've never been treated with add o much respect from ANY other pain management clinic EVER! They should be the role model that all others strive to be. The entire staff are the best. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Lundquist. Dr. Smith just as awesome! The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. I drive 45 min - 1 hour to see Dr. Lundquist. You would too! Just 1 visit and you will be a patient of hers too! Keep up the fantastic patient service.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Active Life for over 6 years, and hands down the BEST pain specialists in AZ if not the country. Every visit I am made to feel like they really care. I am treated with respect, dignity and as though I'm the only one in the center. Every staff member shows they care and the Doctors are amazing. I usually am treated by Dr. Smith who is absolutely THE BEST Dr. I have ever had. FIVE STARS !!

Fantastic experience: The absolute best clinic there is. the doctors and PA's are fantastic, the Medical Assistants and all of the staff. They are so amazing and take the best care of you, they listen to your every question, concern and always answer positively. They give wonderful and extremely helpful suggestions. I am always learning something new from them. Always so nice and such a beautiful office. Never a long wait time and it doesnt feel like your going to the doctor, it feels like you are going to visit your friends and family. I have personally been seen by Dr Smith, Dr. Lundquist and just finished my first appointment with Maegan. Most importantly, my excruciating back pain, which made it hard to continue my daily routine, was at a 10 on the pain scale and is now a 1 maybe 2 (depending on if I aggravate it or not) since my last treatment, my pain has decreased dramatically and I feel a Million times better. I can do most of the physical activity I have once enjoyed. If you are in pain, you MUST go see them if you want relief!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding program all around--beginning with Dr. Lundquist and her staff. They were gracious, efficient, seamlessly facilitating our appointment from Iowa to Arizona. A2M treatment resulted in incredible pain RELIEF in an OLD back injury with 7 damaged discs! I am thankful. I haven't been without pain in my back for 18 years!
